Claims (4)
- ハウジングと、被充填タンクと、秤と、を備えた校正装置において、
前記ハウジングに設けられた開口部と、
前記開口部に挿入され、前記ハウジング内に乾燥ガスを供給させる乾燥ガス供給管路と、をさらに備え、
前記乾燥ガス供給管路の外周面と前記開口部の内周面との間には、全周にわたって隙間が設けられていることを特徴とする校正装置。 - 前記乾燥ガス供給管路に設けられ、前記開口部を閉塞または開口させる閉塞部材をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の校正装置。
- 前記閉塞部材は、前記ハウジングに対して磁力によって着脱が可能であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の校正装置。
- 前記開口部は、前記ハウジングの下面に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の校正装置。
