Claims (19)
- 第1の分割壁型カラムおよび第2の分割壁型カラムを有する異性化ユニットであって、
前記第1の分割壁型カラムが、
安定化カラムとして構成された第1のサイドと、
ナフサスプリッタカラムとして構成された第2のサイドと、
を有し、
前記第2の分割壁型カラムが、
脱ペンタン化カラムとして構成された第1のサイドと、
脱イソヘキサン化カラムとして構成された第2のサイドと、
を有する、
異性化ユニット。 - 前記第1の分割壁型カラムに結合され、前記第1の分割壁型カラムの前記第2のサイドから軽質ナフサカラムオーバーヘッドストリームを受け取るように構成された脱イソペンタン化カラムと、
前記脱イソペンタン化カラムに結合され、前記脱イソペンタン化カラムからボトムストリームを受け取るように構成された異性化反応器と、
前記異性化反応器に結合され、前記異性化反応器から不安定な異性体を含むストリームを受け取り、安定した異性体を前記第2の分割壁型カラムに供給するように構成された安定化カラムと

前記第1の分割壁型カラムの前記第2のサイドで軽質ナフサオーバーヘッドストリームを生成するように、前記第1の分割壁型カラムで前記ストリームを処理するステップと、
前記軽質ナフサオーバーヘッドストリームを脱イソペンタン化カラムに供給するステップと、
前記軽質ナフサオーバーヘッドストリームを前記脱イソペンタン化カラムで処理するステップと、
前記脱イソペンタン化カラムからのボトムストリームを異性化反応器に供給して、前記ボトムストリームのオクタン価をアップグレードするステップと、
前記異性化反応器からの不安定な異性化ストリームを安定化カラムに供給するステップと、
安定な異性化ストリームを生成するように、前記安定化カラムで前記不安定な異性化ストリームを処理するステップと、
前記安定な異性化ストリームを第2の分割壁型カラムに供給するステップと、
前記第2の分割壁型カラムを介して、C6異性化生成物ストリームを含む第1のストリームおよび重質異性化生成物ストリームを含む第2のストリームを生成するステップと

- 前記第1の分割壁型カラムからのボトムストリームおよび前記安定化カラムからのオフガスストリームを充填フラッシュドラムに供給するステップであって、それにより前記第1の分割壁型カラムにフィードバックされる希薄溶媒を生成するステップをさらに含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
