Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an image reader that reads an image of a document.
In an image reading device typified by a scanner or the like, as shown in Patent Document 1, a document scanning sensor is arranged in a transport path for transporting a document, and is configured to read an image of the document while transporting the document. There is a sheet feed type, and such a scanner is sometimes called a document scanner.
In the sheet feed type scanner as described above, the glass constituting the reading unit equipped with the document reading sensor is charged, and when the glass exceeds the charge allowable amount, static electricity is transferred to the inside of the reading sensor due to the discharge from the glass. There is a risk of entering and damaging the reading sensor.
In order to avoid such a problem, when a static eliminator member is provided around the glass, a separate connection work between the static eliminator member and the GND is required, which increases the work man-hours and necessary members, which leads to an increase in cost.
In order to solve the above problems, the image reading device of the present invention has a document transport path through which a document is transported, a transparent plate facing the surface of the document transported along the document transport path, and a document via the transparent plate. The reading unit includes a reading unit including a reading sensor for reading the surface of the paper, and the reading unit includes a housing in which the reading sensor is housed and a transparent plate is provided at a position facing the document transport path, and the reading. A circuit board provided on the side opposite to the position where the transparent plate is provided with respect to the sensor and processing the output signal of the reading sensor, and a shield member covering the circuit board are provided and approach the document transport path. The first end portion, which is one end of the first direction, faces the transparent plate, and the second end portion, which is the other end of the first direction, has a surface extending in the first direction, which is a direction of separation. A conductive plate material having a contact portion in contact with the shield member is provided inside the housing, the circuit board has a GND pattern connected to the GND, and the shield member is the said circuit board of the circuit board. It is characterized by contacting with a GND pattern.

Subsequently, the
4 to 10, 12 and 13 show the configuration of the
In FIGS. 4 to 6, the
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the
The
In the present embodiment, the
The
The
As shown in FIG. 8, the inside of the
Here, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 13, a

As described above, the possibility that the rotation of the

In FIG. 9, the connection portion between the
In FIG. 10, the
In FIG. 11, a
In FIG. 12, the
Subsequently, the
Further, as will be described later, the
In the present embodiment, of the
Further, a
With such a structure, special work for connecting the
In the present embodiment, of the
On the contrary, a non-conductive plate material may be used instead of the
Further, in the present embodiment, the distance between the
