Claims (13)
- 電力系統に接続される分散型電源を制御する制御装置であって、
通常時に出力する無効電力および有効電力の許容範囲が設定される範囲設定部と、
前記範囲設定部に設定された前記許容範囲内において、前記分散型電源から前記電力系統に供給する前記無効電力および前記有効電力を制御する出力制御部と、
前記電力系統における指令装置から、前記許容範囲を超える前記無効電力を出力すべき旨の超過出力指令を受信する受信部と
を備え、
前記出力制御部は、前記受信部が前記超過出力指令を受信した場合に、前記許容範囲外の前記無効電力を出力する制御装置。 - 前記範囲設定部には、前記許容範囲として前記無効電力および前記有効電力の力率範囲が設定されており、
前記出力制御部は、前記受信部が前記超過出力指令を受信した場合に、前記力率範囲外の前記無効電力を出力する
請求項1に記載の制御装置。 - 前記出力制御部は、前記受信部が前記超過出力指令を受信した場合に、前記電力系統に供給する前記有効電力を維持しつつ、前記電力系統に供給する前記無効電力を増加させる
請求項1または2に記載の制御装置。 - 前記出力制御部は、前記超過出力指令に応じて前記無効電力を増加させた場合の皮相電力が、前記電力系統に供給できる最大電力を超える場合に、前記有効電力を減少させて、前記無効電力を増加させる
請求項1または2に記載の制御装置。 - 前記分散型電源から電力を受け取り、前記電力系統に電力を出力するパワーコンディショナーを更に備え、
前記パワーコンディショナーが出力できる最大電力が、前記分散型電源が出力できる最大電力よりも大きい
請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の制御装置。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の制御装置が前記電力系統に供給する前記無効電力の電力量を検出する電力検出部と、
前記電力検出部が検出した前記無効電力の電力量に基づいて、前記制御装置の管理者に支払われる対価を算出する対価算出部と
を備える対価算出装置。 - 前記対価算出部は、前記許容範囲を超えて出力した前記無効電力の超過電力量に基づいて前記対価を算出する
を備える請求項6に記載の対価算出装置。 - 前記対価算出部は、前記超過出力指令に応じて前記無効電力の電力を増加させた増加電力量に基づいて前記対価を算出する
請求項6に記載の対価算出装置。 - 前記対価算出部は、前記有効電力に対して支払われる対価に更に基づいて、前記無効電力に対して支払われる対価を算出する
請求項6から8のいずれか一項に記載の対価算出装置。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の複数の前記制御装置と、
それぞれの前記制御装置に前記超過出力指令を通知する通知装置と
を備える電力システム。 - 前記通知装置は、それぞれの前記分散型電源が前記電力系統に供給している有効電力に基づいて、それぞれの前記分散型電源に出力させる無効電力を設定する
請求項10に記載の電力システム。 - 前記通知装置は、前記電力系統に供給している有効電力が減少しない範囲で無効電力を増加できる量が多い前記分散型電源に、優先して無効電力を増加させる
請求項11に記載の電力システム。 - コンピュータを、請求項6から9のいずれか一項に記載の対価算出装置として機能させるためのプログラム。
