- 機械(1)が、2つの協調する回転子(6a、6b)、すなわち、機械(1)に回転可能に装着された外側回転子(6a)と該外側回転子(6a)に回転可能に装着された内側回転子(6b)とを含み、該外側及び内側回転子(6a、6b)を駆動するモータ回転子(16)とモータ固定子(17)とを有する電気モータ(15)が機械(1)に設けられる円筒対称性容積形機械(1)であって、
前記電気モータ(15)は、前記外側回転子(6a)の周りに装着され、
前記モータ固定子(17)は、前記外側回転子(6a)を直接に駆動しており、
前記電気モータ(15)は、前記外側回転子(6a)及び前記内側回転子(6b)の長さ(L)の一部だけに沿って延び、該モータ(15)は、最小直径(D)を有する該内側回転子(6b)の端部(9b)に位置付けられる、
ことを特徴とする機械(1)。 - 前記モータ回転子(16)及び前記外側回転子(6a)は、まとめて配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の機械。
- 前記外側回転子(6a)は、前記モータ回転子(16)として機能することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の機械。
- 前記電気モータ(15)には、前記外側回転子(6a)に埋め込まれた永久磁石(18)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の機械。
- 前記外側回転子(6a)及び前記内側回転子(6b)は、円錐形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の機械。
- 前記内側回転子(6b)及び前記外側回転子(6a)は、互いに対して角度(α)の下で位置決めされた軸線(13、14)を有し、これらの軸線(13、14)は、互いに交差していることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の機械。
- 前記内側回転子(6b)及び前記外側回転子(6a)の前記軸線(13、14)は、固定された非周回軸線であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の機械。
- 前記内側回転子(6b)は、ベアリングによって機械(1)の中に一端(9a)で装着されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の機械。
- 前記外側回転子(6a)は、少なくとも1つの軸方向ベアリング(11)によって機械(1)の中に装着されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の機械。
- 機械(1)が、拡張機、圧縮機、又はポンプデバイスであることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の機械。
- 前記外側回転子(6a)は、射出成形技術によって作られることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の機械。
- 磁石(18)が、射出成形工程中に前記外側回転子(6a)内に同時成形されることを特徴とする請求項4及び請求項11に記載の機械。
- 機械(1)には、ハウジング(2)が設けられ、前記モータ(15)は、該ハウジング(2)の中に装着され、又は該ハウジング(2)は、該モータ(15)のハウジング(2)としても機能することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項12のいずれか1項に記載の機械。
- 前記モータ(15)の最大直径(E)が、前記外側回転子(6a)の最大直径(D’)の最大で2倍、好ましくは最大で1.7倍、より好ましくは1.5倍であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項13のいずれか1項に記載の機械。
