Description

The present invention relates to a shelf board support structure and a shelf structure in which a shelf board is supported by the shelf board support structure.

Conventionally, as this kind of shelf structure, for example, those shown in Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2 are known. In the shelf structure shown in Patent Document 1, a rail extending horizontally in the left-right direction is fixed to the wall surface, a fixing member is slidably attached to the rail, and a rod-shaped support member is fixed to the fixing member. The shelf board is fixed by inserting a support member into the support hole on the rear surface of the shelf board, and the rail is hidden by the shelf board.

Further, in the shelf structure shown in Patent Document 2, a plurality of guide rails extending in the left-right direction are attached to the rear side wall portion of the storage space, and a plurality of partition plates extending along the vertical plane in the front-rear direction are attached to the plurality of guide rails. It is supported so that it can be moved in the left-right direction by a slider, and a shelf board in the left-right direction is hung and fixed to an adjacent partition plate.

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2016-3547

However, in the case of Patent Document 1, since one shelf board is supported on one rail, when a plurality of shelf boards are arranged in multiple stages vertically, a rail or the like is installed for each shelf board. There was a problem that it was necessary and it took a lot of time and effort to change their arrangement.

Further, in the shelf structure shown in Patent Document 2, since the shelf board is supported by the partition plate, not only the rear end portion of the partition plate is supported by the rail on the wall surface, but also the front end portion is supported by the rail at the front end portion of the pillow shelf. In support, the partition plate is supported by the front and rear rails. Therefore, if the partition plate is supported on the rail of the wall surface only at the rear end portion, the load bearing performance of the shelf plate becomes unstable.

The present invention has been made in view of these points, and an object of the present invention is to reduce the number of rails to be attached to the wall surface even in a multi-stage shelf board by modifying the shelf board support structure. Therefore, the arrangement of the shelf boards can be easily changed, and the shelf boards can be stably supported by the rails only on the wall surface.

In order to achieve the above object, in the present invention, a plurality of rails are arranged side by side and fixed to a wall surface, columnar or frame-shaped standing support members are arranged on the rails, and each standing support member is engaged with a bolt. The shape of the fixing screw and the nut member screwed to the screw shaft engage with the rail, and the fixing screw allows the rectangular plate-shaped head to be inserted into the engaging recess on the front of each rail from the front opening. By rotating the head, the state in which the head is engaged with the engaging recess and the state in which the head is detachable from the engaging recess are switched.

Specifically, the first invention relates to a shelf board support structure, and in this shelf board support structure, at least two rails are fixed to the wall surface in a state where they are arranged side by side at intervals, and each rail is fixed at the rear part. Has an engaging recess that opens to the front and is arranged along the rail length direction and the width of the opening is smaller than the width of the back. A plurality of fixing screws are movably and adjustablely engaged with the engaging recesses of each rail in the rail length direction, and the fixing screws allow a plurality of standing support members to be arranged along the vertical direction on the plurality of rails. Are mounted and fixed so that they are lined up in the left-right direction and can be moved and adjusted along the rail. The fixing screw has a pair of lengths that are engaged with a screw shaft portion having a male screw formed on the outer peripheral surface and projecting forward from the engaging recess of each rail and the engaging recess of each rail and facing each other on the outer circumference. It has a rectangular plate-shaped head having a side portion and a pair of short sides, and the length of the short side portion of the head of the fixing screw is smaller than the width of the opening of the engaging recess. The length of the long side is set to be larger than the width of the opening of the engaging recess and smaller than the width of the inner part of the engaging recess. The upright support member includes a screw insertion hole forming portion for forming a screw insertion hole formed of a through hole into which the screw shaft portion of the fixing screw is inserted from the rear side, and the screw insertion hole of the screw insertion hole forming portion. A nut member is screwed into the screw shaft portion of the fixing screw inserted into the screw from the front side of the screw insertion hole forming portion, and the screw insertion hole forming portion is sandwiched and fixed between the nut member and the rail. It is characterized in that a shelf board arranged along the left-right direction is supported between the plurality of upright support members.

In the first invention, at least two rails are arranged side by side and fixed to the wall surface at the rear, and a plurality of fixing screws are vertically separated from each other in the engaging recesses opening on the front side of the rails. It is mounted and fixed so that it can be moved and fixed in the rail length direction to correspond. The screw shaft portion of each of the fixing screws protrudes forward from the engaging recess of the rail, and the screw shaft portion of the fixing screw corresponding to the upper and lower sides forms a screw insertion hole of the upright support member arranged along the vertical direction. It is inserted into the screw insertion hole in the portion from the rear side, and in this inserted state, a nut member is screwed and attached to each screw shaft portion from the front side of the screw insertion hole forming portion. As a result, the upright support member is sandwiched and fixed between the rail and the nut member at the screw insertion hole forming portion. The shelf board is supported by the left and right standing support members fixed to the plurality of rails in this way.

The head of the fixing screw has a rectangular plate shape, and the rectangular plate-shaped head rotates around the screw shaft portion to switch the fixing screw between the disengagement posture and the engagement posture. When the fixing screw is in the disengagement posture, the long side of the head is arranged along the rail length direction so that it can be taken in and out of the engaging recess from the opening, while the fixing screw is engaged. When in the combined posture, the head is arranged so that the long side portion is along the direction orthogonal to the rail length direction, and is in a state of being entangled in the engaging recess so as not to come out. Therefore, if the fixing screw is placed in the disengaged posture, the head is inserted into the engaging recess of the rail through the opening on the front side, and then the fixing screw is turned to the engaging posture, the head is placed in the engaging recess. It is engaged so that it cannot be pulled out, and the fixing screw is engaged with the rail. If the screw hole of the nut member is screwed and fastened to the screw shaft portion of the fixing screw, the fixing screw is fixed to the rail immovably, and at the same time, the nut member is fixed to the rail via the fixing screw. The screw insertion hole forming portion of the upright support member is sandwiched and fixed between the rail and the rail. Further, if the operation opposite to the above is performed, the nut member can be removed from the fixing screw, and the fixing screw can be removed from the rail by rotating the head so as to change from the engaging posture to the disengaging posture.

In this way, the fixing screw is switched between the disengaging posture and the engaging posture by turning each fixing screw, and the fixing screw is engaged with and disengaged from the rail by its head, and the fixing screw is engaged with the rail. When fitted, the nut member is screwed onto the screw shaft of the fixing screw to attach and fix the standing support member, so the standing support member stands on the rail for the purpose of changing the left-right position, horizontal position, length, etc. of the shelf board. To change the position of the support member, release the screw fastening of the nut member to the screw shaft of the fixing screw, remove the standing support member from the fixing screw, and switch the fixing screw to the disengagement posture of the rail. Move it to the desired position in the engaging recess, or put the fixing screw in the disengaged position, take out the head from the engaging recess of the rail, and insert the head into the engaging recess at the desired position to fix it. After the screws are placed in the engaging position, the screw shaft portion of the fixing screw may be inserted into the through hole of the upright support member and the nut member may be screwed and fastened. That is, when the position of the shelf board is moved in the left-right direction or the up-down direction, the standing support member can be moved together, and the work can be easily performed.

Further, since the shelf board is supported between the plurality of standing support members, even when the plurality of shelf boards are arranged in multiple stages vertically, the mounting position of the shelf board with respect to the standing support member may be changed, and the required rails are required. At least two are required, and the number can be reduced.

Further, since at least two upper and lower rails are attached to the wall surface, the left and right standing support members are connected to the rails, and the shelf board is supported over the standing support members, only the rails fixed to the wall surface are used. The shelf board can be stably supported.

In the second invention, in the first invention, the upright support members are arranged in parallel with each other in the front-rear direction and along the vertical direction, and the front side and the rear side and the rear side frame members. It is composed of a rectangular frame-shaped frame including upper and lower frame materials that connect the upper ends and lower ends of the rear frame materials, respectively, and the rear frame material constitutes a screw insertion hole forming portion. It is characterized by that.

In the second invention, the standing support member is a rectangular frame-shaped frame, in which the rear frame material serves as a screw insertion hole forming portion, and the screw insertion hole is formed in the rear frame material. Since the shelf board is supported between the left and right frames having such a rectangular frame shape, the shelf board can be stably supported.

In the third invention, in the first or second invention, the nut member is integrally formed with a base having a screw hole screwed into the screw shaft portion of the fixing screw and the base portion, and has a diameter larger than that of the base portion. The screw insertion hole of the screw insertion hole forming portion is continuous with the base accommodating portion for accommodating the base portion of the nut member and the base accommodating portion, and has a diameter larger than that of the base accommodating portion. It is characterized in that it is composed of a stepped hole having a head accommodating portion for accommodating the head of the head.

In the third invention, the nut member has a base portion and a head having a diameter larger than the base portion, and the screw insertion hole of the screw insertion hole forming portion has a stepped portion having a base accommodating portion and a head accommodating portion. Since it is a hole, the screw shaft portion of the fixing screw is inserted into the screw insertion hole of the screw insertion hole forming portion, the nut member is screwed and fastened to the screw shaft portion, and the screw insertion hole forming portion is formed between the rail and the nut member. When fixing by sandwiching it between them, the base of the fixing screw is housed in the base housing part of the screw insertion hole with the screw shaft part of the fixing screw screwed into the screw hole, and the head of the fixing screw is housed in the head housing part. Is housed. By doing so, the nut member can be housed in the screw insertion hole without protruding from the front surface of the upright housing member, and a neat appearance can be obtained.

According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, in any one of the first to third inventions, a shelf board bracket arranged along the front-rear direction is connected to and supported by the upright support member, and the shelf board bracket is supported. It is characterized in that a shelf board is placed and supported on the floor.

In the fourth invention, since the shelf plate bracket is connected to and supported by the upright support member and the shelf plate is placed and supported on the upright support member, the shelf plate can be easily supported by the upright support member. ..

A fifth aspect of the present invention is the fourth aspect of the present invention, wherein a plurality of engaging holes are provided in an upright support member in a state of being arranged at intervals in the vertical direction, and the shelf plate bracket engages with the engaging holes. It is characterized in that it has an engaging claw to be formed, and is connected to and supported by an upright support member by engaging the engaging claw with an engaging hole.

In the fifth invention, the shelf plate bracket is supported by being connected to the standing support member by engaging its engaging claw with the engaging hole of the standing support member. As a result, the connection support of the shelf board bracket to the upright support member can be reliably and easily performed.

A sixth aspect of the invention is the second or third aspect in which a plurality of engaging holes are provided on one of the rear surface of the front frame material and the front surface of the rear frame material of the upright support member in a state of being arranged at intervals in the vertical direction. A shelf plate bracket arranged along the front-rear direction is connected to and supported by the front or rear frame, and the shelf plate bracket engages with the engaging hole at the front end or the rear end. It has an engaging claw to be fitted, and is supported by being connected to a front or rear frame material by engaging the engaging claw with an engaging hole.

In the sixth invention, when the upright support member is a frame, a claw portion is provided on one of the front end portion and the rear end portion of the shelf board bracket, and the claw portion is provided on the front end portion of the shelf board bracket. , The claws are in the engagement holes on the rear surface of the front frame material of the standing support member, and when the claws are on the rear end of the shelf board bracket, the claws are engaged on the front surface of the rear frame material of the standing support member. Each is engaged with a hole, whereby the shelf plate bracket is cantilevered and supported by the front or rear frame member of the upright support member. Therefore, even if the upright support member is a frame, the shelf board bracket can be easily connected and supported to the front or rear frame material thereof. In particular, when there is a claw on the front end of the shelf plate bracket, an engaging hole for engaging the claw is formed on the rear surface of the front frame material of the upright support member, which is hidden from the front side. It becomes difficult to see the joint hole and it looks better.

A seventh invention relates to a shelf board structure, and this shelf board structure is supported by connecting a shelf board to an upright support member of any one of the shelf board support structures of the first to sixth inventions. It is a feature. Even in this seventh invention, the same action and effect as in the first invention can be obtained.

As described above, according to the present invention, at least two rails having engaging recesses are attached to the wall surface, and the rectangular plate-shaped head is rotated around the screw shaft portion to be engaged and disengaged. A fixing screw that can be switched to is provided, the fixing screw is placed in the disengaged posture, the head is inserted into the engaging recess of the rail, and the fixing screw is fixed to the engaging recess by the head by switching to the engaging posture. The screw shaft portion of the fixing screw is inserted into the screw insertion hole of the screw insertion hole forming portion of the upright support member from the rear side, and the nut member is screwed and fastened to the screw shaft portion from the front side to nut the screw insertion hole forming portion. It was sandwiched between the member and the rail, and the shelf board was connected to the standing support member to support it. As a result, when the shelf board is moved to change the position and length of the shelf board, the standing support member can be moved on the rail to easily perform the position change work, and the required number of rails can be reduced. It is reduced and the shelf board can be stably supported only by the rail fixed to the wall surface.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. The following embodiments are merely exemplary and are not intended to limit the present invention, its applications or its uses.

1 and 2 show a shelf structure according to an embodiment of the present invention, in which 1 is a wall surface such as an interior of a building, and the wall surface 1 is joined to the wall surface 1 in a vertically arranged state, for example. The three mounting panels 2, 2, ... Are fixed. The height position of the joint between the two mounting panels 2 and 2 adjacent to each other on the top and bottom is the rail mounting position, and the rail mounting positions are, for example, two places on the top and bottom. At the upper end of the lower mounting panel 2, a female recess 5 (female recess) in which the middle portion in the thickness direction (front-back direction) is cut off from the upper end surface is formed, and the lower end of the upper mounting panel 2 is provided. The male fruit ridges 6 (male convex parts) are formed by excising the front and back portions excluding the middle part in the thickness direction from the lower end surface, and the male fruit ridges 6 are formed on the female fruit ridges 5. To form a joint portion of the actual structure, and both mounting panels 2 and 2 are joined to each other at this joint portion. The male ridge 6 at the lower end of the upper mounting panel 2 is fitted halfway to the female ridge 5 at the upper end of the lower mounting panel 2 instead of at the back, and both mounting panels 2 and 2 are up and down. They are joined with a predetermined interval in the direction. Further, the front corner portion of the lower end portion of the upper mounting panel 2 is directed toward the rear side toward the lower side, and the front corner portion of the upper end portion of the lower mounting panel 2 is directed toward the rear side toward the upper side. Each is cut out, and the notched portion and the front side surface of the male ridge 6 form a concave groove portion 8 having a substantially V-shaped cross section with the front side surface of the male ridge 6 as the bottom surface. Further, the concave groove portion 8 communicates with the inner portion of the female actual concave groove 5 through a gap on the lower side of the front surface of the male actual convex article 6.

Two upper and lower rails 11 and 11 extending in the left-right direction are attached and fixed to the two upper and lower concave groove portions 8 and 8 formed between the mounting panels 2, 2 and ... Each of the rails 11 is made of an extruded material such as metal, and is arranged in the front portion thereof along the left-right direction (rail length direction) so as to open to the front side, as shown in an enlarged manner in FIG. The substantially V-groove-shaped engaging recesses 12 (engagement recesses) are formed so as to be continuous over the entire length direction of the rail 11. The rails 11 corresponding to the upper and lower edges of the opening of the engaging concave groove 12 are formed with ridges 14, 14 protruding in the vertical direction toward the mating side, and the ridges 14, 14 are formed. The vertical width d1 of the opening of the engaging concave groove 12, which is the interval between them, is smaller than the vertical width d2 of the inner portion (d1 <d2), and the engaging concave groove 12 has a medium-expanded cross-sectional structure. ing.

Further, at the bottom of the engaging concave groove 12, a bottom groove portion 12a having a substantially V-shaped cross section is formed by digging deeper into the bottom portion, and a screw insertion hole 16 is formed through the bottom portion. As shown in FIG. 3, mounting screws V, V, ... (Mounting screws) are inserted into the screw insertion holes 16 at the bottom of the engaging groove 12, and the male and female ridges 6 and female dents of the mounting panels 2 and 2 are inserted. The rail 11 is attached and fixed to the wall surface 1 by screwing it into the wall surface 1 via the portion on the rear side of the strip 5, and the head V1 of each screw V is accommodated in the bottom groove portion 12a.

A fitting ridge 15 having a rectangular cross section, which is arranged along the rail length direction, is integrally projected from the lower portion of the rear surface of the rail 11. Then, with respect to the upper and lower mounting panels 2 and 2, the rear portion of the rail 11 is housed in the concave groove portion 8 on the front surface of the joint portion of both mounting panels 2 and 2, and the fitting ridge 15 is both on the bottom portion of the concave groove portion 8. It is fixed in a state of being fitted to the inner portion of the fitting ridge 15 through a gap between the mounting panels 2 and 2. As described above, the two rails 11 and 11 are fixed to the wall surface in a state where they are arranged side by side at intervals in the vertical direction, and the lower rail 11 is located at a height of, for example, 120 mm from the floor surface 9, and the upper rail 11 is located. Are similarly located, for example, at a height of 1680 mm.

For example, two fixing screws 18 and 18 are mounted and fixed in the engaging concave groove 12 of each of the rails 11 so as to be movable and adjustable in the left-right direction along the rail 11, and the position and the lower side of the fixing screws 18 on the upper rail 11. The position of the fixing screw 18 on the rail 11 corresponds to the upper and lower sides. As shown in an enlarged manner in FIG. 8, each of the fixing screws 18 has a screw shaft portion 19 (shaft portion) having a male screw formed on the outer peripheral surface thereof and a base of the screw shaft portion 19 thereof, similarly to a normal bolt. The structure has a head 20 integrally formed at the end, but the head 20 is different from a normal bolt. That is, the head portion 20 has a rectangular plate shape having a pair of short side portions 20a, 20a and a pair of long side portions 20b, 20b facing each other on the outer circumference, and the length Lx of the short side portions 20b is The vertical width d1 of the opening of the engaging concave groove 12 in the rail 11 is smaller (Lx <d1), and the length Ly of the long side portion 20b is larger than the vertical width d1 of the opening of the engaging concave groove 12. (D1 <Ly) and slightly smaller (Ly <d2) than the vertical width d2 at the inner part of the engaging concave groove 12.

Further, when a pair of diagonally opposed corner portions of the head 20, for example, long side portions 20b and 20b of the head 20 are in a state along the left-right direction (fixed) as shown in FIG. 11A. Chamfered portions 20c and 20c are formed at the upper left and lower right corners (when the screw 18 is in the disengagement posture described later). The reason for forming the chamfered portions 20c and 20c is that if these chamfered portions 20c and 20c are not formed, the length between the two corner portions becomes larger than the vertical width d2 at the inner portion of the engaging recessed groove 12. When the head portion 20 is rotated around the screw shaft portion 19 in a predetermined direction (for example, in the clockwise direction in FIG. 11), the corner portion interferes with the inner portion of the engaging concave groove 12 and cannot rotate. On the other hand, when the chamfered portions 20c and 20c are formed at the corners in the diagonal direction, the length between the corner portions is the length Lz between the chamfered portions 20c and 20c, and the length Lz is engaged with the concave. By making the vertical width d2 of the inner portion of the groove 12 smaller (Lz <d2), the rotation is possible (see FIG. 11B). The chamfered portions 20c and 20c may be formed at two pairs of corners facing each other in the diagonal direction of the head 20, that is, at four corners of the entire circumference, and in that case, the fixing screw 18 may be formed in either direction. Even if it is rotated, the corner portion does not interfere with the inner portion of the engaging concave groove 12.

The head 20 of the fixing screw 18 is fitted into the engaging groove 12, and the screw shaft portion 19 projects forward from the rail 11. In that state, the head 20 is as shown in FIG. It is possible to switch between the disengagement posture and the engagement posture by rotating the screw shaft portion 19 of the portion 20. In the disengagement posture of the fixing screw 18, as shown in FIG. 11A, the long side portions 20b, 20b of the head portion 20 are arranged in the direction along the left-right direction, and the head portion 20 is engaged with the engaging concave groove 12. In the engaged posture, the long side portions 20b and 20b of the head portion 20 are arranged in the vertical direction as shown in FIG. 11 (c). The head portion 20 is restricted by contact with the upper and lower ridges 14 and 14 of the opening of the engaging concave groove 12 at the short side portions 20a and 20a so as to be engaged so as not to come out into the engaging concave groove 12. It has become. FIG. 11B shows a case where the fixing screw 18 is in an intermediate posture between the regulation release posture and the regulation posture. In this intermediate posture, the chamfered portions 20c and 20c of the head 20 are engaged recessed grooves. It is designed so that it does not interfere with the upper and lower surfaces of the inner part of 12.

Further, in the engaging groove 12 of the rail 11, a detent member 24 made of resin, metal, or the like is arranged around the fixing screw 18. In the detent member 24, when the fixing screw 18 is engaged by the head 20 in the engaging posture in the engaging groove 12 of the rail 11, the fixing screw 18 rotates in the disengaging posture. It is a member for regulating the. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 10, the detent member 24 is a rectangle extending in the same direction from a disk-shaped base portion 24a (base portion) and a portion of the outer periphery of the base portion 24a facing the diameter direction in parallel with each other. It consists of a pair of plate-shaped regulating portions 24b and 24b. The base portion 24a is sandwiched between the nut member 28, which will be described later, and the front surfaces of the rails 11 (front surfaces of the protrusions 14, 14) like a washer, and is used to prevent the nut member 28 from loosening from the fixing screw 18. Be done.

The distance between the two restricting portions 24b and 24b is slightly larger than the length Lx of the short side portion 20a of the head 20 of the fixing screw 18, and the width of each restricting portion 24b is the opening of the engaging groove 12 in the rail 11. The size is slightly smaller than the vertical width d1 of the portion. Further, an insertion hole 25 through which the screw shaft portion 19 of the fixing screw 18 protruding forward from the rail 11 can be inserted is formed in the central portion of the base portion 24a. Then, when the fixing screw 18 is engaged in the engaging groove 12 of the rail 11 by the head portion 20 in the engaging posture, the screw shaft of the fixing screw 18 is inserted into the insertion hole 25 of the base portion 24a of the detent member 24. The regulation portions 24b and 24b are inserted into the engaging groove 12 by inserting the portions 19, and the regulation portions 24b and 24b are brought into contact with the long side portions 20b and 20b of the head portion 20 in the engaging posture of the fixing screw 18. The head portion 20 is sandwiched between the long side portions 20b and 20b between the two regulation portions 24b and 24b. As a result, the fixing screw 18 in the engaging posture tries to rotate from the engaging posture to the unrotating posture, but the rotation is restricted by the contact with the opening of the engaging concave groove 12 in the rail 11. It is prevented by the regulation parts 24b and 24b. It is not necessary to provide a pair of regulating portions 24b, and only one side may be provided.

Frames 35, 35 as two (or three or more) standing support members on the left and right are connected to the upper and lower rails 11, 11 by the fixing screws 18, 18, .... As shown in FIG. 5, each frame 35 is made of rectangular frame-shaped metal (for example, iron) arranged along the vertical plane in the front-rear direction, and is parallel to each other in the front-rear direction and in the vertical direction. The front and rear frame members 36 and 37 arranged along the above, and the upper and lower frame members 38 and 39 connecting the upper ends and the lower ends of the front and rear frame members 36 and 37, respectively. It has. The lower frame material 39 is in contact with the floor surface 9, and each frame 35 stands on the floor surface 9. Each of the frame materials 36 to 39 is made of, for example, a metal square cylinder having a rectangular cross section with a width of 16 mm, and the four frame materials 36 to 39 are integrated into a rectangular frame shape at the ends by welding, bolting, or the like. The heights of the left and right frames 35, 35 are the same as each other and are higher than the height positions of the upper rails 11 and 11, for example, 1800 mm, and the width in the front-rear direction is, for example, 350 mm. In each of the frames 35, the lower frame material 39 may be separated from the floor surface 9 without abutting on the floor surface 9. In that case, the frame 35 has a float construction structure supported only by the wall surface 1.

Of the frame 35 (standing support member), the rear frame material 37 on the left side in FIG. 5 constitutes the screw insertion hole forming portion referred to in the present invention. Then, in the rear frame material 37, the screw insertion holes 41 and 41 penetrate in the front-rear direction at a height position that is, for example, 120 mm lower than the upper end and a height position that is, for example, 120 mm higher than the lower end (floor surface 9), respectively. The screw shaft portions 19 and 19 of the fixing screws 18 and 18 on the rails 11 and 11 are inserted into the double screw insertion holes 41 and 41 from the openings on the rear side. Specifically, as shown in an enlarged manner in FIG. 6, the rear frame material 37 (screw insertion hole forming portion) is composed of a square cylinder having a relatively thick wall portion, and the front wall portion thereof (right side in FIG. 5). The screw insertion hole 41 penetrates in the front-rear direction over the wall portion) and the rear wall portion (the wall portion on the left side of the same). The screw insertion holes 41 are formed in the base accommodating portion 41a that penetrates the rear wall portion of the rear frame member 37 and extends from the rear wall portion to the middle portion in the thickness direction of the front wall portion, and on the front side of the base accommodating portion 41a. It continuously reaches the front surface of the front wall portion of the rear frame member 37, has a head accommodating portion 41b having a diameter larger than that of the base accommodating portion 41a, and the base accommodating portion 41a and the head accommodating portion 41b form the front wall portion. It is composed of stepped holes that are continuous in a stepped shape in the middle of the thickness direction. The length of the head accommodating portion 41b from the front surface of the front wall portion of the rear frame member 37 to the middle of the thickness direction in the front-rear direction is from the rear surface of the rear wall portion of the rear frame member 37 to the middle of the thickness direction of the front wall portion. The base portion 28a of the nut member 28, which will be described later, is accommodated in the base accommodating portion 41a, and the head portion 28b is accommodated in the head accommodating portion 41b.

In each of the fixing screws 18, a nut member 28 is screwed to the screw shaft portion 19 protruding from the rail 11 to the front side, and the nut member 28 causes the rear frame member 37 (screw insertion hole forming portion) to be screwed to the rail 11. It is sandwiched between the two and fixed. As shown in FIG. 9, the nut member 28 is concentrically and integrally continuous with the cylindrical base portion 28a located on the front side and the rear side of the base portion 28a, and has a circular flange-shaped head having a diameter larger than that of the base portion 28a. The outer diameter of the base 28a is larger than the inner diameter of the base accommodating portion 41a in the screw insertion hole 41 of the rear frame material 37, and the outer diameter of the head 28b is the inner diameter of the head accommodating portion 41 in the screw insertion hole 41. Each is slightly smaller than the inner diameter of 41b. Further, on the rear surface (tip surface) of the base portion 28a, bottomed screw holes 29 screwed into the screw shaft portion 19 of the fixing screw 18 are formed concentrically, and the head portion 28b is opposite to the base portion 28a. A tool engaging portion 30 is formed on the front surface to which a tool (not shown) such as a Phillips screwdriver is engaged. Then, as shown in FIG. 12, the nut member 28 is inserted into the screw insertion hole 41 from the front opening, the tool is engaged with the tool engaging portion 30, and the nut member 28 is rotated into the screw hole 29 of the base portion 28a. By screwing the screw shaft portion 19 of the fixing screw 18 and fastening the nut member 28 to the fixing screw 18, the rear frame member 37 of the frame 35 is sandwiched and fixed between the nut member 28 and the rail 11. I have to. At that time, the base portion 28a of the nut member 28 is accommodated in the base accommodating portion 41a of the screw insertion hole 41, the head 28b is accommodated in the head accommodating portion 41b, and the front surface of the head 28b is the rear frame member 37. It is designed to be flush with the front of the head or recessed to the rear of it.

In FIG. 3, reference numeral 22 denotes an elongated thin plate-shaped blind packing made of a non-transparent material, and the blind packing 22 is inserted and arranged on the front side (front side) of the bottom groove portion 12a in the engaging concave groove 12 of the rail 11. Therefore, the head V1 of the mounting screw V in the bottom groove portion 12a of the engaging groove 12 is made invisible from the front side, and the head V1 and the head 20 of the fixing screw 18 are prevented from coming into direct contact with each other. It is provided to do.

For example, three shelf board brackets 48, 48, ... Arranged along the front-rear direction are connected and supported on the front frame material 36 of each of the frames 35, and the shelf board bracket 48 has the number of shelves. Is provided only. That is, as shown in FIG. 7, a plurality of vertically long engaging holes 46, 46, ... Are formed on the rear surface of the front frame member 36 so as to be arranged in series at regular intervals in the vertical direction. The engaging hole 46 penetrates only the rear wall portion of the front frame material 36, whereby the front frame material 36 has a so-called shelf column structure.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 13, each shelf board bracket 48 has a bracket body 49 made of a metal square cylinder having a width of, for example, 16 mm, which is the same as the frame members 36 to 39 of the frame 35. The length of the bracket body 49 is such that the bracket body 49 can be fitted between the front and rear frame members 36 and 37 of the frame 35 by arranging the bracket body 49 in the front-rear direction. The pin 50 is projected.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 13, 14 and 16, a pressing member 52 is integrally fixed to the rear end surface of the bracket main body 49 by welding or the like. The pressing member 52 is made of a plate material bent in a U shape, is fixed to the rear end surface of the bracket body 49 at the middle portion of the U shape, and both side portions project parallel to the rear side, as shown in FIG. By loosely sandwiching the rear frame material 37 between the two side portions with a small gap, the rear end portion of the bracket 48 is locked to the rear frame material 37 so as not to be movable left and right, and the rear end portion is displaced in the left-right direction. It is designed to suppress blurring.

An engaging claw 51 made of a thick metal plate is integrally fixed to the front end of the bracket body 49. Specifically, a slit is formed in the central portion of the front end portion of the bracket body 49 in the left-right width direction, and the engaging claw 51 is fitted into the slit at the proximal end side portion and fixedly integrated by welding or the like. At the front end (tip) of the engaging claw 51, two upper and lower claws 51a, 51a that can be engaged with the two engaging holes 46, 46, ... Adjacent to the upper and lower sides of the rear surface of the front frame member 36 are provided. It is formed. Each of the claws 51a is bent in a substantially L shape so as to extend downward from the bracket body 49 and then moves downward, and as shown in FIG. 14, the bracket body 49 is moved to the front side in a substantially front-rear horizontal state. Then, the claw portions 51a and 51a of the engaging claws 51 are inserted into the two engaging holes 46 and 46 on the rear surface of the front frame material 36, respectively, and the engaging claws 51 are pushed downward in the inserted state to push down the engaging claws 51 and each claw portion 51a. Is brought into contact with the inner surface of the rear wall (front surface of the rear wall) of the front frame material 36, so that the bracket 48 for the shelf board is engaged with the front frame material 36 by the engaging claws 51 and fixedly supported ( (See FIG. 16). At this time, the shelf plate bracket 48 is supported in a cantilevered state located on the same vertical surface as the frame 35 and engaged only with the front frame member 36. A similar shelf board bracket 48 is cantilevered by the front frame material 36 on another frame 35 adjacent to the left and right sides of the frame 35, and the shelf board brackets 48 and 48 of both frames 35 and 35 are the same. It is supported in the height position. As described above, the shelf board support structure according to the embodiment of the present invention is configured.

Then, in the shelf structure according to the embodiment of the present invention, the shelf boards 53 arranged in the left-right direction are mounted between the shelf board brackets 48, 48 at the same height positions of the frames 35, 35 adjacent to the left and right. It is supported. As shown in FIG. 15, the shelf board 53 has a front-rear width that can be arranged between the front and rear frame members 36 and 37 of the frame 35 (the front-rear width that is substantially the same as the length of the bracket body 49 of the shelf board bracket 48). It has a left-right length equal to or longer than the distance between the frames 35 and 35 adjacent to the left and right, and recessed grooves 54 arranged along the left-right direction are provided on the lower surface of the rear end portion over the entire length direction of the shelf board. It is formed. As shown in FIG. 16, the shelf board 53 is placed on the shelf board brackets 48, 48 of the left and right frames 35, 35 at both left and right ends, and the pins of the shelf board brackets 48 are placed in the concave grooves 54 at the rear end. By fitting 50, the shelf board 53 is supported on both frames 35 and 35.

Next, the assembly work of the shelf board support structure will be described. The upper and lower rails 11 and 11 are arranged at the upper and lower two joints between the mounting panels 2 and 2 fixed to the wall surface 1, respectively, and the rear portion of each rail 11 is placed on the front surface of the joint between the two mounting panels 2 and 2. It is accommodated in the concave groove portion 8, and the fitting ridge 15 is fitted into the inner portion of the female actual concave groove 5 through a gap between both mounting panels 2 and 2 at the bottom of the concave groove portion 8. In that state, the mounting screws V, V, ... Are inserted through the front opening of the engaging recessed groove 12, penetrate the bottom of the engaging recessed groove 12, and screwed into the wall surface 1, so that each rail 11 is mounted and fixed to the wall surface 1. do.

At that time, the upper and lower mounting panels 2 and 2 are fixed to the wall surface 1, and these mounting panels 2 and 2 are in the vertical direction at the joint portion of the actual structure due to the fitting of the female dent 5 and the male ridge 6. Are joined at intervals. A concave groove portion 8 is formed on the front surface of the joint portion of both the mounting panels 2 and 2, the rail 11 is housed in the concave groove portion 8 at the rear portion, and the fitting ridge 15 at the rear portion of the rail 11 is opened in the bottom portion of the concave groove portion 8. It is fitted to the fitting ridge 15 of the actual structure through the gap between the two mounting panels 2 and 2. With such a mounting structure, the rail 11 can be stably and reliably mounted on the mounting panels 2, 2 or the wall surface 1.

After that, the blind packing 22 is pushed into the engaging groove 12 of each rail 11 from the front opening of the engaging groove 12, and the head V1 of each mounting screw V is hidden by the blind packing 22. When the head V1 of the mounting screw V is concealed in this way, even if the rail 11 is partially visible from the front side, the mounting screw V cannot be seen, and the rail 11 only looks like a part of the wall. The appearance and design are ensured.

Further, in the engaging groove 12 of each rail 11 to which the blind packing 22 is attached, the fixing screw 18 is inserted and engaged at a predetermined position where the nut member 28 is to be attached. At that time, the fixing screw 18 is set so that the long side portions 20b, 20b of the head portion 20 are in the left-right direction (the short side portions 20a, 20a are in the vertical direction), and the head portion 20 is engaged with the rail 11. It is inserted into the groove 12 from the opening on the front side, and the screw shaft portion 19 thereof is projected from the opening on the engaging concave groove 12 to the front side. Since the length Lx of the short side portion 20a of the head portion 20 of the fixing screw 18 is smaller than the vertical width d1 of the opening of the engaging groove 12, the fixing screw 18 can be easily and smoothly inserted. Further, since the fixing screw 18 inserted in this way is in the disengagement posture (see FIG. 11A) and can move in the engaging concave groove 12 in the left-right direction, the position thereof is necessary. Can be easily adjusted.

After the head portion 20 of the fixing screw 18 is inserted into the engaging groove 12 of the rail 11, the screw shaft portion 19 is turned clockwise in FIG. 11, for example, to engage the fixing screw 18 from the disengaged posture. Switch to the combined posture (see FIGS. 11B and 11C). Since the length Ly of the long side portion 20b of the head portion 20 is larger than the vertical width d1 of the opening of the engaging groove 12, when the fixing screw 18 is switched to the engaging posture, the fixing screw 18 is moved by the head portion 20. It is engaged so as not to come out into the engaging concave groove 12 of the rail 11.

At that time, since the chamfered portions 20c and 20c are formed at the pair of corner portions facing each other in the diagonal direction of the head portion 20, when the fixing screw 18 is switched from the disengaged posture to the engaged posture, those chamfered portions 20c and 20c are formed. The corner portion does not interfere with the inner portion of the engaging recessed groove 12, and the corner portion can be smoothly rotated to the engaging posture.

Then, in this way, the detent member 24 is attached to the screw shaft portion 19 of the fixing screw 18 in which the head portion 20 is engaged with the engaging groove 12 and is in the engaging posture. Specifically, while inserting the screw shaft portion 19 of the fixing screw 18 into the insertion hole 25 in the base portion 24a of the detent member 24, both the restricting portions 24b and 24b are arranged in the left-right direction to form an engaging concave groove of the rail 11. If the restricting portions 24b and 24b are inserted into the 12 and the regulating portions 24b and 24b are brought into contact with the long side portions 20b and 20b of the head 20 of the fixing screw 18 in the engaging posture and the head portion 20 is sandwiched between the regulating portions 24b and 24b. good.

The engagement of the fixing screw 18 with the rail 11 and the attachment of the detent member 24 with the fixing screw 18 are performed with respect to the upper and lower rails 11 and 11, and the positions of the fixing screws 18 and 18 of both rails 11 and 11 are in the vertical direction. They are lined up corresponding to. Further, the fixing screws 18 and 18 are similarly attached to the upper and lower rails 11 and 11 at positions separated in the horizontal direction so as to correspond to the vertical direction.

When the left and right fixing screws 18 and 18 are attached to the upper and lower rails 11 and 11 so as to correspond to the upper and lower sides, the frame 35 is attached to the upper and lower rails 11 and 11 by the pair of fixing screws 18 and 18 corresponding to the upper and lower sides. Fix it. As shown in FIG. 12, a rear frame material 37 (screw insertion hole forming portion) of the frame 35 is arranged on the front side of each fixing screw 18, and the screw insertion hole 41 projects from the rear side to the front side of the rail 11. Insert the screw shaft portion 19 of the fixing screw 18. Then, the nut member 28 is inserted into the same screw insertion hole 41 from the front side of the rear frame member 37 so that the base portion 28a faces backward, and the nut member 28 is rotated and operated with a tool in the screw insertion hole 41. The screw shaft portion 19 of the fixing screw 18 is screwed into the screw hole 29 of the base portion 28a and fastened, and the rear frame member 37 is sandwiched and fixed between the nut member 28 and the rail 11 by the nut member 28. .. By this fixing, the upper and lower rails 11 and 11 are fixed by the frame 35 in an upright state. Further, the frame 35 is fixed in the upright state by the upper and lower fixing screws 18 and 18 in the rails 11 and 11 adjacent to the left and right portions in the same manner. Therefore, both frames 35 and 35 are erected and fixed on the wall surface in a state of being arranged side by side.

At that time, the screw insertion hole 41 of the rear frame member 37 (screw insertion hole forming portion) is a stepped hole between the base accommodating portion 41a and the head accommodating portion 41b having a larger diameter than the base accommodating portion 41a, and is a stepped hole, and the nut member 28. The base portion 28a of the head portion 28a is accommodated in the base accommodating portion 41a of the screw insertion hole 41, and the head portion 28b is accommodated in the head accommodating portion 41b. As a result, the front surface of the head 28b of the nut member 28 is positioned so as to be flush with the front surface of the rear frame member 37 or recessed to the rear side of the front surface of the rear frame member 37, and the nut member 28 is placed in the rear frame member. It can be stored in the screw insertion hole 41 without protruding from the front surface of the 37, and a neat appearance can be obtained.

Next, the shelf board brackets 48, 48, ... Are attached to the left and right frames 35, 35 fixed to the upper and lower rails 11, 11 at the same height positions. That is, as shown in FIG. 14, the two upper and lower engaging holes 46, in which the claws 51a and 51a of the engaging claws 51 at the front ends of the brackets 48 for each shelf board are located at predetermined height positions on the rear surface of the front frame material 36, respectively. It is inserted into 46, and the engaging claw 51 is pushed down in the inserted state, and the shelf plate bracket 48 is engaged with the front frame material 36 by the engaging claw 51 to be fixedly supported. In a state where the front end portion of the shelf board bracket 48 is supported, as shown in FIG. 16, the rear end portion of the shelf board bracket 48 is also lowered, and the rear frame member 37 is sandwiched in the holding member 52. Lock. In this way, the shelf board bracket 48 is located on the same vertical surface as the frame 35, is supported only by the front frame member 36 in a cantilever state, and the left and right movement of the rear end portion is suppressed by the pressing member 52. Become. At that time, the engaging claws 51 are engaged with the front frame material 36 by the two claw portions 51a and 51a separated from each other in the vertical direction, so that the shelf plate 53 and the shelf plate 53 and the shelf plate bracket 48 supported in the cantilever state are engaged. Even if the load of the mounted object placed on it is applied, the shelf board bracket 48 is kept in a horizontal state and can stably support them.

In this way, three upper and lower shelf board brackets 48, 48, ... Are attached to each frame 35. Similarly, three shelf board brackets 48, 48, ... Are attached to the front frame material 36 of another frame 35 adjacent to the left and right, and cantilevered at the front end to support the left and right frames 35, 35. The brackets 48 and 48 for both shelves are arranged at the same height as each other. With the above, the assembling work of the shelf board support structure is completed.

After that, the shelf board 53 is laid between the shelf board brackets 48, 48 at the same height positions of the frames 35, 35 adjacent to the left and right, and the shelf board 53 is placed and supported. As shown in FIG. 16, the shelf board 53 is placed on the left and right shelf board brackets 48, 48 at the front end portion, and the pin 50 of each shelf board bracket 48 is fitted into the concave groove 54 at the rear end portion. As a result, the shelves 53 are supported by the frames 35 and 35.

When changing the height position of the shelf board 53, after removing the shelf board 53 from the left and right shelf board brackets 48, 48, the engaging claw 51 of each shelf board bracket 48 is engaged with the front frame material 36. The shelf board bracket 48 is removed from the front frame material 36 by pulling out from 46, 46, and then the engaging claw 51 of the shelf board bracket 48 is re-engaged with the engaging holes 46, 46 at the desired height position. The shelf board 53 may be placed on it. With the structure in which the engaging holes 46, 46 of the front frame material 36 and the engaging claws 51 of the shelf board bracket are engaged with each other in this way, the connection support of the shelf board bracket 48 to the frame 35 can be reliably and easily performed. can.

Further, when the left and right adjacent shelf boards 53 and 53 are integrally connected at the positions between the left and right frames 35 and 35, in order to prevent the height positions of the two shelf boards 53 and 53 from being different. Although not shown, a plurality of dowel holes are formed on the end surface of the wood that serves as a joint between the dowels, the dowels are fitted into the dowel holes of the shelves 53 and 53, and the dowels connect the shelves 53 and 53 to each other. It suffices to connect so as to do.

Further, when changing the position of each frame 35 on the rail 11 for the purpose of changing the position or length of the shelf plate 53 in the left-right direction, the nut member 28 is loosened and the fixing screw 18 is provided together with the rear frame material 37 of the frame 35. After removing the detent member 24 from the fixing screw 18, the fixing screw 18 is turned to switch from the engaging posture to the disengaging posture, and in the disengaging posture, the fixing screw 18 is engaged with the engaging concave groove. Slide it within 12 to move it to the desired position. Alternatively, the head 20 of the fixing screw 18 is taken out from the engaging groove 12 and reinserted at a desired position, and the fixing screw 18 is switched to the engaging posture. After that, the detent member 24 is attached to the fixing screw 18, the screw shaft portion 19 of the fixing screw 18 is inserted into the screw insertion hole 41 of the rear frame member 37, and the nut member 28 is screwed into the screw shaft portion 19. , The rear frame member 37 may be sandwiched and fixed between the nut member 28 and the rail 11.

With such a change in the position of the frame 35, the shelf plate bracket 48 supported by the frame 35 and the shelf plate 53 move relative to each other in the left-right direction, but a concave groove 54 is formed on the lower surface of the shelf plate 53. Therefore, the pin 50 of the shelf board bracket 48 only moves in the recessed groove 54, and the shelf board 53 can be stably supported regardless of the moving position of the frame 35.

Therefore, in this embodiment, the fixing screws 18 and 18 engaged with the upper and lower rails 11 and 11 are each switched between the disengagement posture and the engaging posture by turning the head of the fixing screw 18. Engagement and fixing to the rail 11 by the portion 20 and its disengagement are performed, and in a state where the fixing screw 18 is engaged with the rail 11, the nut member 28 is screwed or disengaged from the screw shaft portion 19 to the frame. Since the rear frame member 37 of the 35 is attached and detached, in order to change the position of the frame 35 on the rail 11 for the purpose of changing the position and length of the shelf plate 53 as described above, the nut member 28 is unscrewed. After removing the rear frame material 37 from the fixing screw 18, the fixing screw 18 is placed in the disengaged posture and moved to the desired position in the engaging recess 12 of the rail 11, or the fixing screw 18 is engaged. The nut member 28 is screwed into the fixing screw 18 after being taken out from the engaging recess 12 of the rail 11 in the disengaged posture and reinserted into the engaging recess 12 at the desired position to be in the engaging posture. It may be fastened and the rear frame member 37 may be fixed to the rails 11 and 11. That is, when the position of the shelf board 53 is moved in the left-right direction, it can be moved together with the frame 35, and the work can be easily performed.

Further, since each shelf board 53 is connected to and supported by the left and right frames 35, 35, the mounting position of the shelf board 53 with respect to the frames 35, 35 can be changed even when a plurality of shelf boards 53 are arranged in multiple stages vertically. All that is required is two rails 11, 11 on the top and bottom, and the number of rails can be reduced.

Further, two upper and lower rails 11 and 11 are attached to the wall surface, the left and right frames 35 and 35 are connected to the rails 11 and 11, and the shelf board 53 is provided over both frames 35 and 35. The shelf board 53 can be stably supported only by the rails 11 and 11 fixed to the above.

Further, a fixing screw 18 is fixed to each rail 11 by engaging the head portion 20, and a nut member 28 is screwed and fastened to the fixing screw 18, so that the rear side of the frame 35 is between the nut member 28 and the rail 11. Since the frame material 37 is fixed, the shelf board support structure is simplified.

Further, the claws 51a and 51a are projected from the front end of the shelf plate bracket 48, and the engaging holes 46 and 46 for engaging the claws 51a and 51a are the rear surfaces of the front frame members 36 of the frames 35 and 35. The engaging holes 46, 46 on the rear surface of the front frame member 36 are hidden portions when viewed from the front side, making it difficult to see and improving the appearance.

Further, when the fixing screw 18 is engaged in the engaging groove 12 of the rail 11 in the engaging posture, the rotation of the fixing screw 18 in the disengaging posture is regulated by the detent member 24. NS. The detent member 24 is made of resin or the like provided with a base portion 24a and a pair of regulating portions 24b, 24b, and when the fixing screw 18 is in the engaging posture, the long side portion 20b of the head portion 20 is provided. The restricting portions 24b and 24b of the detent member 24 come into contact with the 20b, and the rotation of the fixing screw 18 to the disengagement posture is restricted. Therefore, for example, when the fixing screw 18 is assembled to the rail 11, the fixing screw 18 is prevented from inadvertently rotating from the engaging posture to the disengaging posture and coming out of the engaging concave groove 12 of the rail 11. be able to.

Further, since the insertion hole 25 is formed in the base portion 24a of the detent member 24, when the screw shaft portion 19 of the fixing screw 18 is screwed into the screw hole 29 of the nut member 28, the base portion 24a becomes the nut member. It also functions as a lock (washer) for the fixing screw 18 of the 28, prevents the nut member 28 from loosening or falling off, and can stably fix the frame 35 to the rail 11.

(Other embodiments)
In the above embodiment, the rails 11 and 11 are arranged along the horizontal direction, but they can also be arranged along the vertical direction. In that case, for example, at least two rails 11 and 11 arranged along the vertical direction are attached to the wall surface 1 at intervals in the horizontal and horizontal directions, and the fixing screws 18 and 18 are attached to the rails 11 and 11 at the same height position. The frame 35 may be supported by the fixing screws 18 and 18.

Further, in the above embodiment, the upright support member fixed to the rail 11 by the fixing screw 18 and the nut member 26 is integrated with the front and rear frame members 36 and 37 and the upper and lower frame members 38 and 39. Although the frame 35 is used, the upright support member can also be formed by a single pillar material arranged along the vertical direction. In that case, the pillar material itself constitutes the screw insertion hole forming portion, the screw insertion hole 41 as in the above embodiment is formed through the pillar material (screw insertion hole forming portion), and a plurality of screw insertion holes 41 are formed on the front surface of the pillar material. Engagement holes 46, 46, ... Are provided, and the engagement claw 51 engaged with the engagement holes 46, 46 is projected from the rear end of the shelf plate bracket 48, and the shelf plate bracket 48 is rearward. It suffices to support the pillar material at the end in a cantilevered state.

Further, in the above embodiment, the shelf board bracket 48 is engaged and supported by the frame 35, and the shelf board 53 is placed and supported on the shelf board bracket 48, but other structures are used. The shelf board 53 can also be supported by the frame 35.

Further, in the above embodiment, the screw insertion hole 41 in the rear frame material 37 of the frame 35 is a stepped hole, and the nut member 28 is housed inside the screw insertion hole 41, but the screw insertion hole 41 is the screw shaft of the fixing screw 18. A through hole having the same inner diameter into which only the portion 19 is inserted is formed, and the screw shaft portion 19 inserted into the screw insertion hole 41 is projected to the front side of the rear frame member 37, and the protruding screw shaft portion 19 has a bottomed shape. Alternatively, the nut member 28 having the through-shaped screw hole 29 may be screwed. However, in that case, since the nut member 28 projects to the front surface of the rear frame member 37, the structure of the above embodiment is desirable from the viewpoint of appearance.

In the above embodiment, the rail 11 is made of an extruded molding material, and an engaging concave groove 12 is continuously formed in the front portion thereof over the entire length direction of the rail. Instead, the rail 11 is formed of the same. A plurality of endless engaging recesses opened to the front side may be formed in series in the rail length direction at the front portion. In that case as well, the same effect as that of the above embodiment can be obtained.

Further, in the above embodiment, the upper and lower mounting panels 2 and 2 joined to the wall surface 1 by the actual structure are fixed, and the rail 11 is housed in the concave groove portion 8 between the two mounting panels 2 and 2 at the rear portion. The fitting ridge 15 of the above is fitted to the fitting ridge 15 of the lower mounting panels 2 and 2 through the gap between the two mounting panels 2 and 2. Instead of this, a female ridge 5 is formed at the lower end of the upper mounting panel 2, and a male ridge 6 is formed at the upper end of the lower mounting panel 2, and a fitting ridge is formed on the upper side of the rear part of the rail 11. 15 may be formed.

Further, in the above embodiment, the rail 11 is attached to the joint portion of the special actual structure in which the attachment panels 2 and 3 are joined at intervals, but the attachment panels are joined by the actual actual structure or the combined structure. It is also possible to attach the rails to the joints that have been joined or to the joints that are joined in a fruitless structure so that the rails are sandwiched between the two mounting panels.

Further, in the above embodiment, the rail 11 is provided with the fitting ridge 15, but the rail may not have the fitting ridge 15 and the rear surface may be flat, and the rail may be attached to the mounting panel. Alternatively, the mounting panels 2 and 3 may be eliminated and the rail may be directly fixed to the wall surface 1.

According to the present invention, in a shelf structure in which a shelf board is fixedly supported on a wall surface, the position change work can be easily performed by moving the standing support member together with the standing support member on a rail in order to change the position and length of the shelf board. It is useful and has high industrial applicability.
