Abstract
Description
(第1の実施形態)
第1の実施形態の分流器1及び冷凍サイクル装置100について、図1乃至図4を参照して説明する。図1は、冷凍サイクル装置の構成図である。
調整弁5は、流入部30側にヘッド50と、分流入口部41に延びる先端部51と、ヘッド50と先端部51との間に調整部52を有している。
第2の実施形態の分流器1について、図5に基づいて説明する。図5は第2の実施形態による分流器1の縦断面図である。なお、第2の実施形態において、第1の実施形態と同一の部分については同一の符号を付して説明を省略する。
Claims (6)
- 円柱状の本体部と、
前記本体部の一端側に流体が流入する流入部と、他端側に流体が流出する複数の流出部と、前記本体部内部において前記流入部と前記複数の流出部とが連通する分流空間と、
前記複数の流出部の各々に前記複数の流出部と前記分流空間とが連通する部分の開度を前記本体部の外部から調整可能な複数の調整弁と、を備える、分流器。 - 前記本体部に、前記一端側から前記分流空間に貫通する弁挿入孔が形成され、
前記調整弁は、前記弁挿入孔内に挿入され、前記本体部の一端側から突出するヘッドと、前記流出部に延びる先端部と、前記ヘッド及び前記先端部との間に調整部を有する、
請求項1に記載の分流器。 - 前記弁挿入孔に雌ねじ部と、
前記調整弁の前記調整部に雄ねじ部と、を有する、
請求項2に記載の分流器。 - 前記複数の流出部と前記分流空間とが連通する部分はテーパー状に形成されている、
請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の分流器。 - 前記弁挿入孔は、前記調整弁と前記弁挿入孔の間をシールするOリングが設けられる、
請求項2乃至請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の分流器。 - 請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の分流器と、圧縮機と、凝縮器と、膨張装置と、蒸発器を備えた、冷凍サイクル装置。
