Means 1. In the article transport unit structure in which the articles can be stacked while interposing a tray provided with an installation portion on which the articles can be installed.
The article includes a lower protrusion that projects downward from the lower surface side and is provided in an annular shape, and an upper protrusion that projects upward from the upper surface side and is provided in an annular shape, and is positioned downward when the articles are stacked. The lower protrusion of the article located above faces the upper protrusion of the article in the horizontal direction, and the relative displacement of the upper and lower articles in the horizontal direction is restricted.
The installation portion includes a bottom portion and a side wall portion extending upward from the outer edge portion of the bottom portion.
The side wall portion includes a first contact portion extending from an intermediate position in the vertical direction of the side wall portion toward the central portion side of the bottom portion, and a connecting portion connecting the first contact portion and the outer edge portion of the bottom portion. With
When the articles are stacked with the tray interposed therebetween,
The lower protrusion of the article located on the upper side of the tray and installed in the installation portion of the tray abuts on the upper surface of the first contact portion.
The upper protrusion of the article, which is located below the tray and supports the tray, comes into contact with the lower surface of the first contact portion.
The inner surface of the side wall portion above the first contact portion faces the outer surface of the article installed in the installation portion, and regulates the relative displacement of the article installed in the installation portion in the horizontal direction. It is composed as an inner side regulation part,
The outer surface of the connecting portion of the side wall portion faces the inner surface of the upper protrusion of the article supporting the tray, and serves as an outer surface side regulating portion that regulates the relative displacement of the article supporting the tray in the horizontal direction. Configured
A structure for transporting articles, wherein the regulation surface of the inner surface side regulation portion is positioned at a position laterally deviated from the regulation surface of the outer surface side regulation portion.

When the articles are stacked, the outer surface of the upper protrusion of the lower article may be configured to face and approach the inner surface of the lower protrusion of the upper article.

According to the means 1, when the articles having the upper protrusion and the lower protrusion are stacked with the tray interposed therebetween, the relative between the tray and the articles installed above and below the tray in the horizontal direction. Displacement can be prevented. Therefore, in a state where the articles are stacked with the tray interposed therebetween, it is possible to prevent the articles from slipping or tipping over, and it is possible to stably transport the articles. Further, the tray is supported by the upper protrusion of the article supporting the tray at the lower surface side of the installation portion, and the relative displacement in the horizontal direction with the article is regulated. .. Therefore, another tray can be installed on the upper side of the article installed in the tray installation portion in the same direction as the lower tray so that the outer peripheral edges are aligned in a plan view. Therefore, when stacking (stacking) a plurality of sets of a tray and an article placed on the tray as one set, the stacking state is stabilized, the stacking direction is adjusted, while improving space efficiency. It is possible to suppress mistakes in the position and the like.

Further, the side wall portion has a substantially crank-shaped cross section, and for an article installed in the tray installation portion, the lower protrusion portion of the article abuts on the upper surface of the first contact portion, and the outer surface of the article is the side wall portion. Of these, it faces the inner surface side regulating portion formed by the inner surface of the portion above the first contact portion. On the other hand, with respect to the article supporting the tray, the upper protrusion portion of the article abuts on the lower surface of the first contact portion, and the inner surface of the upper protrusion portion is an outer surface formed by the outer surface of the connecting portion of the side wall portion. Facing the side regulation part. For this reason, both the upper end portion and the lower end portion of the connecting portion that constitutes the outer surface side regulating portion and extends in the vertical direction are the first contact portions extending in the direction (horizontal direction) intersecting with the connecting portion. , And can be connected to the bottom. Further, regarding the portion of the side wall portion that constitutes the inner surface side regulating portion above the first contact portion, the lower end portion can be connected to the first contact portion, and the upper end portion is from the side wall portion to the installation portion. It can be connected to the wall part extending outward. Therefore, it is possible to improve the durability of the inner surface side regulation part and the outer surface side regulation part. Further, the side wall portion does not have to have an undercut shape, and the complexity of molding (mold structure) can be suppressed.

Further, the regulation surface of the inner surface side regulation unit is set to a position shifted in the horizontal direction from the regulation surface of the outer surface side regulation unit. Therefore, for example, the width of the first contact portion in the inside / outside direction of the installation portion is caused by the fact that the regulation surface of the inner surface side regulation portion and the regulation surface of the outer surface side regulation portion are at the same position in the horizontal direction. Is narrowed, the difference between the inner diameter of the inner surface side regulation part and the outer diameter of the lower protrusion of the article, and the difference between the outer diameter of the outer surface side regulation part and the inner diameter of the upper protrusion of the article are almost eliminated. It is possible to prevent such a situation. Therefore, even when the tray and the article are slightly displaced in the horizontal direction, the lower protrusion of the article installed on the tray and the upper protrusion of the article supporting the tray are in contact with the first contact portion. The state can be maintained. Further, when the articles are stacked through the tray, the tray is placed on the article even if the first contact portion, the upper protrusion portion and the lower protrusion portion of the article are slightly displaced in the horizontal direction. Alternatively, the article can be installed in the tray installation part, and manufacturing errors and slight deformations occur in the peripheral part of the first contact portion, the upper protrusion part of the article, and the lower protrusion part. However, it can be tolerated and stacked.

The term "annular" means not only an annular ring but also an annular ring having a corner such as a square or an annular ring that is partially missing. Further, even if the shape of the installation portion is such that the tray is turned upside down, the same effect as that of the present means 1 can be obtained.

Further, regarding the inner surface side regulating portion, "the inner surface of the side wall portion above the first contact portion faces the outer surface (only) of the lower protrusion portion of the article installed in the installation portion. , The relative displacement of the article installed in the installation portion in the horizontal direction may be regulated. " In this case, the inner surface side regulating portion only abuts on the lower protrusion portion, and includes a relatively conspicuous portion (for example, a seal is attached or painted) on the outer peripheral surface of the article (main body) in the vertical direction. It will not come into contact with the part). As a matter of course, the outer surface side regulating portion does not come into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the article. In this way, by adopting a configuration that prevents the relative displacement of the article in the horizontal direction by using the upper protrusion and the lower protrusion, the outer peripheral surface (design portion) of the article (main body) during transportation of the article is adopted. ), It is possible to avoid a situation in which the configuration (inner surface side regulating portion, outer surface side regulating portion) that prevents the relative displacement of the article in the horizontal direction comes into contact with each other and is damaged.

Means 2.
With
The tray includes a second contact portion extending outward from the installation portion from a plurality of vertical intermediate positions of the side wall portion in a plan view, and a side portion extending upward from the second contact portion. With a recess that opens upwards
When the articles are stacked with the tray interposed therebetween,
The lower protrusion of the article located on the upper side of the tray and installed in the installation portion of the tray abuts on the upper surface of the first contact portion.
The upper protrusion of the article, which is located below the tray and supports the tray, comes into contact with at least the lower surface of the second contact portion.

When the articles are stacked, the inner surface of the upper protrusion of the lower article may be configured to face and approach the outer surface of the lower protrusion of the upper article.

According to the means 2, when the articles having the upper protrusion and the lower protrusion are stacked with the tray interposed therebetween, the relative between the tray and the articles installed above and below the tray in the horizontal direction. Displacement can be prevented. Further, the tray is supported by the upper protrusion of the article supporting the tray at the lower surface side of the installation portion, and the relative displacement in the horizontal direction with the article is regulated. .. Therefore, as in the case of the above-mentioned means 1, the effects such as the ability to stably carry the article are exhibited.

On the other hand, with respect to the article supporting the tray, the upper protrusion of the article abuts at least the lower surface of the second contact portion, and the inner surface of the upper protrusion is composed of the outer surface of the connecting portion of the side wall portion. Facing the outer surface side regulation part. Therefore, similarly to the above means 1, it is possible to improve the durability of the inner surface side regulating portion and the outer surface side regulating portion, suppress the complexity of molding (mold structure), and the like.

Further, the regulation surface of the inner surface side regulation unit is set to a position shifted in the horizontal direction from the regulation surface of the outer surface side regulation unit. Therefore, similarly to the above means 1, it is possible to stabilize the state in which the articles are stacked through the tray, and to allow the installation unit and the manufacturing error of the articles to allow the articles to be stacked through the tray. ..

In this means 2, when the articles are stacked, the inner surface of the upper protrusion of the lower article faces the outer surface of the lower protrusion of the upper article and is close to each other. The surfaces on which the inner surface side regulating portion and the outer surface side regulating portion of the tray can come into contact with each other with respect to the lower protrusion portion and the upper protrusion portion are the lower protrusion portion of the upper article and the lower protrusion portion of the upper article when the articles are directly stacked. It is a surface (originally formed in consideration of contact when stacking articles) so that the upper protrusions of the lower articles can face each other and come into contact with each other. For this reason, for example, when transporting articles in a stacked state with a tray interposed therebetween, even if the inner surface side regulating portion or the outer surface side regulating portion comes into contact with the lower protrusion portion or the upper protrusion portion, the lower protrusion portion It can be expected that the upper protrusion is less likely to be deformed or damaged.

The term "annular" means not only an annular ring but also an annular ring having a corner such as a square or an annular ring that is partially missing. Further, even if the shape of the installation portion is such that the tray is turned upside down, the same effect as that of the present means 2 can be obtained.

Means 3. The tray includes a plurality of the installation portions.
The recess is provided so as to communicate between the adjacent installation portions, and at least the lower surface of the recess that communicates between the installation portions having the shortest installation interval is flush with each other. The article transport unit structure according to means 2.

According to the means 3, the strength and rigidity of the portions between the installation portions can be increased by providing the recesses between the adjacent installation portions. Therefore, a plurality of articles can be stacked in a plurality of stages while interposing a tray in a stable state. Further, by sharing the recesses in the adjacent installation portions and making the lower surface of the recesses flush with each other, the lower surface of the recesses can function as a second contact portion supported by the upper protrusion of the article. It is possible to expand the range that can be done (to eliminate as much as possible the parts that are uneven and cannot be used as the second contact part), and to efficiently use multiple installation parts (for example, to increase the number of installation parts as much as possible). Can be placed. Therefore, it is possible to improve the efficiency of transporting and storing articles.

Means 4. The transportation of the article according to any one of means 1 to 3, wherein the first contact portion includes an extension contact portion extending from a plurality of inner edges to the central portion side of the bottom portion. Unit structure.

According to the means 4, since the area of the portion that can support the lower protrusion portion of the article installed in the installation portion is increased, the installation state of the article in the installation portion can be further stabilized. Further, the installation portion can be reinforced by providing a wall portion or the like for connecting the extension contact portion and the bottom portion, and the installation state of the article can be further stabilized.

It should be noted that "the installation portion is provided with a surface side support portion that is in contact with or is close to the lower surface of the article installed in the installation portion, and the bottom portion is in contact with the upper surface of the article that supports the tray. Or, it may be configured to be close to each other. " In this case, the upper protrusion and the lower protrusion are relatively greatly deformed or damaged, resulting in defective products or unstable stacking state of the products. The situation can be prevented.

Further, the recess 8 basically communicates between the adjacent installation portions 2 (the recess 8 corresponding to one installation portion 2 and the recess 8 corresponding to the other installation portion 2 communicate with each other. (Let's make it). As shown in FIG. 5, in the present embodiment, not only the recesses 8 are provided between the installation portions 2 in the adjacent rows, but also the recesses 8 are provided between the installation portions 2 adjacent to each other across one row. In addition, a recess 8 is also provided between the installation portions 2 arranged along the outer periphery of the tray 1. In the recess 8 of the present embodiment, one end side is connected to the installation portion 2, but the other end side is not connected to the installation portion 2. In addition, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 14, the lower surface (second contact portion 9) of the recess 8 (second contact portion 9) that communicates at least between the installation portions 2 having the shortest installation interval (between the installation portions 2 in the adjacent row). The lower surface of the recess 8 corresponding to one installation portion 2 and the lower surface of the recess 8 corresponding to the other installation portion 2 are flush with each other.

When the articles 21 are stacked with the tray 1 interposed therebetween, as shown in FIGS. 10 and 13, the articles 21 located above the tray 1 and installed in the installation portion 2 of the tray 1 The protrusion 27 abuts on the upper surface of the first contact portion 5 including the extension contact portion 7, and the upper protrusion 26 of the article 21 located below the tray 1 and supporting the tray 1 is the second hit. It abuts on the lower surfaces of the contact portion 9 and the first contact portion 5. Further, as shown in FIG. 10, the inner surface of the side wall portion 4 above the first contact portion 5 faces the outer surface (only) of the lower protrusion 27 of the article 21 installed in the installation portion 2. It is configured as an inner surface side regulation unit 11 that regulates the relative displacement of the article 21 installed in the installation unit 2 in the horizontal direction.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 13, the outer edge portion of the bottom portion 3 and the outer surface of the connecting portion 6 of the side wall portion 4 face the inner surface of the upper protrusion 26 of the article 21 supporting the tray 1, and the tray 1 is placed. It is configured as an outer surface side regulating unit 12 that regulates the relative displacement of the supporting article 21 in the horizontal direction. Further, as shown in FIG. 10, the regulation surface of the inner surface side regulation unit 11 (which can come into contact with the lower protrusion 27 of the article 21 installed on the tray 1 in the horizontal direction) is the outer surface side regulation unit 12. (It may come into contact with the upper protrusion 26 of the article 21 that supports the tray 1 in the horizontal direction.) Positions displaced in the horizontal direction from the regulation surface (the inner surface side regulation portion 11 is slightly outside the outer surface side regulation portion 12). On the other side).

In addition, as shown in FIG. 10 and the like, the bottom portion 3 is configured to be close to the upper surface (upper wall portion 24) of the article 21 that supports the tray 1. Further, the installation portion 2 is provided so as to project upward from the bottom portion 3 on the inner side of the substantially annular bottom portion 3, and is provided with the lower surface (lower wall portion 25) of the article 21 installed in the installation portion 2. It is provided with an adjacent surface side support portion 14. In the present embodiment, when the upper protrusion 26, the lower protrusion 27, and the installation portion 2 are slightly deformed from the basic shape, the bottom portion 3 comes into contact with the upper surface of the article 21 supporting the tray 1, or the surface side. The support portion 14 comes into contact with the lower surface of the article 21 installed in the installation portion 2 of the tray 1.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 7, the tray 1 extends substantially horizontally from the upper edge portion of the side wall portion 4 of each installation portion 2 toward the outer side of the installation portion 2, and each installation portion 2 A base portion 15 for connecting the upper edges of the side wall portion 4 of the base portion 14 and an edge wall portion 16 extending downward from the outer edge portion of the base portion 15 having a substantially rectangular shape in a plan view are provided. The portion of the base portion 15 that is connected to the edge wall portion 16 has a stepped shape so that the lower surface is at the same height as the lower surface of the bottom portion 3 of the installation portion 2, and the lower edge portion of the edge wall portion 16 is the bottom portion. It is located below the lower surface of 3. The upper edge of the side portion 10 of the recess 8 is also connected to the base portion 15.

As shown in FIGS. 1, 2 and the like, a pallet 29 may be used as a transport mode (transport unit) of the article 21 using the tray 1. By placing (covering) the tray 1 on the pallet 29, as shown in FIGS. 9 and 12, the lower surface of the bottom 3 of the tray 1 and the lower surface of the outer peripheral portion of the base 15 become the upper surface of the pallet 29. The upper part of the pallet 29 is inserted into the inner side of the edge wall portion 16 of the tray 1 to be substantially fitted. Further, in FIGS. 1 and 9, two sets of the tray 1 and the article 21 placed on the tray 1 are stacked as one set, and the tray 1 is put on the uppermost article 21. In the transport unit of the article 21 assembled in this way, the tray 1 is interposed between the article 21 and the pallet 29, and between the upper and lower articles 21 (furthermore, the tray 1 is placed in the uppermost article 21. By covering the article 21, the article 21 is prevented from being displaced or overturned in the horizontal direction even when it is transported by a forklift or the like. It should be noted that a means for bundling the transport unit may be provided, such as hanging a band on the pallet 29 and the uppermost tray 1.

As described in detail above, according to the first embodiment, when the articles 21 having the upper protrusion 26 and the lower protrusion 27 are stacked with the tray 1 interposed therebetween, the tray 1 and the tray 1 are stacked. It is possible to prevent the relative displacement in the horizontal direction between the articles 21 installed above and below the tray. Therefore, in a state where the articles 21 are stacked with the tray 1 interposed therebetween, it is possible to prevent the articles 21 from slipping or tipping over, and the articles 21 can be stably transported. Further, the tray 1 is supported by the upper protrusion 26 of the article 21 that supports the tray 1 at the lower surface side of the installation portion 2, and the relative displacement in the horizontal direction with the article 21 is regulated. It has become so. Therefore, another tray 1 can be installed on the upper side of the article 21 installed in the installation portion 2 of the tray 1 in the same direction as the lower tray 1 so that the outer peripheral edges are aligned in a plan view. Therefore, when the tray 1 and the article 21 placed on the tray 1 are regarded as one set and a plurality of sets are stacked (stacked), the space efficiency is improved, the stacking state is stabilized, and the stacking is performed. It is possible to suppress mistakes such as the direction and position of the tray.

Further, the side wall portion 4 has a substantially crank-shaped cross section, and with respect to the article 21 installed in the installation portion 2 of the tray 1, the lower protrusion 27 of the article 21 abuts on the upper surface of the first contact portion 5, and the article 21 is said. The outer surface of the lower protrusion 27 faces the inner surface side regulating portion 11 formed by the inner surface of the portion of the side wall portion 4 above the first contact portion 5. On the other hand, regarding the article 21 that supports the tray 1, the upper protrusion 26 of the article 21 comes into contact with the lower surfaces of the second contact portion 9 and the first contact portion 5, and the upper protrusion 26 The inner surface faces the outer surface side regulating portion 12 formed by the outer surface of the connecting portion 6 of the side wall portion 4. Therefore, both the upper end portion and the lower end portion of the connecting portion 6 that constitutes the outer surface side regulating portion 12 and extends in the vertical direction are the first extending in the direction (horizontal direction) intersecting with the connecting portion 6. It can be connected to the contact portion 5 and the bottom portion 3. Further, regarding the portion of the side wall portion 4 that constitutes the inner surface side regulating portion 11 above the first contact portion 5, the lower end portion can be connected to the first contact portion 5, and the upper end portion is the side wall portion. It can be connected to the base portion 15 extending outward from the portion 4 to the installation portion 2. Therefore, for example, as compared with the case where the upper side of the inner surface side regulating portion 11 is not connected to the base portion 15 or the lower side portion side of the outer surface side regulating portion 12 is not connected to the bottom portion 3, the inner surface side regulating portion 11 is not connected. , And the durability of the outer surface side regulating portion 12 can be improved. Further, the side wall portion 4 does not have to have an undercut shape, and the complexity of molding (mold structure) can be suppressed (can be formed by vacuum forming).

Further, the regulation surface of the inner surface side regulation unit 11 is set to a position displaced in the horizontal direction from the regulation surface of the outer surface side regulation unit 12. Therefore, for example, the first contact portion 5 in the inner / outer direction of the installation portion 2 is caused by the fact that the regulation surface of the inner surface side regulation portion and the regulation surface of the outer surface side regulation portion are at the same position in the horizontal direction. The width of the inner surface side regulating portion 11 is narrowed, the difference between the inner diameter of the inner surface side regulating portion 11 and the outer diameter of the lower protrusion portion 27 of the article 21, and the outer diameter of the outer surface side regulating portion 12 and the upper protrusion portion 26 of the article 21. It is possible to prevent a situation in which the difference from the inner diameter is almost eliminated. Therefore, even when the tray 1 and the article 21 are slightly displaced in the horizontal direction, the lower protrusion 27 of the article 21 installed on the tray 1 and the upper protrusion 26 of the article 21 supporting the tray 1 and the second 1 The contact state with the contact portion 5 can be maintained. Further, when the articles 21 are stacked via the tray 1, even if the first contact portion 5, the upper protrusion 26 and the lower protrusion 27 of the article 21 are slightly displaced in the horizontal direction, the tray 1 can be placed on the article 21, the article 21 can be installed on the installation portion 2 of the tray 1, the peripheral portion of the first contact portion 5, the upper protrusion 26 of the article 21, and the article 21. Even if a manufacturing error or a slight deformation occurs in the lower protrusion 27, it can be allowed to be stacked.

It should be noted that the surface on which the inner surface side regulating portion 11 and the outer surface side regulating portion 12 of the tray 1 can come into contact with the lower protrusion 27 and the upper protrusion 26 of the article 21 is when the articles 21 are directly stacked. In addition, the surface on which the lower protrusion 27 of the upper article 21 and the upper protrusion 26 of the lower article 21 can come into contact with each other (originally, they come into contact with each other when the articles 21 are stacked). The shape is formed in consideration of this). Therefore, for example, when the articles 21 in a stacked state are transported with the tray 1 interposed therebetween, the inner surface side regulating portion 11 and the outer surface side regulating portion 12 come into contact with the lower protrusion portion 27 and the upper protrusion portion 26. Even so, it can be expected that the lower protrusion 27 and the upper protrusion 26 are less likely to be deformed or damaged.

Further, regarding the inner surface side regulating portion 11, the inner surface of the side wall portion 4 above the first contact portion 5 faces the outer surface (only) of the lower protrusion 27 of the article 21 installed in the installation portion 2. , The relative displacement of the article 21 installed in the installation unit 2 in the horizontal direction is regulated. For this reason, the inner surface side regulating portion 11 only abuts on the lower protrusion portion 27, and a relatively conspicuous portion (for example, a seal is attached or painted) such as the outer peripheral surface of the main body portion 22 of the article 21 is applied in the vertical direction. It will not come into contact with the part including the central part). As a matter of course, the outer surface side regulating portion 12 also does not come into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the article 21. In this way, by adopting a configuration in which the upper protrusion 26 and the lower protrusion 27 are used to prevent the relative displacement of the article 21 in the horizontal direction, the outer peripheral surface of the article 21 (when the article 21 is transported) ( It is possible to avoid a situation in which the structure (inner surface side regulating portion 11 and outer surface side regulating portion 12) that prevents the relative displacement of the article 21 in the horizontal direction comes into contact with the design portion) and is damaged.

Further, the tray 1 is provided with a plurality of installation portions 2, and the recess 8 is provided so as to communicate between the adjacent installation portions 2, and at least the recess 8 that communicates between the installation portions 2 having the shortest installation interval. The lower surface is flush. By providing the recesses 8 between the adjacent installation portions 2 in this way, the strength and rigidity of the portions between the installation portions 2 can be increased. Therefore, a plurality of articles 21 can be stacked in a plurality of stages while interposing the tray 1 in a stable state. Further, by making the recess 8 common to the adjacent installation portions 2 and further making the lower surface of the recess 8 flush with each other, the second lower surface of the recess 8 is supported by the upper protrusion 26 of the article 21. It is possible to expand the range in which the contact portion 9 can function (eliminate the uneven parts that cannot be used as the second contact portion 9 as much as possible), and efficiently (for example, for example, a plurality of installation portions 2). It can be arranged so that the number of installation portions 2 is as large as possible). Therefore, it is possible to improve the transportation / storage efficiency of the article 21.

In addition, the first contact portion 5 includes an extension contact portion 7 extending from a plurality of locations toward the central portion of the bottom portion 3 in a plan view. As a result, the area of the portion that can support the lower protrusion 27 of the article 21 installed in the installation portion 2 increases, so that the installation state of the article 21 in the installation portion 2 can be further stabilized. Further, the installation portion 2 can be reinforced by providing a wall portion or the like connecting between the extension contact portion 7 and the bottom portion 3, and the installation state of the article 21 can be further stabilized. ..

Further, the bottom portion 3 is in close proximity to the upper surface of the article 21 that supports the tray 1. In addition, the installation portion 2 includes a surface side support portion 14 close to the lower surface of the article 21 installed in the installation portion 2. Therefore, when the articles 21 having a relatively large weight are stacked through the tray 1, or when the number of stages of the articles 21 to be stacked through the tray 1 is relatively large, the upper protrusion 26 and the lower protrusion 27 are used. The bottom portion 3 comes into contact with the upper surface of the article, and the front surface side support portion 14 comes into contact with the lower surface of the article 21 before the bottom portion 3 is relatively significantly deformed or damaged. Therefore, it is possible to prevent a situation in which the article 21 becomes a defective product or the stacked state of the article 21 becomes unstable.

(Second Embodiment)
Hereinafter, the second embodiment will be described focusing on the feature portion. As shown in FIG. 15, also in the tray 31 of the second embodiment, the main body portion 52 having a substantially cylindrical outer shape, the upper protrusion portion 53 protruding upward from the outer peripheral edge of the upper surface of the main body portion 52, and the main body portion. The article 51 including the lower protrusion 54 protruding downward from the outer peripheral edge of the lower surface of the 52 can be placed. However, as shown in FIGS. 16 and 17, the article 51 placed on the tray 31 of the second embodiment has a diameter of the lower end portion of the main body portion 52 larger than the diameter of the upper end portion. The outer diameter of the upper protrusion 53 is slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the lower protrusion 54. Therefore, when the articles 51 are directly stacked (stacked), the outer surface of the upper projecting portion 53 of the article 51 located below is opposed to the inner surface of the lower projecting portion 54 of the article 51 located above. They face each other in the horizontal direction, and the relative displacement of the upper and lower articles 51 in the horizontal direction is regulated.

Further, as shown in FIG. 15, the tray 31 of the second embodiment is also provided with ten installation portions 32 on which the article 51 can be installed, similarly to the tray 1 of the first embodiment. Further, the installation portion 32 includes a bottom portion 33 and a side wall portion 34 extending upward from the outer edge portion of the bottom portion 33, and the side wall portion 34 extends from the vertical intermediate position of the side wall portion 34 toward the central portion side of the bottom portion 33. The same as the tray 1 of the first embodiment, that the first contact portion 35 and the connecting portion 36 that connects the inner edge portion of the first contact portion 35 and the outer edge portion of the bottom portion 33 are provided. is there. In addition, a recess 37 having a second contact portion 38 and a side portion 39 is provided, and the recess 37 is provided so as to communicate between adjacent installation portions 32.

When the articles 51 are stacked with the tray 31 interposed therebetween, as shown in FIG. 18, the lower protrusion 54 of the article 51 installed in the installation portion 32 of the tray 31 is the upper surface of the first contact portion 35. Contact. However, as shown in FIGS. 18 and 19, the article supporting the tray 31 corresponds to the fact that the diameter of the lower protrusion 54 of the article 51 placed on the tray 31 is larger than the diameter of the upper protrusion 53. The upper protrusion 53 of the 51 does not abut on the second abutting portion 38, but (only) abuts on the lower surface of the first abutting portion 35.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 18, the inner surface (inner surface side regulating portion 40) above the first contact portion 35 of the side wall portion 34 is the outer surface of the lower protrusion 54 of the article 51 installed in the installation portion 32. As shown in FIG. 19, the outer edge portion of the bottom portion 33 and the outer surface (outer surface side regulating portion 41) of the connecting portion 36 of the side wall portion 34 are close to or abutting against (only), and as shown in FIG. The point of approaching or abutting the inner surface of the upper protrusion 53 of the article 51 to be supported is the same as that of the first embodiment. Further, as shown in FIG. 18, the regulation surface of the inner surface side regulation unit 40 is located at a position shifted in the horizontal direction from the regulation surface of the outer surface side regulation unit 41, which is the same as that of the first embodiment. is there. The width of the first contact portion 35 of the second embodiment (the width of the installation portion 32 in the inside / outside direction (diameter direction)) is larger than the width of the first contact portion 5 of the first embodiment. Therefore, the distance between the inner surface side regulation unit 40 and the outer surface side regulation unit 41 is also relatively long.

As described above, according to the second embodiment, when the articles 51 having the upper protrusion 53 and the lower protrusion 54 are stacked with the tray 31 interposed therebetween, the tray 31 and the upper and lower trays 31 are stacked. It is possible to prevent the relative displacement in the horizontal direction with the article 51 installed in the. Further, the tray 31 is supported by the upper protrusion 53 of the article 51 that supports the tray 31 at a portion on the lower surface side of the installation portion 32, and the relative displacement in the horizontal direction with the article 51 is regulated. It has become so. Therefore, as in the first embodiment, the effect of being able to stably carry the article 51 and the like is exhibited.

Further, regarding the article 51 installed in the installation portion 32 of the tray 31, the outer surface side of the lower protrusion 54 faces the inner surface side regulating portion 40 of the tray 31, whereas the article 51 supporting the tray 31 is above. The inner surface side of the protrusion 53 faces the outer surface side regulating portion 41 of the tray 31. Therefore, as in the first embodiment, the effects of improving durability while suppressing the complexity of molding can be achieved.

Further, the side wall portion 34 has a substantially crank-shaped cross section, and with respect to the article 51 installed in the installation portion 32 of the tray 31, the lower protrusion 54 of the article 51 abuts on the upper surface of the first contact portion 35, and the article 51 is said to be in contact with the upper surface of the first contact portion 35. The outer surface of the lower protrusion 54 faces the inner surface side regulating portion 40 formed by the inner surface of the portion above the first contact portion 35 of the side wall portion 34. On the other hand, regarding the article 51 that supports the tray 31, the upper protrusion 53 of the article 51 comes into contact with the upper surface of the first contact portion 35, and the inner surface of the upper protrusion 53 is the connecting portion of the side wall portion 34. It faces the outer surface side regulating portion 41 composed of the outer surfaces of 36. Therefore, similarly to the first embodiment, it is possible to improve the durability of the inner surface side regulating portion 40 and the outer surface side regulating portion 41, suppress the complexity of molding (mold structure), and the like.

Further, the regulation surface of the inner surface side regulation unit 40 is set to a position displaced in the horizontal direction from the regulation surface of the outer surface side regulation unit 41. Therefore, as in the first embodiment, the article 51 is stabilized through the tray 31 in a stacked state, and the manufacturing error of the installation portion 32 and the article 51 is allowed, and the article is passed through the tray 31. 51 can be stacked.

In addition, with respect to the inner surface side regulating portion 40, the inner surface of the side wall portion 34 above the first contact portion 35 faces the outer surface (only) of the lower protrusion 54 of the article 51 installed in the installation portion 32. ing. Therefore, when the article 51 is transported, the outer peripheral surface of the main body portion 52 of the article 51 is in contact with a configuration (inner surface side regulating portion 40, outer surface side regulating portion 41) that prevents the article 51 from being displaced relative to the horizontal direction. It is possible to avoid a situation where the damage is caused. Also in the second embodiment, the first contact portion 35 includes the extension contact portion 42, so that the article 51 can be installed more stably with respect to the installation portion 32.

The content is not limited to the description of the above embodiment, and may be implemented as follows, for example. Of course, other application examples and modification examples not illustrated below are also possible.

(A) In the above embodiment, the number and arrangement of the installation portions 2 of the tray 1 (tray 31) are not particularly limited, and a plurality of articles 21 other than 10 may be installed on the tray. However, only one may be installed. In the first embodiment, the distance between the installation portions 2 can be appropriately changed according to the outer diameter of the upper protrusion 26 and the like. Further, by making the lower surface of the recess 8 provided between the installation portions 2 flush with each other, substantially the entire lower surface of the recess 8 is supported by the upper protrusion 26 of the article 21 supporting the tray 1. It can also function as the contact portion 9, and in that case, the distance between the installation portions 2 can be shortened as much as possible, and the installation portion 2 can be arranged more efficiently.

Further, the article 21 installed on the tray 1 is not particularly limited, and when the upper protrusion 26 and the lower protrusion 27 are provided and the lower protrusion 27 is installed on the installation surface with the lower protrusion 27 facing downward. The lower protrusion 27 is in contact with the installation surface so that it can be erected vertically, and when the flat plate-shaped member is placed on the article 21 with the upper protrusion 26 facing upward, the upper protrusion 27 is placed on the article 21. The structure may be such that the portion 26 is in contact with the flat plate-shaped member and can be supported horizontally. For example, in the above embodiment, the main body 22 of the article 21 has a substantially columnar shape, and the upper protrusion 26 and the lower protrusion 27 have an annular shape, but the horizontal cross section of the main body 22 is a square or the like. (For example, a square container), an annular shape in which the upper protrusion 26 and the lower protrusion 27 have a square or the like, or an annular shape in which the upper protrusion 26 and the lower protrusion 27 are partially missing (a plurality of protrusions are annular). The upper protrusion 26 and the lower protrusion 27 may not coincide with the outer peripheral edge of the upper surface of the main body 22 or the outer peripheral edge of the lower surface of the main body 22. Further, the article 21 may have a substantially barrel shape or a substantially tubular shape in which one or both of the upper wall portion 24 and the lower wall portion 25 are omitted.

Even if the shape of the installation portion 2 is such that the tray 1 of the first embodiment is turned upside down (the article 21 is also installed upside down), the same action and effect as that of the tray 1 of the first embodiment can be obtained. Even if the shape of the installation portion 32 is such that the tray 31 of the second embodiment is turned upside down (the article 51 is also installed upside down), the same action and effect as that of the tray 31 of the second embodiment can be obtained. Monkey.

(B) The form (transportation unit) for transporting the article 21 using the tray 1 is not particularly limited and can be changed as appropriate. For example, the tray 1 and the article 21 installed on the tray 1 may be set as one set and three or more sets thereof may be stacked, the pallet 29 may not be used, or the article 21 may be installed on the installation surface. Then, the article 21 may be installed on the article 21 via the tray 1, or the article 21 may be placed on the tray 1 and the tray 1 may be placed on the tray 1.

(C) In the above embodiment, with respect to the inner surface side regulating portion 11, the inner surface (inner surface side regulating portion 11) above the first contact portion 5 of the side wall portion 4 is the article 21 installed in the installation portion 2. Although it is configured to face the outer surface (only) of the lower protrusion 27, it can also be configured so that it can come into contact with a portion (main body 22) above the lower protrusion 27. However, by configuring the inner surface side regulating portion 11 so that it can come into contact with only the lower protrusion 27 of the article 21 installed in the installation portion 2, the inner surface side regulating portion 11 comes into contact with the main body portion 22 of the article 21. It is possible to avoid a situation where the damage is caused.

Further, the diameter of the lower portion of the connecting portion 6 may be smaller than the diameter of the upper portion. In that case, the bottom portion 3 may be formed with respect to the inner surface of the upper protrusion 26 of the article 21 supporting the tray 1. The outer edge portion does not abut, and only the outer surface of the connecting portion 6 of the side wall portion 4 can abut.

Further, in the above embodiment, even if the upper protrusion 26, the lower protrusion 27, and the installation portion 2 are not deformed from the basic shape, the bottom portion 3 comes into contact with the upper surface of the article 21 supporting the tray 1, or the surface thereof. The side support portion 14 may be in contact with the lower surface of the article 21 installed in the installation portion 2, the bottom portion 3 may be in contact with the upper surface of the article 21 supporting the tray 1, or the surface side support portion 14 may be in contact with the lower surface of the article 21. The structure may be such that the lower surface of the article 21 installed in the installation portion 2 does not come into contact with the lower surface (for example, the bottom portion 3 has a flat disk shape instead of an annular shape). When the bottom portion 3 and the surface side support portion 14 can come into contact with the article 21, the formation range of the bottom portion 3 and the surface side support portion 14 is set according to the shape of the upper surface and the lower surface of the article 21. It can be changed as appropriate.

In addition, in the first embodiment, the upper protrusion 26 of the article 21 supporting the tray 1 is configured to come into contact with the second contact portion 9 and the lower surface of the first contact portion 5. The upper protrusion 26 of the article 21 that supports the tray 1 may be configured to abut at least the lower surface of the second contact portion 9. For example, the upper protrusion 26 of the article 21 that supports the tray 1 may be configured to abut only on the lower surface of the second contact portion 9, and the upper protrusion 26 of the article 21 that supports the tray 1 may be the second. It may be configured to abut on a portion other than the lower surface of the abutting portion 9 and the first abutting portion 5.

(D) In the above embodiment, the tray 1 is made of polyethylene, but may be made of other resin materials such as polypropylene, PET, polyamide, and polyolefin. Further, although the tray 1 of the above embodiment is configured by vacuum forming, it may be formed by other methods such as compression molding and injection molding.
