Abstract
Description

米国特許第20110271963号の教示に基づくIUD器具を使用する臨床研究を2014年1月に開始した。研究は、50名の女性の被験者、1名の流産後の被験者を含み、月経の激しい者が39名、出産未経験者が44名であった。
多施設共同研究
多施設共同研究が、本発明の器具の位置の不良の発生数と同様に、脱出率と妊娠率を検証するために行われた。患者の数は、15〜220名と多様であり、特定の組み入れ基準と除外基準を満たし、長い間作用する元の状態に戻れる避妊を必要としていた15〜42歳の女性が含まれていた。

Claims (10)
- 複数のビーズが取り付けられたワイヤを備えた子宮内避妊器具であって、
前記ワイヤは、前記子宮腔の収縮および拡張に応じて弾性的に収縮および拡張できる3次元構造を形成する部分を含み、
前記3次元構造は、15g/cm2より大きい圧潰力の下で弾性的に収縮し、
前記3次元構造体の直径は、13〜20mmであり、
前記3次元構造体は、互いに対して角度のある少なくとも2つのループ状構造体によって形成され、
前記少なくとも2つのループ状構造体の少なくとも1つが、前記3次元構造体が弾性的に収縮したときに弾性的に楕円形になる、前記子宮内避妊器具。 - 前記ビーズの各々の直径が1.5〜6.0mmである、請求項1に記載の器具。
- 前記ビーズは、前記3次元構造を形成する前記ワイヤに沿って離間している、請求項1に記載の器具。
- 前記ビーズの一部が前記ワイヤ上で自由に摺動する、請求項3に記載の器具。
- 前記3次元構造体の前記ワイヤは、前記ワイヤの自由端に対する100〜150gの牽引力によって弾性的に直線化できる、請求項1に記載の器具。
- 前記少なくとも2つのループ状構造体は、互いに対して80〜100°の角度で配置される、請求項1に記載の器具。
- 前記少なくとも2つのループ状構造体の間の角度は、前記3次元構造体が弾性的に収縮するときに減少する、請求項1に記載の器具。
- 前記ビーズが銅で作られている、請求項1に記載の器具。
- 前記ビーズが活性薬剤を含む、請求項1に記載の器具。
- 前記活性薬剤が、ホルモン、組織切除作用薬、化学薬品、および医薬品からなる群から選択される、請求項9に記載の器具。
