Abstract
Description
ヒトの脊髄は脳脊髄液(CSF)の中で浸され、次いで硬膜嚢として知られている複合体内に含まれる。これは髄膜から構成され、その最も外の部位は硬膜である。硬膜上腔は硬膜嚢を囲み、硬膜に隣接している、硬膜の外の空間である。それは結合組織、硬膜外の脂肪および静脈によって占められる。
この記述的な明細書の全体にわたって、「近位の」という用語が、要素或いは装置のある部分、即ち本発明による硬膜の封止システムにいったん取り付けられたとき、硬膜の封止を行う医者に最も接近している部分を言うことが理解されなければならない。これに対して、「遠位の」という用語は、要素或いは装置のある部分、即ち、本発明による硬膜の封止システムにいったん取り付けられたとき、患者にもっとも接近している部分を言う。

Claims (14)
- 硬膜封止システム(100)であって、
直径D1のガイド糸(20)につながれた移植片(10)、
握り部(30a)、および直径D2の中空の長手方向の部分(30b)が設けられたトランスファ装置(30)であって、前記中空の部分がノズル(30c)の、第1端部で終了し、該ノズル(30c)は、内径D3の硬膜外の針(200)につなぐことができ、中空部(30b)が、侵入領域(30d)が設けられた第2端部でも終了してなる、トランスファ装置(30)、および
D3より小さい、直径D5のチューブ(70a)を含む導入装置(70)であって、前記チューブ(70a)は、D1より大きい直径D4の内部の中空部を有し、前記チューブ(70a)には第1自由端と、第2端部に取り付けれた止め金具(70b)が設けられてなる、導入装置(70)
を含んでなる硬膜封止システム(100)。 - 前記導入装置(70)のチューブ(70a)の長さが、硬膜外の針(200)の長さ、およびトランスファ装置(30)の中空の長手方向の部分(30b)の長さの合計に等しいか、あるいは1〜2mmの間で、前記合計より大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の硬膜封止システム(100)。
- トランスファ装置(30)が前記導入装置(70)にブロックするための手段(90)をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2のいずれかに1項に記載の硬膜封止システム(100)。

- 移植片(10)がポリカプロラクトン(PCL)、ポリ乳酸(PLA)又はそれらの組み合わせで作られていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の硬膜封止システム(100)。
- 移植片(10)が丸い端部が設けられた細長いシートの形状を有し、ガイド糸(20)を付けるために、穴部が中央に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の硬膜封止システム(100)。
- ガイド糸(20)が、広げられた端部(20a)が設けられた外科用縫合糸であることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の硬膜封止システム(100)。
- ガイド糸(20)が、組織に逆らってセットされた乳嘴状突起を備えた逆刺のついた縫合糸であることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至11のいずれか1項に記載の硬膜封止システム(100)。
- ノズル(30c)に、硬膜外の針(200)に付けるための、ネジ接続部(35)、好ましくは、ルアー(Luer)タイプのネジ接続部(35)が設けられれることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至12のいずれか1項に記載の硬膜封止システム(100)。
- 導入装置(70)のチューブ(70a)には第1マーク又は止め金具(70b)が設けられ、トランスファ装置(30)には第2マーク又はブロック(60)が設けられ、第1及び第2マーク或いは止め金具が、導入のデバイス(70)が、硬膜外の針(200)の先端から突出して、移植片(10)が出ることができ、展開され得る位置と立体的に一致する、ことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至13のいずれか1項に記載の硬膜封止システム(100)。
