前記被検体が発生する磁場の計測データに基づいて再構成される電流情報から、前記経路に沿う複数箇所の電流成分を抽出する電流成分抽出手段と、
前記経路に沿って抽出された前記電流成分を前記表示手段に表示する表示制御手段と、
を有することを特徴とする生体情報表示装置。 - 前記経路上に複数の第1仮想電極を生成する仮想電極生成手段を有し、
前記電流成分抽出手段は、前記複数の第1仮想電極での電流成分を抽出する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の生体情報表示装置。 - 前記仮想電極生成手段は、前記複数の第1仮想電極の各々において前記経路の両側に第2仮想電極と第3仮想電極とを生成し、
前記電流成分抽出手段は、前記第1仮想電極と前記第2仮想電極と前記第3仮想電極とでの電流成分をそれぞれ抽出し、
前記表示制御手段は、前記第1仮想電極と前記第2仮想電極と前記第3仮想電極との各々の前記電流成分の時間変化を示す電流波形を前記表示手段に表示する
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の生体情報表示装置。 - 前記入力制御手段は、前記第1仮想電極の数と前記第1仮想電極の間隔とを受け付け可能であり、
前記経路生成手段は、前記第1仮想電極の数又は前記第1仮想電極の間隔の少なくともいずれかが変更されたことに基づいて、前記第1仮想電極と前記第2仮想電極と前記第3仮想電極との位置を再設定し、
前記電流成分抽出手段は、再設定された前記第1仮想電極と前記第2仮想電極と前記第3仮想電極での電流成分を再抽出する
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の生体情報表示装置。 - 前記表示制御手段は、前記第1仮想電極と前記第2仮想電極と前記第3仮想電極での前記電流成分の時間変化を示す電流波形を前記表示手段に表示し、
前記入力制御手段は、前記表示手段に表示された前記第1仮想電極と前記第2仮想電極と前記第3仮想電極との電流波形のいずれかの時間範囲の指定を受け付け、
生体情報表示装置は、さらに、
指定された前記時間範囲において、電流波形の特徴点の時間変化に基づいて、前記被検体内での刺激の伝導速度を算出する伝導速度算出手段を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項3又は請求項4に記載の生体情報表示装置。 - 前記表示制御手段は、前記第1仮想電極と前記第2仮想電極と前記第3仮想電極との各々の電流波形をそれぞれ共通の時間軸で前記表示手段に表示し、
前記入力制御手段は、前記表示手段における電流波形の表示領域に表示される時間軸に直交する2つの直線の位置を受け付け、
前記時間範囲は、受け付けた2つの直線に挟まれる範囲である
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の生体情報表示装置。 - 前記入力制御手段は、前記表示手段に表示された前記第1仮想電極と前記第2仮想電極と前記第3仮想電極とのいずれかの電流波形のうちの2つの指定を受け付け、
前記伝導速度算出手段は、指定された2つの電流波形の特徴点の出現時間の差と、前記2つの電流波形に対応する2つの仮想電極間の前記経路の道のりとに基づいて、前記2つの仮想電極間の前記伝導速度を算出する
ことを特徴とする請求項5又は請求項6に記載の生体情報表示装置。 - 前記入力制御手段は、前記表示手段に表示された前記第1仮想電極と前記第2仮想電極と前記第3仮想電極とのいずれかの電流波形のうちの2つの指定を受け付け、
前記伝導速度算出手段は、指定された2つの電流波形の特徴点の出現時間の差に基づいて、伝導速度を算出し、
前記表示制御手段は、前記伝導速度算出手段が算出した前記伝導速度を、前記伝導速度の算出に使用した電流波形に対応付けて前記表示手段に表示することを特徴とする請求項5又は請求項6に記載の生体情報表示装置。 - 前記形態画像は、X線画像又はCT画像又はMR画像であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の生体情報表示装置。
- 前記経路生成手段は、前記形態画像上で指定された複数の位置に応じて、ベジェ曲線で前記経路を生成することを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の生体情報表示装置。
- 被検体の形態を示す形態画像を表示可能な表示手段と、前記形態画像上の位置の指定を受け付ける入力制御手段とを有する生体情報表示装置の生体情報表示方法であって、
前記形態画像上で指定された位置に基づいて経路を生成し、
前記被検体が発生する磁場の計測データに基づいて再構成される電流情報から、前記経路に沿う複数箇所の電流成分を抽出し、
前記経路に沿って抽出された前記電流成分を前記表示手段に表示する
ことを特徴とする生体情報表示方法。 - 被検体の形態を示す形態画像を表示可能な表示手段と、前記形態画像上の位置の指定を受け付ける入力制御手段とを有する生体情報表示装置が実行する表示プログラムであって、
前記形態画像上で指定された位置に基づいて経路を生成し、
前記被検体が発生する磁場の計測データに基づいて再構成される電流情報から、前記経路に沿う複数箇所の電流成分を抽出し、
前記経路に沿って抽出された前記電流成分を前記表示手段に表示する
ことを特徴とする表示プログラム。
