Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a package absorbent article.
Absorbent articles such as sanitary napkins, incontinence pads, and pantyliners (pantyliner sheets) are used as absorbent articles (wrapping absorbent articles) packaged with packaging sheets for hygiene and for convenience of carrying. It is common to be provided. As the packaging absorbent article, for example, an elongated packaging sheet is wound together with the absorbent article at least in the longitudinal direction and folded in three, and both edges in the width direction of the packaging sheet are joined by heat sealing or the like to form a sealing portion. There are many things that are done.
When opening such a package absorbent article, the user needs to release the joint of the seal portion at both edges. At that time, a sound of peeling the packaging sheet (peeling sound) is generated at the seal portion, and such a sound may be unpleasant depending on the user. Therefore, a device for not causing discomfort to the user, such as reducing the loudness of the peeling sound, has been studied.
For example,
However, even with the configuration disclosed in
In view of the above points, it is an object of one aspect of the present invention to provide a package absorbent article in which the peeling sound at the time of opening is sufficiently reduced and the discomfort due to the peeling sound is reduced.
A first aspect of the present invention is a packaging absorbent article including a packaging sheet and an absorbent article packaged by the packaging sheet, wherein the packaging sheet is folded at the first folding line in the longitudinal direction. It has a first region including one end and a second region including the other end in the longitudinal direction folded by the second folding line, and the first region is overlapped with the second region and orthogonal to the longitudinal direction. Seal portions including a plurality of joint portions are formed on both edge portions in the width direction, and the grip portion is provided at a position deviated from the center in the width direction of the first region.
According to the first aspect, since the grip portion is provided at a position deviated from the center in the width direction, when the user holds the grip portion and lifts and pulls the first region when opening the package absorbent article, the grip portion is gripped. The seal portion formed on the edge portion closer to the portion is preferentially released from the joint, and a relatively large number of seal portions formed on the edge portion farther from the grip portion can be maintained without being released from the joint portion. Therefore, the total area of the sealed portion to be unbonded in the opening operation can be made smaller than that of the conventional packaging absorbent article. As a result, the peeling sound at the time of opening can be reduced, and the discomfort that may be caused by the discomfort can be reduced.
In the second aspect of the present invention, the grip portion is a tab tape attached so as to straddle the boundary between the first region and the second region.
According to the second aspect, by using the tab tape as the gripping portion, the packaging sheet can be easily held and peeled off at the time of opening. Further, since the first region is fixed to the second region by the tab tape, it is possible to prevent the first region from shifting before opening and the package absorbent article from being unintentionally opened.
In the third aspect of the present invention, the seal portion includes a first seal portion formed on an edge portion closer to the grip portion and a second seal portion formed on an edge portion farther from the grip portion. The joint portion included in the first seal portion has an elongated plan view shape in which the outer side in the width direction is inclined and extends so as to approach the first fold line in the width direction.
In the opening operation of the package absorbent article, first, the first region arranged on the outside is rolled up in the direction toward the first fold line and peeled off. At this time, at the edge where the seal portion is formed, the boundary line between the portion where the packaging sheet has not been peeled off and the portion where the packaging sheet has already been peeled off is not horizontal with respect to the width direction, but the inside in the width direction is the first 1 Follow a sloping line so that it approaches the fold line. Then, when the seal portion is viewed locally, the packaging sheet is peeled off along a direction orthogonal to this boundary line, that is, a line inclined so that the outer side in the width direction approaches the first fold line.
According to the third aspect, the joint portion included in the first seal portion formed at the edge portion close to the grip portion is elongated so as to be inclined so that the outer side in the width direction approaches the first folding line. It has a plan view shape, and the extending direction of the joint portion is along the direction in which the above-mentioned packaging sheet is peeled off (peeling direction). As a result, at least in the first seal portion, the continuity of the peeling progress of the joint portion is enhanced along the peeling direction, and the joint release of the sealed portion can be continuously performed. Therefore, the generated peeling sound is less likely to be heard.
In the fourth aspect of the present invention, in the first seal portion, the angle of the extending direction of the joint portion near the first fold line with respect to the width direction is far from the first fold line. A portion larger than the angle with respect to the width direction in the existing direction is included.
In the opening operation of the packaging absorbent article, the direction of the boundary line between the part where the packaging sheet has not been peeled off and the part after it has already been peeled off, and the peeling direction of the packaging sheet orthogonal to the boundary line gradually change. .. More specifically, in the first sealing portion, as the opening operation progresses, the inclination in the width direction in the direction of the boundary line gradually decreases, and the inclination in the width direction in the peeling direction of the packaging sheet gradually increases.
According to the fourth aspect, in the first seal portion, the extending direction of the joint portion near the first fold line is more than the extending direction of the joint portion far from the first fold line with respect to the width direction. It has a large angled part. Therefore, the change in the longitudinal direction of the extending direction of the joint portion can correspond to the change in the peeling direction of the packaging sheet. Therefore, even if the opening operation progresses and the peeling direction of the packaging sheet changes at least partially in the first sealing portion, the continuity of the peeling progress is maintained along the peeling direction, and the sealing portion is released from the joining in the opening operation. Can be performed continuously. For this reason, the generated peeling sound is less likely to be heard.
In the fifth aspect of the present invention, the joint portion included in the second seal portion is an elongated flat surface extending so as to be inclined so that the outer side in the width direction approaches the first fold line in the width direction. It has a visual shape.
According to the fifth aspect, the joint portion included in the second seal portion formed at the edge portion far from the grip portion has an elongated plan view shape, and the extending direction is along the peeling direction of the packaging sheet. ing. Therefore, the continuity of the peeling progress of the joint portion is enhanced along the peeling direction, and even when the second seal portion is released from the joint, the joint release of the seal portion is continuously performed as in the case of the first seal portion. be able to. Therefore, in this embodiment, it is possible to make it difficult for the peeling sound generated from the second seal portion to be heard.
In the sixth aspect of the present invention, in the second seal portion, the angle of the extending direction of the joint portion near the first fold line with respect to the width direction is the extension of the joint portion far from the first fold line. A portion smaller than the angle with respect to the width direction in the existing direction is included.
In the second seal portion far from the grip portion, particularly at the initial stage of the opening operation, that is, when the region near the free end of the first region is peeled off, the portion where the packaging sheet has not been peeled off and the portion after it has already been peeled off. The direction of the boundary line and the peeling direction of the packaging sheet orthogonal to the boundary line gradually change. More specifically, the second seal portion is a portion in which the inclination in the width direction in the direction of the boundary line gradually increases and the inclination in the width direction in the peeling direction of the packaging sheet gradually decreases as the opening operation progresses. Has.
According to the sixth aspect, in the second seal portion, the extending direction of the joint portion near the first fold line is more than the extending direction of the joint portion far from the first fold line with respect to the width direction. It has a small angled part. Therefore, the change in the longitudinal direction of the extending direction of the joint portion can correspond to the change in the peeling direction of the packaging sheet. Therefore, even if the opening operation progresses and the peeling direction of the packaging sheet changes, the continuity of the peeling progress of the joint portion along the peeling direction is maintained at least partially in the second seal portion, and the seal is sealed throughout the opening operation. It is possible to continuously release the joints of the parts. For this reason, the generated peeling sound is less likely to be heard.
According to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a package absorbent article in which the peeling sound at the time of opening is sufficiently reduced and the discomfort due to the peeling sound is reduced.

When paper is used as the material of the
When paper is used as the material of the
As the
The packaging
In the package
The
The

(Grip part)
When opening the package
In the form shown in FIG. 1, a
When peeling off the first region R1, the user can grasp and pull up the tab portion 15Aa of the
Further, in the state before opening, the first region R1 can be lightly fixed to the second region R2 by the
In the form shown in FIG. 1, the
When the
As shown in FIG. 3A, when the
Therefore, at the time when the step of peeling off the first region R1 which is the first step at the time of opening is completed, in the
When the
Further, when opening the package absorbent article, the user holds the grip portion (
The position where the grip portion is provided is appropriately determined depending on the size of the package
(Modification example of grip part)
In the example shown in FIG. 1, the grip portion was the
FIG. 4 shows a modified example of the grip portion. As shown in FIG. 4A, the grip portion may be, for example, a protruding
The grip portion may only be provided with a mark so that the user can recognize it as the grip portion, depending on the configuration, use, and the like of the package absorbent article.
In this embodiment in which the grip portion is formed so as to be offset from the center of the width direction D2 to the left side, the grip portion is held by the right hand, and the second region R2 and the third region R3 are overlapped with each other by the left hand to open the package. Suitable for when to do. On the other hand, when the grip portion is held by the left hand and the portion where the second region R2 and the third region R3 are overlapped is held by the right hand, the grip portion is on the side opposite to the position shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, that is, It is preferable that the D2 is provided so as to be offset to the right from the center in the width direction. In the configuration including the grip portion shifted to the right from the center of D2 in the width direction, the positions of the
(Seal part and joint part)
The seal portion 20 (
For example, as shown in FIG. 1, the
In the opening operation of the package
Here, the outer side of the
The
The inclination angle of the
FIG. 5 shows a modified example of the joint portion of the
For example, as shown in FIG. 5 (a), in the
Here, referring to FIGS. 3A and 3B again, for example, in the
Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 5 (a) to 5 (c), in the
Also in the
Also in the second sealing portion 22, the direction of the boundary line B 2 between the portion where the
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 5A, in the
The configuration including the positions and extending directions of the
Therefore, for example, in the
FIG. 6 shows a modified example of the elongated shape of the joint portion included in the
As shown in FIG. 6A, the

The
As the surface sheet, a perforated or non-perforated non-woven fabric, a porous plastic sheet, or the like is preferably used. As the material fibers constituting the non-woven fabric, for example, olefins such as polyethylene and polypropylene, synthetic fibers such as polyester and polyamide, recycled fibers such as rayon and cupra, blended fibers thereof, and natural fibers such as cotton can be used alone or. Two or more types can be used in combination.
The absorber is not limited as long as it is a material capable of absorbing and retaining body fluid, but preferably contains cotton-like pulp and a water-absorbing polymer. As the water-absorbent polymer, a superabsorbent polymer granular powder (superabsorbent polymer (SAP)), a superabsorbent polymer fiber (SAF)), and a combination thereof can be used. Examples of the pulp include chemical pulp obtained from wood, cellulose fibers such as dissolving pulp, and artificial cellulose fibers such as rayon and acetate.
The thickness of the absorber can be in the range of 0.5 to 25 mm, preferably in the range of 1.5 to 6.5 mm. The absorber may have a structure in which a region corresponding to the body fluid discharge port (a region corresponding to the body fluid discharge port) and a region behind the body fluid discharge port corresponding region and facing the groove of the buttocks are bulged.
The absorber 4 has a size and shape that does not protrude from the front surface sheet and the back surface sheet, and at the front and rear edge portions of the absorber, the outer edge between the back surface sheet and the front surface sheet is an adhesive such as hot melt. It is joined by an adhesive means such as a heat seal or an ultrasonic seal. Further, on the lateral outer side of the absorber, side non-woven fabrics may be provided at both ends in the width direction along the longitudinal direction. As the side non-woven fabric, a water-repellent treated non-woven fabric or a hydrophilic treated non-woven fabric can be used.
