Claims (16)
- 少なくとも1つのミリ波共振周波数を有する平面アンテナ(26)において、
基板(30)上に配置された接地面(28)と、
前記基板上に配置された第1のアンテナ素子(32)と、
前記基板上に配置された第2のアンテナ素子(34)と、
前記基板上に配置されて、前記第2のアンテナ素子を前記接地面に接続するアーム(54)と、
前記基板上に配置されて、前記第1のアンテナ素子に接続された給電線(46)であって、前記第1のアンテナ素子に無線周波数信号を供給するための給電線と、
前記基板上に配置されて、前記第1のアンテナ素子を前記接地面に接続するバラン(52)であって、前記アンテナを電気的に平衡化させるバランとを具備し、
前記接地面、第1のアンテナ素子、第2のアンテナ素子、アーム、給電線およびバランが同一平面上にある平面アンテナ。 - 前記給電線が不平衡同一平面導波路である、請求項1に記載のアンテナ。
- 前記給電線の一部が、前記接地面に形成されたノッチ(48)の中に配置される、請求項1〜2の何れか1項に記載のアンテナ。
- 前記給電線に隣接する前記バランの縁部が、前記ノッチの対応する第1の縁部と同一直線上にある、請求項3に記載のアンテナ。
- 前記給電線に隣接する前記アームの縁部が、前記ノッチの対応する第2の縁部と同一直線上にある、請求項3〜4の何れか1項に記載のアンテナ。
- 前記アンテナ素子の長手軸が同一直線上にある、請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載のアンテナ。
- 前記第1のアンテナ素子の第1の端部が前記給電線に接続されている、請求項6に記載のアンテナ。
- 前記バランは、前記給電線と前記第1のアンテナ素子の自由遠位端との間で前記第1のアンテナ素子に接続される、請求項7に記載のアンテナ。
- 前記第2のアンテナ素子の第1の端部が前記アームに接続される、請求項6乃至8の何れか1項に記載のアンテナ。
- 前記第1のアンテナ素子の前記第1の端部が前記第2のアンテナ素子の前記第1の端部に隣接する、請求項9に記載のアンテナ。
- 前記第1および前記第2のアンテナ素子に隣接し且つこれら素子に対して平行に前記基板上に配置された寄生素子(58)を具備し、前記寄生素子は、前記ミリ波周波数範囲内の第2の共振周波数を前記アンテナに加える、請求項1乃至10の何れか1項に記載のアンテナ。
- 前記寄生素子は、前記少なくとも1つのミリ波共振周波数の帯域幅を増加させる、請求項11に記載のアンテナ。
- 前記少なくとも1つのミリ波共振周波数が約28GHzであり、前記第2の共振周波数が約39GHzである、請求項11〜12の何れか1項に記載のアンテナ。
- 前記アームが直線状であり、他の素子は前記第2のアンテナ素子を前記接地面に相互接続しない、請求項1乃至13の何れか1項に記載のアンテナ。
- 前記バランが直線状であり、他の素子は前記第1のアンテナ素子を前記接地面に相互接続しない、請求項1乃至14の何れか1項に記載のアンテナ。
- 請求項1乃至15の何れか1項に記載の平衡平面アンテナと、
前記アンテナに動作可能に結合された通信回路(80)とを具備し、前記通信回路は、前記アンテナに供給されて別のデバイスとの無線通信の一部として放出される無線周波数信号を生成するように構成される電子デバイス(24)。
