Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- 超音波プローブを用い、検出装置(100)を通じて検査対象部位を走査して、空間位置決め情報を有する一連の2次元超音波画像を取得するステップS1と、
上記の空間位置決め情報を有する一連の2次元超音波画像で画像を再構成することで、3次元画像及び所望の断面の2次元画像を取得するステップS2と、
前記3次元画像及び所望の断面の2次元画像に表示される検査対象部位の情報に基づき、矯正装具によって付与される矯正結果が正しいか否かを判断するステップS3と、
前記矯正結果に基づいて前記矯正装具を調整するステップS4、を含むことを特徴とする矯正装具の調整方法。 - 前記ステップS1は、更に、
超音波プローブを用い、装具で覆われていない検査対象部位を走査して、空間位置決め情報を有する一連の2次元超音波画像を取得するステップS1−1を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の矯正装具の調整方法。 - 前記調整方法は、ステップS1の前に、更に、
検査対象が矯正装具を装着していないときに前記検査対象を走査して、矯正前の骨格全体の情報を取得するステップS0を含むか、
或いは、
ステップS4のあとに、更に、
矯正装具が上記の所望の矯正結果に達するまで前記ステップS1から前記ステップS4までを繰り返すステップS5を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の矯正装具の調整方法。 - 前記ステップS1は、更に、
複数の前記超音波プローブを用い、複数の前記検出装置(100)を通じて絶えず走査を繰り返し、即時にイメージングすることで、前記3次元画像及び所望の断面の2次元画像を取得して表示するステップS1−2を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の矯正装具の調整方法。 - 前記超音波プローブは3次元超音波イメージングプローブであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の矯正装具の調整方法。
- 前記ステップS4で述べた調整は、即時にイメージングする過程で連続して行われることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の矯正装具の調整方法。
- 前記検出装置(100)は検出窓(101)であり、前記検出窓(101)は、超音波プローブを前記検査対象部位に直接接触させて前記検査対象部位を検出可能とする大きさであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の矯正装具の調整方法。
- 前記矯正装具は、前記矯正装具上に位置して前記検出装置(100)を補強するための補強装置(110)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の矯正装具の調整方法。
- 前記補強装置(110)は、
前記検出装置(100)の辺縁に設けられて前記検出装置(100)を補強するための補強辺(112)又は補強枠(111)と、
前記補強辺(112)又は補強枠(111)に可動に接続されて前記検出装置(100)を開閉するための補強プレート(113)、を含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の矯正装具の調整方法。 - 前記検出装置(100)は、
前記矯正装具上又は前記矯正装具外に位置し、超音波プローブを前記矯正装具の内部まで延伸させて検査対象部位を検出可能とするよう開口した検出窓(101)、又は
矯正装具上に超音波透過材料を用いて作製される領域である検出領域(102)、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の矯正装具の調整方法。 - 前記3次元画像及び所望の断面の2次元画像が骨格の断続的な部分画像である場合、前記調整方法は、更に、
前記3次元画像及び所望の断面の2次元画像から、未検出の骨格部分の情報を推測することで全体の骨格情報を形成するステップS6、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の矯正装具の調整方法。 - 前記検出装置(100)を前記矯正装具上に設置する場合には、前記矯正装具の強度要求、並びに、検出を要する検査対象部位の情報を前記3次元画像及び所望の断面の2次元画像でできる限りカバーし得ることを根拠とすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の矯正装具の調整方法。
- 前記空間位置決め情報は、前記矯正装具上の前記超音波プローブの相対位置及び角度に基づき取得されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の矯正装具の調整方法。
- 前記空間位置決め情報は、矯正装具に装着される3次元空間位置決め装置により取得され、前記3次元空間位置決め装置は、矯正装具に装着される3次元空間位置決め装置の発信器及び/又は受信器を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の矯正装具の調整方法。
