本発明は、基層上に円筒形の筒ではなく、多角形の筒[本文:特許請求の範囲1]、または筒の底辺部が基層面と並行になるような部材[本文:特許請求の範囲2]もしくは転倒防止の物体を有する筒を設置することを目的としている。
