Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a schedule adjustment system and a program, and more particularly to a schedule adjustment system and a program performed via a network.
According to Patent Document 1, when there are a plurality of schedule adjustment target persons, if the schedule cannot be finalized until all the answers are obtained, the schedule adjustment becomes slower as the number of adjustment target persons increases. To solve this, a schedule adjustment system that enables quick and reliable schedule adjustment is disclosed.
Among users who use the schedule adjusting device, the following situations can often occur in the scene of adjusting the schedule in a business scene or the like. That is, when the user A consults with the user B, who is the desired partner of the visit such as a meeting, for a visit reservation and waits for a response from the user B, the user C also consults with the visit reservation. You may have to do it.
At this time, the user A has already presented to the user B, knowing that double booking may occur between the user B and the user C if his / her schedule is already filled to some extent. In some cases, the user C must be presented with a visit candidate date and time that overlaps with the visit candidate date and time.
Nevertheless, in order to avoid double booking, for example, when the visit date and time with the user C is determined prior to the response from the user B, the number of visit candidate dates and times presented to the user B You may want to take measures such as canceling.
Further, for user A, even if the visit schedule with user B has already been decided, it is necessary to visit user C after that, and if the schedule does not overlap with this visit schedule, the visit with user C is not performed. It may happen that you cannot fulfill.
In this case, if the visitation with the user C is more important than the visit with the user B, the user A cancels the visit date and time with the user B and sets the visit date and time as the visit with the user C. It may be necessary to replace the date and time and readjust the date and time of the visit with User B.
In this way, it may be necessary to adjust the schedule for a plurality of people in parallel, and a schedule adjustment system that can handle such a situation is desired.
Therefore, the present invention has been made in anticipation of such a situation, and an object of the present invention is to provide a schedule adjustment system capable of flexibly adjusting the schedule.

(Explanation of operation)
FIG. 2 is a diagram showing a typical operation of the schedule adjustment system shown in FIG. In the following description, the user of the
First, the user A wants to meet with the user B, and as the first candidate date and time of the appointment to the user B, for example,
・ From 11:00 to 12:00 on May 13, 2019 (Monday),
・ From 12:00 to 13:00 on Monday, May 13, 2019,
・ From 13:00 to 14:00 on Monday, May 13, 2019,
I want to send three candidates.
In this case, the user A selects the first candidate date and time including the above three candidate dates and times by operating the
Upon receiving an instruction from the user A, the
When a packet including the first candidate date and time is transmitted from the
Then, the adjusting
When the
As a result, it is assumed that the user B confirms the first candidate date and time transmitted from the
・ From 11:00 to 12:00 on May 13, 2019 (Monday),
・ From 12:00 to 13:00 on Monday, May 13, 2019,
Was an acceptable date and time.
In this case, the user B selects at least one of these dates and times by operating the
Upon receiving an instruction from the user B, the
When the packet is returned from the
Then, the adjusting
User A receives the notification of the
In this case, if the user A operates the
The flag processing in step S10 is to add a determination flag to the candidate date and time of "11:00 to 12:00 on May 13, 2019 (Monday)" among the first candidate dates and times. Become.
FIG. 3 is a diagram showing an operation example different from the operation shown in FIG. For example, after executing steps S1 to S4, for reasons such as the user B being busy, the
However, if it is difficult for the user A to secure the date and time of the visit with the user C because his / her schedule is already filled to some extent, in this case, double booking between the user B and the user C The user A may be obliged to present to the user C a candidate date and time for a visit that partially overlaps with the candidate date and time already presented to the user B, knowing that the above may occur. ..
For example, the second candidate date and time of the appointment that user A can send to user C is
・ From 12:00 to 13:00 on Monday, May 13, 2019,
・ From 13:00 to 14:00 on Monday, May 13, 2019,
・ From 11:00 to 12:00 on Tuesday, May 14, 2019,
Suppose it was. Here, the upper two of the second candidate dates and times overlap with the candidate dates and times included in the first candidate date and time.
Also in this case, when the user A instructs the
After that, each process of steps S19 to S20 described below is executed. Note that these processes may be executed during steps S16 to S17. Actually, FIG. 2 only describes the typical operation of the schedule adjustment system of the present embodiment, and not only the recording process but also the following after or together with the process of step 2. At least a part of the process of step S16 described in the above is executed.
Here, since the user A wants to avoid double booking of the appointment date and time between the user B and the user C if possible, in the present embodiment, the waiting state for the reply from the user B At this time, among the first candidate dates and times sent to user B, the candidate dates and times that overlap with at least the second candidate date and time are "12:00 to 13:00 on May 13, 2019 (Monday)". In order to cancel the candidate date and time of "13:00 to 14:00 on May 13, 2019 (Monday)", the application process will be performed.
However, as the clearing process, all of the first candidate dates and times may be canceled once, and some other candidate dates and times may be transmitted again. Further, for example, if the time zone of the candidate date and time to be applied is around lunch time or before dinner time, user A may wish to go to a meal with user C. Further, for example, the planned meeting place with the user B and the scheduled meeting place with the user C may be relatively far from each other, and it may be necessary to consider a travel time of, for example, about one hour.
Therefore, the adjusting
Therefore, when the adjusting
In this example, the discriminating means 401 determines that there is an overlapping portion between the first candidate date and time and the second candidate date and time. Therefore, the processing means 402 determines, for example, the
Specifically, the processing means 402 has, for example, "12:00 on May 13, 2019 (Monday)" among the candidate dates and times included in the first candidate date and time transmitted to the
In the application processing performed by the processing means 402, the user B "from 12:00 to 13:00 on May 13, 2019 (Monday)" and "13 on May 13, 2019 (Monday)". It also includes the process of making "hour: 00 to 14:00" unselectable.
That is, the processing means 402 may, for example, execute a process in the
The adjusting
By executing each process described with reference to FIG. 3 above, the user A can avoid double booking between the user B and the user C.
By the way, in the above example, the double booking is avoided by performing the clearing process in step S19, but it is fully considered that the acceptable candidate date and time of the user B does not overlap with any of the first candidate dates and times. Be done.
Specifically, when the acceptable candidate date and time selected by the user B is "11:00 to 12:00 on May 14, 2019 (Tuesday)", as a result, the first It means that it was not necessary to perform the application processing of the candidate date and time.
In order to deal with such a case, for example, it is one method that the processing in step S19 is not continuously processed following step S17. That is, for example, an acceptable candidate date and time for the second candidate date and time from the
In order to realize this, it is preferable to perform the discrimination process after or in addition to the flag process in step S6 shown in FIG. In this way, the clearing process may be performed only when the acceptable candidate date and time selected by the user B from the second candidate date and time overlaps with any one of the first candidate date and time.
Further, here, the case where the duplicate candidate date and time is deleted from the first candidate date and time transmitted to the
Therefore, the adjusting
Alternatively, instead of setting the object to be applied to the candidate date and time that overlaps with the candidate date and time of the second candidate date and time among the first candidate date and time, the first candidate date and time that has already been sent is prioritized, and the second candidate date and time is selected. It is also one method to set a candidate date and time that overlaps with the candidate date and time of the first candidate date and time, and when user A selects a candidate date and time that overlaps, be careful by displaying an alert on the display of the
FIG. 4 is a diagram showing an operation example different from the operation shown in FIG. For example, it is assumed that the visit date and time have already been determined between the user A and the user B by executing each of the steps S1 to S14 shown in FIG. However, the user A also needs to visit the user C, and the visit date and time that the user C can accept is only the visit date and time determined between the user A and the user B, and the user A is the user B. It is assumed that there is a situation in which the visit with user C must be prioritized over the visit.
Then, in this case, the user A should cancel the visit date and time with the user B, replace the visit date and time with the visit date and time with the user C, and readjust the visit date and time with the user B. Is.
By the way, in such a situation, after the processes shown in steps S1 to S14 shown in FIG. 2 are executed between the
Of course, in this case, the visit candidate date and time transmitted to the
In this way, if the convenience of the user C is not suitable for any of the visit candidate dates and times transmitted from the
At this time, in order to improve the convenience of the user A and the user C, the user C may be able to transmit a candidate date and time that is convenient for him / herself. Furthermore, in general, when the visit date and time is decided, you may send a comment such as "Thank you", or you may want to prioritize although there are some acceptable candidate dates and times. So, "The first choice is from 11:00 to 12:00 on May 13, 2019 (Monday), and the second choice is from 12:00 to 13:00 on May 13, 2019 (Monday). You may send a comment such as "."
Returning to the story, if it is not convenient for the user C to have all the candidate visit dates and times, the
Even so, the schedule adjustment between user A and user C did not go well, and as a result, as described above, the visit date and time determined between user A and user B was canceled, and the visit date and time was changed to user C. Suppose that he had to replace it with the date and time of the visit.
In this case, the
The adjusting
Then, the adjusting
When the
Subsequent processing of the schedule adjustment system is the same as in steps S5 to S15 and subsequent steps shown in FIG. 2, and will not be described here. Each process executed by the schedule adjustment system of the present embodiment may be realized by the cooperation of the CPU and the program provided in each device including the

Below the URL display field 240, a "copy" button 250 for copying the URL displayed in the URL display field 240 is provided. The "copy" button 250 is for the user B to click or the like for the purpose of this transition when there is some reason that the link destination reply page cannot be transitioned well.
Next to the "copy" button 250, there is a "close" button 260 for closing the pop-up screen. The "close" button 260 is clicked by the user B for the purpose of closing the screen, for example, in a situation where a reply cannot be made immediately.
On the back of the pop-up screen, a base screen provided with a display column for the schedule of user B is located. In FIG. 7, the first candidate is shown in the time zones of "11:00 to 12:00", "12:00 to 13:00", and "13:00 to 14:00" in "May 13th". A candidate date / time display field 410 is shown in which all the dates and times are displayed in a color different from that of the base screen.
From the time when step S1 shown in FIG. 2 is executed until the time when step S5 is executed, the display "(provisional)" indicating that the first candidate date and time is in the provisional registration state is displayed as the first candidate date and time. It is attached to all of. After that, when the visit date and time is actually decided, the date and time other than the decided date and time are not displayed and are left blank.
Further, here, among the first candidate dates and times shown in the candidate date and time display field 410, the candidate date and time of "11:00 to 12:00" is selected. In this state, when the user A clicks the "temporary registration information"
Further, as shown in FIG. 7, when the user A clicks the "temporary registration"
When the user A inputs the address of the user B and then clicks the send button, step S1 is executed in the
Further, as described with reference to FIG. 3, when the user A wants to send the second candidate date and time overlapping with the candidate date and time included in the first candidate date and time to the user C, in the case of the above-mentioned example, For example, "12:00 to 13:00 on May 13, 2019 (Monday)" and "May 13, 2019 (Monday)" displayed in the candidate date and time display column 410 shown in FIG. "Temporary registration" with "13:00 to 14:00" selected and the time zone of "11:00 to 12:00 on May 14, 2019 (Tuesday)" also selected. Click the "Yes"
In the present embodiment, when the user A performs such an operation, a duplicate candidate date and time is selected, and an alert indicating that is displayed on the display of the
After that, when the user A clicks the "temporary registration"
As described above, according to the schedule adjustment system of the present embodiment, even in the case where it is necessary to adjust the schedule for a plurality of people in parallel, the schedule can be adjusted flexibly.
