Abstract
Description
本出願は2015年6月8日付けで出願された米国予備特許出願第62/172,659号に基づいており、その出願は、その全体が参照によってここに援用される。

ここでS1はバッキングロール108の速さであり、S2は構造織地112の速さである。特定の実施形態では、織地クレープパーセンテージは約3%〜約100%の任意の値であることができる。ウエブのコンシステンシー、クレーピング間隙における速度デルタ、クレーピング間隙120にて使用される圧力、ならびに構造織地112及び間隙120の配置のこの組み合わせは、ウエブ116が依然として構造の変化を受けるほど十分に曲げやすい間に、セルロース繊維を再配置するように機能する。特に、理論に拘束されることを意図することなく、構造織地112のより遅いフォーミング表面の速さは、ウエブを構造織地116における開口内に実質的に成型させ、繊維はクレーピング比に比例して再整列される。
Claims (23)
- 第1の側及び第2の側を有する吸収性セルロースシートであって、
前記シートの前記第1の側から突出した複数のドーム状領域であって、前記ドーム状領域の各々が、前記吸収性シートの実質的にクロスマシン方向(CD)においてそれぞれのドーム状領域を横切って延在する複数の筋状の窪みを含み、前記ドーム状領域が前記吸収性シートのマシン方向(MD)に実質的に沿って延在している、複数のドーム状領域と、
前記吸収性シートの前記ドーム状領域を相互接続するネットワークを形成する接続領域と、
を備える、吸収性セルロースシート。 - 前記ドーム状領域の各々が6つの筋状の窪みを含む、請求項1に記載の吸収性シート。
- 前記ドーム状領域の少なくともいくつかが8つの筋状の窪みを含む、請求項1に記載の吸収性シート。
- 前記ドーム状領域が前記吸収性シートの前記MDにおいて2.5mm〜3.0mmの距離だけ延在している、請求項1に記載の吸収性シート。
- 前記ドーム状領域の各々が、千鳥配置されたドーム状領域のラインが実質的に前記吸収性シートの前記MDにて延在するように、2つの他のドーム状領域に隣接して配置されている、請求項1に記載の吸収性シート。
- 前記筋状の窪みが前記吸収性シートの前記MDにて0.5mmだけ離れて間隔を空けられている、請求項1に記載の吸収性シート。
- 前記ドーム状領域が実質的に四角形の形状を有する、請求項1に記載の吸収性シート。
- 第1の側及び第2の側を有する吸収性セルロースシートであって、
前記シートの前記第1の側から突出した複数のドーム状領域であって、前記ドーム状領域の各々が、前記吸収性シートの実質的にクロスマシン方向(CD)においてそれぞれのドーム状領域を横切って延在する複数の筋状の窪みを含み、各ドーム状領域が、千鳥配置されたドーム状領域のラインが実質的に前記吸収性シートのマシン方向(MD)にて延在するように、他のドーム状領域に隣接して配置されている、複数のドーム状領域と、
前記吸収性シートの前記ドーム状領域を相互接続するネットワークを形成する接続領域であって、各接続領域が、接続領域の実質的に連続したラインが前記吸収性シートの前記MDに沿って階段状に延在するように、2つの他の接続領域と実質的に連続している、接続領域と、
を備える、吸収性セルロースシート。 - 前記ドーム状領域の各々が、前記吸収性シートのクロスマシン方向(CD)において前記ドーム状領域を横切って延在する複数の筋状の窪みを含む、請求項8に記載の吸収性シート。
- 前記ドーム状領域の少なくともいくつかが8つの筋状の窪みを含む、請求項9に記載の吸収性シート。
- 前記ドーム状領域の各々が前記吸収性シートの前記MDにおいて2.5mm〜3.0mmの距離だけ延在している、請求項8に記載の吸収性シート。
- 前記ドーム状領域が実質的に四角形形状を有する、請求項8に記載の吸収性シート。
- 第1の側及び第2の側を有する吸収性セルロースシートであって、
前記シートの前記第1の側から突出した複数のドーム状領域であって、前記ドーム状領域の各々が、(i)前記吸収性シートのマシン方向(MD)において少なくとも2.5mmの距離だけ、延在し、且つ(ii)前記吸収性シートの実質的にクロスマシン方向(CD)にてそれぞれのドーム状領域を横切って延在する複数の筋状の窪みを含み、前記筋状の窪みが前記ドーム状領域の隣接する部分の下方に少なくとも45μmの深さだけ延在している、複数のドーム状領域と、
前記吸収性シートの前記ドーム状領域を相互接続するネットワークを形成する接続領域と、
を備える、吸収性セルロースシート。 - 前記ドーム状領域の各々が複数の筋状の窪みを含む、請求項13に記載の吸収性シート。
- 前記筋状の窪みが前記ドーム状領域の隣接する部分の下方に90μmの深さだけ延在している、請求項13に記載の吸収性シート。
- 前記ドーム状領域が前記吸収性シートのCDにて1.0mmの距離だけ延在している、請求項13に記載の吸収性シート。
- 前記ドーム状領域の各々が前記吸収性シートの前記MDにおいて少なくとも2.5mm〜5.5mmだけ延在している、請求項13に記載の吸収性シート。
- 前記筋状の窪みが前記ドーム状領域の隣接する部分の下方に45μm〜160μmの深さだけ延在している、請求項13に記載の吸収性シート。
- 各ドーム状領域が、千鳥配置されたドーム状領域のラインが実質的に前記吸収性シートのMDに沿って延在するように、他のドーム状領域に隣接して配置され、
各接続領域が、接続領域の実質的に連続したラインが前記吸収性シートの前記MDに沿って階段状に延在するように、2つの他の接続領域と実質的に連続している、請求項13に記載の吸収性セルロースシート。 - 前記吸収性シートの前記MDにて延在している接続領域が前記吸収性シートのCDにおいて0.5mmの距離だけ延在している、請求項19に記載の吸収性シート。
- 第1の側及び第2の側を有する吸収性セルロースシートであって、
前記シートの前記第1の側から延在している突出領域であって、前記突出領域が前記吸収性シートの実質的にマシン方向(MD)に延在しており、前記突出領域の各々が前記吸収性シートの実質的にクロスマシン方向(CD)にて前記突出領域を横切って延在する複数の筋状の窪みを含み、前記突出領域がお互いに実質的に平行である、突出領域と、
実質的に前記MDにて延在している、前記突出領域の間の接続領域と、
を備える、吸収性セルロースシート。 - 前記シートが12.247kg/500シートより少ない坪量及び4.572mm/8シートより少ないカリパスを有する、請求項21に記載の吸収性シート。
- 前記シートが15.876kg/500シートより少ない坪量及び5.715mm/8シートより少ないカリパスを有する、請求項21に記載の吸収性シート。
