Abstract
Description
− 酢酸酪酸セルロース、酢酸プロピオン酸セルロース、及びエチルセルロースからなる群から選択されるポリマーのうちの少なくとも1つと、トール油脂肪酸エステルとを含む組成物を溶融混合して、均質な混合物、エステルを得て、均質な混合物を得る工程であって、任意で、トール油脂肪酸エステルを該ポリマー(複数可)に少なくとも2段階で添加する工程と、
− 該均質な混合物を造粒して、粒状原料を得る工程と、
− 前記粒状原料からフィルム又はホイル材料を作製する工程と
を含む。
a.酢酸酪酸セルロース、酢酸プロピオン酸セルロース、及びエチルセルロースからなる群から選択されるポリマーのうちの少なくとも1つと、トール油脂肪酸エステルとを含む組成物を溶融混合して、均質な混合物を得る工程であって、任意で、トール油脂肪酸エステルを該ポリマー(複数可)に少なくとも2段階で添加する工程と、
b.該均質な混合物を造粒して、粒状原料を得る工程と、
c.該粒状原料からフィルム又はホイル材料を作製する工程と
を含む。

Claims (18)
- フィルム又はホイルを製造するためのセルロース系組成物であって、
a.酢酸酪酸セルロース、酢酸プロピオン酸セルロース、及びエチルセルロースからなる群から選択されるポリマーのうちの少なくとも1つと、
b.トール油脂肪酸エステルと、
を含み、
前記酢酸酪酸セルロース、酢酸プロピオン酸セルロース、及びエチルセルロースからなる群から選択されるポリマーのうちの少なくとも1つのモル質量が、20,000Da超であることを特徴とするセルロース系組成物。 - 前記少なくとも1つのポリマーの総量が、前記組成物の総重量に基づいて少なくとも60重量%、好ましくは少なくとも70重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のセルロース系組成物。
- 前記組成物の総重量に基づいて、
− 10〜80重量%の量の酢酸酪酸セルロースと、
− 10〜80重量%の量の酢酸プロピオン酸セルロースと、
− 0〜90重量%、好ましくは10〜80重量%の量のエチルセルロースと、
− 5〜50重量%、好ましくは10〜45重量%の量のトール油脂肪酸エステルと、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のセルロース系組成物。 - 前記組成物の総重量に基づいて、10〜90重量%、好ましくは40〜80重量%の量の酢酸酪酸セルロースと、0〜50重量%の量の酢酸プロピオン酸セルロースと、0〜40重量%の量のエチルセルロースと、10〜50重量%の量のトール油脂肪酸エステルとを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のセルロース系組成物。
- 前記酢酸酪酸セルロース、酢酸プロピオン酸セルロース、及びエチルセルロースからなる群から選択されるポリマーが、熱可塑性かつ水不溶性であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のセルロース系組成物。
- 前記酢酸酪酸セルロース、酢酸プロピオン酸セルロース、及びエチルセルロースからなる群から選択されるポリマーのうちの少なくとも1つのモル質量が、20,000〜95,000Da、好ましくは20,000〜90,000Da、より好ましくは30,000〜70,000Daであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のセルロース系組成物。
- 白色顔料を含有し、好ましくは、前記白色顔料がTiO2であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のセルロース系組成物。
- 前記トール油脂肪酸エステルが、トール油脂肪酸メチルエステルであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のセルロース系組成物。
- トール油脂肪酸エステルに加えて少なくとも1つの他の軟化剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のセルロース系組成物。
- 少なくとも1つの他のポリマー、好ましくはポリブチレンサクシネート(PBS)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のセルロース系組成物。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のセルロース系組成物を含むことを特徴とする、包装フィルム。
- フィルム吹込プロセスを使用して製造されることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の包装フィルム。
- フィルム又はホイルを製造する方法であって、以下の工程:
a.酢酸酪酸セルロース、酢酸プロピオン酸セルロース、及びエチルセルロースからなる群から選択されるポリマーのうちの少なくとも1つと、トール油脂肪酸エステルとを含む組成物を溶融混合して、均質な混合物を得る工程であって、任意で、トール油脂肪酸エステルを前記ポリマー(複数可)に少なくとも2段階で添加する工程と、
b.前記均質な混合物を造粒して、粒状原料を得る工程と、
c.前記粒状原料からフィルム又はホイル材料を作製する工程と、
を含み、
前記酢酸酪酸セルロース、酢酸プロピオン酸セルロース、及びエチルセルロースからなる群から選択されるポリマーのうちの少なくとも1つのモル質量が、20,000Da超であることを特徴とする方法。 - 工程a.における前記組成物が、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のセルロース系組成物であることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 工程c.が、フィルム吹込プロセスを使用することによって前記粒状原料からフィルム又はホイル材料を作製することを含むことを特徴とする、請求項13又は14に記載の方法。
- 包装フィルムを製造するための、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のセルロース系組成物の使用。
- フィルム吹込プロセスを使用する包装フィルムの製造に関することを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の使用。
- フィルム吹込プロセスにおける、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のセルロース系組成物の使用。
