図14は、トリム本体2と底部31(締結部3)との接合強度を評価する評価装置600を模式的に例示している。内装部材サンプルのトリム本体2は、図示しない固定具に固定され、ボルト631を通す穴2hが形成されている。底部31と評価装置用板610とは、穴2hからボルト631が通されて該ボルト631とナット632とにより互いに固定されている。引っ張り力F1を加えるための紐620の両端は、底部31と板610との間でボルト631に固定されている。
実施例1〜4の内装部材サンプルを評価装置600にセットし、F1=220Nの引っ張り力を加える試験を繰り返し10回行った。

表1に示すように、比S1/V1が10よりも大きい実施例4の内装部材サンプルの場合、該サンプルは内装部材として使用可能であるが、F1=220Nの引っ張り力を加えた時にトリム本体2からの底部サンプルの剥離が見られた。一方、比S1/V1が10以下である実施例1〜3の内装部材サンプルの場合、F1=220Nの引っ張り力を加える試験を繰り返し10回行っても、底部サンプルはトリム本体2から剥離しなかった。従って、S1/V1≦10にすることによりトリム本体2と締結部3との接合強度が向上することが分かった。
