Claims (20)
- 表面を洗浄するハイブリッドブラシにおいて、
マンドレルと、
前記マンドレルの周囲に形成され、第1の材料を含む成型された第1の層と、
前記成型された第1の層の周囲に成型され、第2の材料を含む第2の層とを具備するハイブリッドブラシ。 - 前記成型された第1の層は、前記成型された第2の層より小さい力で圧縮する請求項1に記載のハイブリッドブラシ。
- 前記成型された第1の層は澱粉鋳型剤を含まず、前記成型された第2の層は澱粉鋳型剤を含む請求項1に記載のハイブリッドブラシ。
- 前記成型された第1の層と、前記成型された第2の層の一方又は双方のそれぞれの外面には実質的に突起がない請求項1に記載のハイブリッドブラシ。
- 前記第1の材料は第1のポリ酢酸ビニル配合物を含み、前記第2の材料は第2のポリ酢酸ビニル配合物を含む請求項1に記載のハイブリッドブラシ。
- 前記成型された第1の層を圧縮する力は、該成型された第1の層が乾燥しているとき、前記表面を洗浄するために使用される洗浄流体で湿潤しているときと実質的に同じである請求項1に記載のハイブリッドブラシ。
- 前記成型された第1の層に対する第1の細孔分布は、前記成型された第2の層に対する第2の細孔分布とは異なる請求項1に記載のハイブリッドブラシ。
- 前記成型された第1の層の厚さは、前記成型された第2の層の厚さとは無関係である請求項1に記載のハイブリッドブラシ。
- 前記成型された第1の層と前記成型された第2の層との間に第3の層を更に備える請求項1に記載のハイブリッドブラシ。
- 表面を洗浄するハイブリッドブラシを形成する方法において、
第1の型内にマンドレルを配置することと、
前記第1の型内に第1の材料を注入することにより、前記マンドレルの周囲に第1の層を形成することと、
前記第1の型から前記第1の層とともに前記マンドレルを取り外すことと、
第2の型内に前記第1の層とともに前記マンドレルを配置することと、
前記第2の型内に第2の材料を注入することにより、前記第1の層を包囲する第2の層を形成することとを含む方法。 - 前記第2の層を形成する前に、前記第1の層を包囲する第3の層を形成することを更に含む請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の型は、前記第1の層の外面に凹部を形成する請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の層の外面における前記凹部の各々の第1の断面積は、該第1の層の該外面より下方の該凹部の各々の第2の断面積より小さい請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の層は前記第2の層より小さい力で圧縮される請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の材料は、ポリ酢酸ビニル配合物を含まない請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の材料は澱粉鋳型剤を含む請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の材料は澱粉鋳型剤を含まない請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の層は前記第2の層より大きい細孔を備える請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の型から前記マンドレル及び前記第1の層を取り除いた後、前記第2の型内に前記マンドレル及び前記第1の層を配置する前に、前記第1の層を処理することを含む請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の層と前記第2の層の一方又は双方の外面には実質的に突起がない請求項10に記載の方法。
