However, since the above-mentioned cotton processed product is manufactured through a complicated manufacturing process, there is a problem that manufacturing man-hours and manufacturing cost are required.

The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a cotton processed body and a method for producing the same, which can be produced without incurring manufacturing man-hours and manufacturing costs.

The invention according to claim 1 is a method for manufacturing a cotton processed body in which an X-ray contrast member is arranged.
An attachment step in which the X-ray contrast member is attached to a rod-shaped attachment member in the shaping guide, and
A covering processing step of covering the cotton body on the outside of the X-ray contrast member to form the cotton processed body, and
A drawing step of pulling out the mounting member along the axial direction of the mounting member while leaving the X-ray contrast member in the cotton-processed body.
I do.

According to this, the X-ray contrast member is in a state of being attached to the rod-shaped mounting member in the shaping guide, the cotton body is covered on the outside of the X-ray contrast member to form a cotton processed body, and X-rays are formed inside the cotton processed body. A cotton processed body can be manufactured without spending manpower and manufacturing cost by a simple process of pulling out the mounting member along the axial direction of the mounting member while leaving the contrast member.

Further, in the attachment step, the X-ray contrast member is attached to the attachment member outside the shaping guide and moved into the shaping guide.

According to this, the manufacturing efficiency can be improved by mounting the X-ray contrast member outside the shaping guide where there is no space restriction and moving the mounting member manually or by using a driving means.

Further, in the invention of claim 3, the X-ray contrast member is covered with the cotton body in a state where it is not exposed on the outer peripheral surface.
A hole is formed from the outer peripheral surface to the inside, and the X-ray contrast member constitutes a part of the inner peripheral surface of the hole.

According to this, as a cotton processed body as a product manufactured by the above-mentioned manufacturing method, a cotton processed body with reduced man-hours and manufacturing cost is obtained. In addition, since the X-ray contrast member is covered in a state where it is not exposed on the outer peripheral surface, the X-ray contrast member becomes a cotton-processed body that does not easily come off, and the existence of the X-ray contrast member can be detected by looking into the inner peripheral surface of the hole. Since it is possible to confirm, it is possible to prevent the handling goods from being mistaken for each other.

Further, if the X-ray contrast member is formed in a flat plate shape and is provided with easily deformable means for facilitating deformation, the tact time is reduced by facilitating the deformation of the X-ray contrast member. Therefore, it contributes to the reduction of manufacturing cost.

(A) is a front view and (b) is a vertical sectional view of the cotton processed body of one embodiment of the present invention. It is the schematic explanatory drawing of the manufacturing method of the cotton processed body of the same embodiment. It is a perspective view of the X-ray contrast member.

An embodiment of the cotton processed body of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

As the cotton processed body, the cotton ball 10 will be described as an example. As shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B, the cotton ball 10 is covered with the cotton body 11 in a state where the X-ray contrast member 12 is not exposed on the outer peripheral surface 10a. A bottomed hole 10b having a substantially circular cross section is formed from the outer peripheral surface 10a of the cotton ball 10 toward the inside, and the X-ray contrast member 12 constitutes a part of the inner peripheral surface 10c of the bottomed hole 10b.

As the cotton body 11, degreased cotton obtained by degreasing and bleaching cotton is used. Then, the cotton body 11 formed in the shape of a rod is processed to form the cotton ball 10.

The X-ray contrast member 12 is made of polyvinyl chloride containing a plasticizer, is formed in a deformable disk shape as shown in FIG. 3, and contains barium sulfate as the X-ray contrast agent.

As shown in FIG. 2, the manufacturing apparatus 20 includes a mounting member 30 and a shaping guide 40.

The mounting member 30 is made of metal and is formed in a columnar shape. In the present embodiment, the mounting member 30 is connected to the motor 31 and is rotatable about the vertical direction in FIG. Further, the motor 31 can be moved along the vertical direction (the axis C direction of the mounting member 30) by a moving mechanism using an existing hydraulic cylinder or the like (not shown).

The shaping guide 40 is made of metal and is formed in a rectangular parallelepiped shape, and a guide hole 40a having a circular cross section penetrating from the front side to the other side of the paper surface in FIG. 2 is formed, and the inner surface of the guide hole 40a is a guide surface 40b. The cotton body 11 that covers the outside of the line contrast member 12 can be shaped into a spherical shape.

On the upper surface side of the shaping guide 40, an insertion portion 40c is provided so that the mounting member 30 to which the X-ray contrast member 12 is attached can go in and out of the shaping guide 40.

The method for producing the cotton ball 10 of the present invention will be described below.

As shown in FIG. 2A, the X-ray contrast member 12 is inserted and attached to the tip of the needle as the attachment member 30 of the manufacturing apparatus 20 along the thickness direction. Then, as shown in FIG. 2B, the mounting member 30 is moved downward, and the X-ray contrast member 12 mounted on the mounting member 30 is arranged in the shaping guide 40 (mounting step).

As shown in FIG. 2C, the motor 31 is driven to rotate the X-ray contrast member 12 attached to the attachment member 30, and the rod-shaped cotton body 11 is sent into the shaping guide 40 to send the X-ray contrast member. A cotton ball 10 is formed by covering the cotton body 11 on the outside of the 12 (covering step).

At this time, when the rod-shaped cotton body 11 is sent toward the rotating X-ray contrast member 12, the cotton body 11 is entangled with the attachment member 30 and the X-ray contrast member 12 and hits the guide surface 40b of the shaping guide 40. It is shaped into a sphere.

A surface processing agent is applied to the spherically formed cotton balls 10 by using a spray or the like.

As shown in FIG. 2D, the mounting member 30 is pulled out upward (along the axis C direction of the mounting member 30) with the X-ray contrast member 12 left in the cotton ball 10 (pulling step). ..

At this time, the cotton body 11 is arranged between the X-ray contrast member 12 and the shaping guide 40 located on the base end side of the attachment member 30, and even if the attachment member 30 is moved upward, the X-ray contrast member 12 is still present. , The upward movement is restricted by the cotton body 11, and the attachment member 30 does not follow the upward movement. In other words, only the mounting member 30 is pulled out.

The cotton ball 10 is taken out from the shaping guide 40 using a discharge stick or the like, and the cotton ball 10 containing the X-ray contrast member 12 is completed. As shown in FIG. 1, the completed cotton ball 10 is covered with the X-ray contrast member 12 not exposed on the outer peripheral surface 10a, and a bottomed hole 10b extending inward from the outer peripheral surface 10a is formed. The X-ray contrast member 12 constitutes a part of the inner peripheral surface 10c of 10b.

Looking at the present invention as a manufacturing method, it is a manufacturing method of a cotton processed body in which the X-ray contrast member 12 is arranged.
An attachment step in which the X-ray contrast member 12 is attached to the rod-shaped attachment member 30 in the shaping guide 40, and an attachment step.
A covering process of covering the cotton body 11 on the outside of the X-ray contrast member 12 to form a cotton ball 10 and
A pull-out step of pulling out the mounting member 30 along the axis C direction of the mounting member 30 with the X-ray contrast member 12 left in the cotton ball 10.
I do.

According to this, the X-ray contrast member 12 is in a state of being attached to the rod-shaped attachment member 30 in the shaping guide 40, and the cotton body 11 is covered on the outside of the X-ray contrast member 12 to form a cotton ball 10. The cotton ball 10 is manufactured by a simple process of pulling out the mounting member 30 along the axis C direction of the mounting member 30 with the X-ray contrast member 12 left in the ball 10 without incurring manufacturing manpower and manufacturing cost. be able to.

Further, in the attachment step, the X-ray contrast member 12 is attached to the attachment member 30 outside the shaping guide 40 and moved into the shaping guide 40.

According to this, the manufacturing efficiency can be improved by mounting the X-ray contrast member 12 outside the shaping guide 40 where there is no space restriction and moving the mounting member 30 by using the driving means.

Further, as an invention of a product, the cotton body 11 covers the X-ray contrast member 12 in a state where it is not exposed on the outer peripheral surface 10a.
A bottomed hole 10b is formed from the outer peripheral surface 10a toward the inside, and the X-ray contrast member 12 constitutes a part of the inner peripheral surface 10c of the bottomed hole 10b.

According to this, the cotton ball 10 as a product manufactured by the above-mentioned manufacturing method is a cotton ball 10 in which the manufacturing man-hours and the manufacturing cost are reduced. Further, since the X-ray contrast member 12 is covered in a state where it is not exposed on the outer peripheral surface 10a, the X-ray contrast member 12 becomes a cotton ball 10 that does not easily come off, and by looking into the inner peripheral surface 10c of the bottomed hole 10b, Since the presence of the X-ray contrast member 12 can be confirmed, it is possible to prevent the handling articles from being mistaken for each other.

The cotton ball 10 of the present invention is not limited to the above configuration. That is, various design changes and the like can be made without departing from the gist of the present invention.

For example, the X-ray contrast member 12 can be attached to the attachment member 30 in the shaping guide 40.

Further, the shape of the X-ray contrast member 12 is appropriately changed if the mounting member 30 can be pulled out along the axis C direction of the mounting member 30 with the X-ray contrast member 12 left in the cotton ball 10. can do. If it is a flat plate, it can be polygonal, elliptical, star-shaped, or the like. Further, if it is a three-dimensional shape, it can be spherical, cubic, konpeito, or the like.

Further, in the above embodiment, the X-ray contrast member 12 is formed in a disk shape, but it is also possible to provide an easily deformable means that facilitates deformation during the covering processing step. As a means for easy deformation, for example, the X-ray contrast member 12 may be formed into a star shape, a polygonal shape, a circular shape, an elliptical shape, or the like to form a slit or the like from the outer peripheral edge to the inner side. Conceivable.

With such a configuration, the tact time can be reduced by facilitating the deformation of the X-ray contrast member 12, which contributes to the reduction of manufacturing cost.

Further, the mounting member 30 may be hollow or needle-shaped if the mounting member 30 can be pulled out along the axis C direction of the mounting member 30 with the X-ray contrast member 12 left in the cotton ball 10. It may be present, and the material can be changed as appropriate.

Further, although cotton wool made of cotton wool was used for the cotton body 11, chemical fibers such as polyester and rayon can be applied as long as they have the same properties.

Further, although the cotton ball 10 is exemplified as the cotton processed body, the shape of the cotton processed body is like a tampon other than the spherical cotton ball 10 if the X-ray contrast member 12 is not exposed from the outer peripheral surface 10a. It is also possible to have an outer shape such as a columnar shape, an elliptical spherical shape, a rectangular parallelepiped shape, or a polygonal shape.

Further, although the bottomed hole 10b extending from the outer peripheral surface 10a of the cotton ball 10 to the inside is provided, it is also possible to make a through hole penetrating the cotton ball 10.
