Description

The present invention relates to a backpack-shaped packaging bag having an automatic steaming function that automatically releases water vapor generated when the contents are heated.

Packaging bags used to heat the contents are known. The packaging bag may be provided with a scheduled steaming section for discharging water vapor generated from the contents by heating to the outside of the packaging bag. Patent Document 1 discloses an example of a packaging bag including a planned steaming portion. The sheet constituting the packaging bag is provided with a planned steaming portion having a low strength so as to break due to an increase in pressure inside the packaging bag. When this packaging bag is heated by a heating means such as a microwave oven, the sheet expands due to the steam generated from the contents, and the planned steaming part breaks as the sheet expands, and the steam in the packaging bag starts from the broken part. Is discharged.

However, in the packaging bag of Patent Document 1, the planned steaming part breaks unintentionally when an external force is applied to the packaging bag during the distribution process such as during transportation, or when the packaging bag is pulled when the consumer handles it. This may impair the function of the planned steaming section.

In the packaging bag, as illustrated in FIG. 7, one film is sealed back to back to form a tubular shape, and both ends of the cylinder are bonded and cut to a predetermined length, which is called a backing bag 4. Packaging bags are known, and they are also called gassho-pasted bags or pillow bags. The back-to-back sealed portion becomes the back-pasted sealing portion 21, and is formed so as to project from the bag body over the bonded sealing portions 12 at both ends. The protruding back-attached seal portion 21 normally falls down along the bag body and covers the bag body 21'.

When a planned steaming portion is formed in such a back-pasted bag, the scheduled steaming portion 14 is formed in a region covered by the back-pasted seal portion 21 of the bag body 20 in order to prevent unintentional breakage as described above. , The steaming schedule portion 14 is prevented from being exposed. However, with such a structure, when the bag is expanded by being heated by a heating means such as a microwave oven to heat the content 16, the present invention is illustrated in FIG. 8 which is a schematic cross-sectional view taken along the line segments DD. As described above, the back-pasted seal portion 21 is pressed tightly against the bag body 20 without any gap, and the opening 14'formed by breaking the scheduled steaming portion 14 due to expansion is closed by the back-pasted seal portion 21. Therefore, there is a problem that the water vapor 17 generated from the contents 16 or the like cannot be smoothly released, and the internal pressure becomes too high and the bag may burst.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. The present invention is not limited to the embodiments described below. In the following, the same reference numerals may be given to equivalent members and the like, and the description thereof may be omitted.

FIG. 1 is a schematic external view of an embodiment of the packaging bag of the present invention. Further, FIG. 2 is a schematic cross-sectional view taken along the line segments AA. The packaging bag 1 of the present invention has a shape generally called a backing bag, and a single plastic film or a laminated body thereof is sealed back to back to form a tubular shape, and both ends of the cylinder are sealed with a predetermined length. A bag body 10 having a storage portion 15 inside is formed by adhering with the portion 12. The back-to-back sealed portion becomes the back-attached seal portion 11, and is formed so as to project from the bag main body 10 over the bonded both ends. The protruding back-attached seal portion 11 normally falls down along the bag body 10 and covers the bag body 11'.

A non-seal portion 13 that is not partially sealed is formed in an arch shape on the back-attached seal portion 11. The internal space of the non-seal portion 13 and the storage portion 15 communicate with each other without a boundary or the like. The planned steaming portion 14 is formed at a portion of the bag body 10 that is covered by the backing seal portion 11. Therefore, the planned steaming portion 14 is normally covered with the backing seal portion 11. The scheduled steaming portion 14 can be provided by applying a known scratch processing method without particular limitation, and is a fragile processing portion formed by, for example, cutting tool processing, laser processing, half-cut processing, or the like.

Therefore, under normal conditions, the planned steaming part, which is a fragile processed part, is not exposed, and there is no risk of it coming into contact with other articles in the distribution process or being broken, or it is adhered to, for example, a plurality of packaging bags 1. Even if the tape is wrapped and put together, the adhesive tape will not be attached directly to the planned steaming part, and there is a risk that the consumer will accidentally break the planned steaming part when peeling off the adhesive tape. There is no.

The plastic film constituting the packaging bag 1 is not particularly limited, but for example, a biaxially stretched nylon film (ONY), a biaxially stretched polypropylene film (OPP), a biaxially stretched polyester film (PET), and a non-stretched nylon film. (NY), unstretched polypropylene film (PP) and the like can be exemplified. When a laminated body is applied, for example, a sealant layer laminated on each of the above plastic films can be mentioned. As the sealant layer, various resin layers having heat-sealing properties can be applied, and polyolefin (polyethylene (PE), ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), ethylene-acrylic acid ester copolymer, ionomer, ethylene- (Propylene copolymer, etc.), polyester, acrylic copolymer, among others, low-density polyethylene (LDPE) and linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) can be exemplified as suitable, but not limited to this. Each of the above films may be used alone or in various combinations.

Further, layers other than the above may be provided depending on the characteristics of the contents and the intended use, and although not particularly limited, a barrier layer, a light-shielding layer, a stain prevention layer, a printing layer and the like can be exemplified.

When the contents 16 are stored in the packaging bag 1 and heated in a microwave oven, as shown in the lower figure of FIG. 2, the moisture of the contents and the like evaporates and steam 17 is generated, so that the storage portion 15 expands. At the same time, the internal pressure increases. As a result, the internal space of the non-seal portion 13 is also expanded integrally with the storage portion 15, so that the back-paste seal portion 11 naturally stands up and the planned steaming portion 14 is exposed. As the internal pressure further increases, the planned steaming portion 14 which is a fragile processed portion is automatically broken to become an opening 14', steam 17 is ejected to lower the internal pressure, and the packaging bag 1 is prevented from bursting. Steaming can be performed while maintaining an appropriate internal pressure.

Since the arch-shaped non-seal portion 13 is formed, the back-attached seal portion 11 is preferably raised when heated in a microwave oven, the opening 14'is exposed, and water vapor 17 is discharged. It is done smoothly.

FIG. 3 is a schematic external view of a second embodiment of the packaging bag of the present invention. Further, FIG. 4 is a schematic cross-sectional view taken along the line segment BB. The packaging bag 2 in the present embodiment can be the same as the above-described embodiment in the basic configuration and materials, but the planned steaming portion 14 is the unsealed portion 13 along the bag body 10 in the normal state. It is formed on the side that falls down and covers the bag body 10. That is, it is provided on the side facing the bag main body 10 when the back sticker seal portion 11 is in the mode 11'that covers the bag main body 10.

When the contents 16 are stored in the packaging bag 2 and heated in a microwave oven, the moisture of the contents and the like is vaporized to generate water vapor 17 and the storage portion 15 expands, as in the above-described embodiment. The internal space of the seal portion 13 is expanded, the back-attached seal portion 11 rises, and the steaming schedule portion 14 formed in the non-seal portion 13 is exposed. Then, as the internal pressure further increases, the planned steaming portion 14 is automatically broken to become the opening 14', steam 17 is ejected to lower the internal pressure, prevent the packaging bag 1 from bursting, and apply an appropriate internal pressure. Can be maintained and steamed.

The planned steaming portion 14 formed in the arch-shaped non-seal portion 13 is exposed when the back-pasted seal portion 11 stands up when heated in a microwave oven, and is exposed even when the opening is 14'. As a result, the steam 17 is smoothly discharged.

FIG. 5 is a schematic external view of a third embodiment of the packaging bag of the present invention. Further, FIG. 6 is a schematic cross-sectional view taken along the line segment CC. The packaging bag 3 in the present embodiment can be the same as each of the above-described embodiments in terms of basic configuration and material, but has a shape in which the backing seal portion 11 is embossed to provide unevenness. It has become. The planned steaming portion 14 is formed at a portion of the bag body 10 that is covered by the backing seal portion 11. Therefore, the planned steaming portion 14 is normally covered with the backing seal portion 11.

When the contents 16 are stored in the packaging bag 3 and heated in a microwave oven, the moisture of the contents and the like is vaporized to generate water vapor 17, and the storage portion 15 expands and expands, as in the above-described embodiment. However, as the internal pressure further increases, the fragile processed portion 14 is automatically broken to form an opening 14', and steam 17 is ejected to lower the internal pressure and prevent the packaging bag 3 from bursting. At the same time, steaming can be performed while maintaining an appropriate internal pressure.

Unlike each of the above-described embodiments, the back-attached seal portion 11 does not stand up clearly, but since the back-attached seal portion 11 is embossed to form unevenness 18, the back-attached seal portion 11 is formed like a conventional packaging bag. Is not pressed tightly against the bag body and the gap is not eliminated, and the water vapor 17 ejected from the opening 14'is released through the space formed in the concave portion of the unevenness 18, and the water vapor 17 is discharged smoothly. Will be done.

As described above, in the packaging bag of the present invention, the steaming planned portion, which is a fragile processed portion, is normally covered with the backing seal portion, so that it may be used during the distribution process or during handling by consumers. There is no risk of unintentional breakage, while when heated in a microwave oven, the opening formed by breaking the planned steaming part will not be blocked by the backing seal part, and steam will not break. It is possible to provide a packaging bag that can smoothly release.
