Abstract

Claims (9)
- 分化した哺乳動物細胞の調製方法であって、(i)哺乳動物個体から筋肉マイクロバイオプシーサンプルを収集し、(ii)ステップ(i)にて収集した筋肉サンプルを適切な培地に入れ、(iii)前記マイクロバイオプシーから出現した細胞を成長させ、(iv)筋肉サンプルの周囲に十分な量の成長細胞が存在する場合に、前記マイクロバイオプシーと成長細胞を分離し、(v)成長した細胞をほぼコンフルエンスまで継続し、(vi)特定の間葉系幹細胞を分離することを目的とした分離技術またはステップがない場合は、適切な分化培地中で、ステップ(v)で得られた前記細胞を分化することを含む、方法。
- 前記筋肉マイクロバイオプシーは骨格筋組織から採取される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記マイクロバイオプシーは、約10〜約30mg、好ましくは約12mg超、より好ましくは約15mg超および/または約25mg未満、好ましくは約20mg未満を含む、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 適切な脂肪生成、骨形成、軟骨形成、筋原、造血、内皮、神経、心臓、または肝細胞分化培地でそれぞれ培養することにより、脂肪細胞、骨細胞、軟骨細胞、筋原細胞、造血細胞、内皮細胞、神経細胞、心臓細胞、または肝細胞に分化させる、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載された方法で取得された、分化した脂肪細胞、骨細胞、軟骨細胞、筋原細胞、造血細胞、内皮細胞、神経細胞、心臓細胞、または肝細胞。
- 請求項5の分化した脂肪細胞、骨細胞、軟骨細胞、筋原細胞、造血細胞、内皮細胞、神経細胞、心臓細胞、または肝細胞を含む医薬組成物または獣医用組成物。
- 少なくともその表面の一部に請求項5に記載の分化した細胞を含む基質。
- 請求項5に記載の分化した細胞を、それを必要とする対象に投与することを含む、哺乳動物対象の治療方法。
- 哺乳動物対象における、靭帯炎、骨軟骨症、関節炎、骨粗鬆症、腱炎、蹄葉炎、腱および靭帯の炎症、骨折、および治癒不全の障害のうちの1つまたは複数の治療を含む、請求項8に記載の治療方法。
