Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 熱溶解積層法によって3D物品を3D印刷するための方法であって、(i)3D印刷可能な熱可塑性ポリマー材料に埋め込まれた粒子を含む前記3D印刷可能な熱可塑性ポリマー材料を供給するステップであって、前記粒子が、最長寸法長さL1、最短寸法長さL2、及び前記最長寸法長さL1と前記最短寸法長さL2との比として定義されるアスペクト比ARを有する、ステップと、(ii)印刷段階の間、前記3D物品を供給するよう前記3D印刷可能な熱可塑性ポリマー材料を堆積させて、層高さHを有する3D印刷された熱可塑性ポリマー材料の層を設けるステップであって、1≦AR≦4且つ1≦H/L2≦5である、ステップと、を含む方法。
- 前記最長寸法長さL1は、5μm〜1mmの範囲から選択され、前記層高さHは、50μm〜10mmの範囲から選択され、前記3D印刷可能な熱可塑性ポリマー材料は、前記3D印刷可能な熱可塑性ポリマー材料の全体積に対して1〜15vol%の範囲内の前記粒子を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 1≦AR≦2である、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 2≦H/L2≦4である、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記3D印刷可能な熱可塑性ポリマー材料は、アクリロニトリルブタジエンスチレン、ポリスチレン、ポリカーボネート、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリメチルメタクリレート、及びこれらのうちの2つ以上のコポリマーのうちの1つ以上を含んでもよい、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記粒子は、1つ以上のコーティングされた粒子及びコーティングされていない粒子を含み、前記コーティングは、銀及びアルミニウムのうちの1つ以上を含み、前記粒子は、雲母粒子、ガラス粒子、及び炭素粒子のうちの1つ以上を含み、前記粒子は、1よりも大きなアスペクト比ARを有する細長い形状の粒子を含む、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記3D印刷可能な熱可塑性ポリマー材料及び前記粒子のうちの1つ以上が、1つ以上の可視波長に対して透過性である、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1、2、5、6、7のうちのいずれか一項に記載の方法によって得ることができる3D印刷された物品であって、3D印刷された熱可塑性ポリマー材料を含み、前記3D印刷された熱可塑性ポリマー材料が、熱可塑性材料を含み、前記3D印刷された熱可塑性ポリマー材料が、前記3D印刷された熱可塑性ポリマー材料に埋め込まれた粒子を含み、前記粒子が、最長寸法長さL1、最短寸法長さL2、及び前記最長寸法長さL1と前記最短寸法長さL2との比として定義されるアスペクト比ARを有し、前記3D物品が、層高さHを有する3D印刷された材料の層を備え、1≦AR≦4且つ1≦H/L2≦5である、3D印刷された物品。
- 前記最長寸法長さL1は、5μm〜1mmの範囲から選択され、前記層高さHは、50μm〜10mmの範囲から選択され、前記3D印刷された熱可塑性ポリマー材料は、前記3D印刷された熱可塑性ポリマー材料の全体積に対して1〜15vol%の範囲内の前記粒子を含む、請求項8に記載の3D印刷された物品。
- 1≦AR≦2である、請求項8又は9に記載の3D印刷された物品。
- 2≦H/L2≦4である、請求項8又は9に記載の3D印刷された物品。
- 前記3D印刷可能な熱可塑性ポリマー材料は、前記3D印刷可能な熱可塑性ポリマー材料の全体積に対して1〜5vol%の範囲内の粒子を含み、前記3D印刷された熱可塑性ポリマー材料は、アクリロニトリルブタジエンスチレン、ポリスチレン、ポリカーボネート、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリメチルメタクリレート、及びこれらのうちの2つ以上のコポリマーのうちの1つ以上を含んでもよく、前記粒子は、1つ以上のコーティングされた粒子及びコーティングされていない粒子を含み、前記コーティングは、銀及びアルミニウムのうちの1つ以上を含み、前記粒子は、雲母粒子、ガラス粒子、及び炭素粒子のうちの1つ以上を含む、請求項8乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の3D印刷された物品。
- 前記3D印刷された物品は、表面を有し、前記表面は、頂部及び底部を有する部分構造を備え、前記部分構造は、隣接する頂部の間に頂部間距離d3を有する複数の層を備え、d3/H≧10である、請求項8乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の3D印刷された物品。
- (a)光源光を生成するように構成された光源と、(b)前記光源光の少なくとも一部を透過又は反射するように構成された、請求項8乃至13のいずれか一項に記載の3D印刷された物品と、を備える照明システム。
- 請求項1、2、4、5、6、7のうちのいずれか一項に記載の方法において使用するための3D印刷可能な熱可塑性ポリマー材料であって、熱可塑性ポリマー材料を含み、前記熱可塑性ポリマー材料が、前記熱可塑性ポリマー材料に埋め込まれた粒子を含み、前記粒子が、最長寸法長さL1、最短寸法長さL2、及び前記最長寸法長さL1と前記最短寸法長さL2との比として定義されるアスペクト比ARを有し、1≦AR≦4である、3D印刷可能な熱可塑性ポリマー材料。
