Abstract
Description

(a)アイドルモードにおいて、液体をリザーバーからヒーターの入口に引き出し、液体を加熱するようにヒーターを作動させ、液体をリザーバーに戻し、リザーバー内の液体が第1の設定温度に達するようにヒーターの作動を制御するステップと、

Claims (22)
- (a)リザーバーと、
(b)前記リザーバーに連通する冷液供給源と、
(c)前記リザーバーに接続された入口及び1つ又は複数の備品に接続された出口を有するヒーターと、
(d)前記ヒーターの前記出口と前記リザーバーとの間に接続された加熱液体戻り接続部と、
(e)前記ヒーターに直列に接続されたポンプであって、液体を前記リザーバーから引出し、該液体を所定の下流方向において前記ヒーター及び前記戻り接続部を通して前記リザーバーに送り出すことができる、ポンプと、
(f)前記出口における液体を設定温度にするために前記入口から前記出口に流れる液体に熱を供給するように前記ヒーターを作動させるように操作可能な制御装置であって、 前記戻り接続部及び前記ポンプは、前記ヒーターの前記出口から前記リザーバーへの液体流れを可能にし、前記リザーバーから前記戻り接続部を通る前記備品への液体流れを防ぐように、構成且つ配置されている、制御装置と、
を備える液体加熱システム。 - 前記戻り接続部は、逆止弁を備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記リザーバー内の液体を超大気圧下に保持するために、前記リザーバーは、閉鎖され、前記冷液供給源は、加圧下の冷液を供給するように構成されている、請求項2に記載のシステム。

- 前記リザーバーは、未燃焼型である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記リザーバーは、積重ね型リザーバー、折畳み型リザーバー、及び現地組立型リザーバーからなる群から選択される、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御装置は、前記センサによって検出された温度に応じて、前記ヒーターによって液体に供給される熱量を非ゼロ加熱速度の範囲内において変化させるように、操作可能である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記冷液供給源と前記ヒーターの前記入口との間に接続された冷液吸込接続部を更に備え、前記制御装置は、前記吸込接続部を通る冷液流れを供給するように前記冷液吸込接続部を作動させるように操作可能であり、これによって、冷液と前記リザーバーからの液体との混合物が前記ヒーターの前記入口に供給される、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御装置は、前記リザーバーから前記ヒーターの前記入口に供給される液体(ii)に対する前記冷液吸込接続部からの冷液(i)の比率を制御し、これによって、前記ヒーターから放出される液体を前記設定温度又はその近傍に維持しながら、前記ヒーターの加熱速度を設定加熱速度又はその近傍に維持するように、操作可能である、請求項10に記載のシステム。

- 前記ヒーターの前記出口から液体を引き出す前記備品の1つ又は複数の作動を検出し、要求の検出に応じて前記設定温度を上昇させるように操作可能なデマンド型センサを更に備え、これによって、前記ヒーターは、前記タンク内に貯留された液体の温度よりも高い温度の加熱された液体を前記備品に供給する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 液体加熱システムに用いられる加熱ユニットであって、
(a)フレームと
(b)前記フレームに取り付けられる構成部品であって、
(i)入口及び出口を有するヒーターと、
(ii)前記ヒーターの前記出口に接続された出口端接続部のアセンブリであって、リザーバー戻り接続点及び備品接続点を含む、出口端接続部のアセンブリと、
(iii)前記ヒーターの前記入口に連通するリザーバー引出し接続点を画定する入口端接続部と、
(iv)前記ヒーターに直列に接続されたポンプであって、前記ポンプは、液体を前記入口端接続部から前記ヒーターを通して前記出口端接続部に送り出すように操作可能であり、前記出口端接続アセンブリは、前記ヒーターの前記出口から前記リザーバー戻り接続点への液体流れを可能にし、前記リザーバー戻り接続点から前記ヒーターの前記出口及び前記備品接続点への液体流れを防ぐように配置されている、ポンプと、
(vi)前記出口を通る液体を設定温度に維持するために、前記入口から前記出口に流れる液体に熱を供給するように前記ヒーターを作動させるように操作可能な制御装置と、
を含む構成部品と、
を備える加熱ユニット。 - 前記出口端接続部は、前記ヒーターの前記出口と前記リザーバー戻り接続点との間に逆止弁を備える、請求項19に記載のユニット。
- 前記フレームは、筐体を画定し、前記ヒーター及び前記ポンプは、前記筐体内に配置され、前記接続点は、前記筐体の外側からアクセス可能になっている、請求項19又は20に記載のユニット。
- 加熱液体供給システムを組み立てる方法であって、請求項19に記載のユニットのリザーバー戻り接続点及びリザーバー引出し接続点を前記ユニットと別に形成されたリザーバーに接続することと、前記ユニットの前記備品接続点を加熱液体を用いるように適合された1つ又は複数の備品に接続することと、を含む方法。
