一実施形態の低塩素廃棄物の製造方法は、塩分を含む廃棄物から塩分由来の塩素が低減された廃棄物を得る新規な低塩素廃棄物を得るものである。本実施形態の製造方法は、少なくとも第1の工程及び第2の工程を備える。
本工程は、塩分を含む廃棄物に水を添加することによって得られる第1の混合物に対して、アンモニアガス及び二酸化炭素ガスを吹き込み、下記反応式(1)の反応を進行させて、炭酸水素ナトリウム及び塩化アンモニウムを含む第2の混合物を得る工程である。
NaCl+H2O+NH3+CO2→NaHCO3+NH4Cl (1)
本工程は、第1の工程で得られた第2の混合物を加熱し、下記反応式(2)の反応及び下記反応式(3)の反応を進行させて、低塩素廃棄物を得る工程である。

NH4Cl→NH3+HCl (3)
一実施形態の低塩素廃棄物の製造設備は、上記の低塩素廃棄物の製造方法を実施するためのものである。本実施形態の低塩素廃棄物の製造設備は、上記の第1の工程を実施するための撹拌装置と、上記の第2の工程を実施するための加熱装置とを備える。
Claims (5)
- 塩分を含む廃棄物から塩分由来の塩素が低減された廃棄物を得る低塩素廃棄物の製造方法であって、
塩分を含む廃棄物に水を添加することによって得られる第1の混合物に対して、アンモニアガス及び二酸化炭素ガスを吹き込み、下記反応式(1)の反応を進行させて、炭酸水素ナトリウム及び塩化アンモニウムを含む第2の混合物を得る第1の工程と、
前記第2の混合物を加熱し、下記反応式(2)の反応及び下記反応式(3)の反応を進行させて、低塩素廃棄物を得る第2の工程と、
を備える、低塩素廃棄物の製造方法。

2NaHCO3→Na2CO3+CO2+H2O (2)
NH4Cl→NH3+HCl (3) - 前記第2の工程における加熱温度が、350〜500℃である、請求項1に記載の低塩素廃棄物の製造方法。
- 前記塩分を含む廃棄物が、食品付着廃棄物又は海水付着廃棄物である、請求項1又は2に記載の低塩素廃棄物の製造方法。
- 前記第1の工程で使用される二酸化炭素ガスが、セメント工場のキルンから排出される二酸化炭素ガスである、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の低塩素廃棄物の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の低塩素廃棄物の製造方法を実施するための低塩素廃棄物の製造設備であって、
前記第1の工程を実施するための撹拌装置と、
前記第2の工程を実施するための加熱装置と、
を備える、低塩素廃棄物の製造設備。
