Abstract
Description
舗装断面の構造は、一般的に舗装表面から表層、モルタル層、基層、路盤、路床の構造になっている。自然石の舗装表層材ブロック(以下、ブロックという。)の下面と基層間に敷きつめられたスペーサーの砕石または骨材の空隙に流状体の物質やCAモルタルを注入する工法は公知である。
基層上に円筒形の筒を設置し、この筒からCAモルタルを流し込み、骨材からなるスペーサー組織へCAモルタルを筒内から筒外へ流出させる工法も公知(特許庁・特許願・受付番号21901690091)である。
本発明は、基層上に円筒形の筒ではなく、多角形の筒[本文:特許請求の範囲1]、または筒の底辺部が基層面と並行になるような部材[本文:特許請求の範囲2]もしくは転倒防止の物体を有する筒を設置することを目的としている。
多角形の筒を使用する目的は、円筒形の筒より筒の製作費が安価になる場合があること。また基層上に筒を設置した時にスペーサーの砕石の敷き均し作業途中で筒が移動し、敷均し作業を妨害することを防ぐことである。
