Abstract
Description
− 一連の接続リングまたはハーフリングと、

− リングまたはハーフリングは、特別なサイズが必要とされる場合、構築するのが容易である。
− いろいろな直径およびセクションが設けられ得る。
− リングまたはハーフリングは、輸送および格納のための体積をほとんど必要としない。
− 配向要素は安価であり、なぜならば、配向要素が、プレスによって、その製造のためにシート、ストリップ、またはプレートからカットされるからである。レーザーカットが、特別のプロジェクトの場合に使用され得る。
− その平坦形状によって、配向要素は、ほとんど空間をとらず、輸送し格納するのが容易である。
− ロッドがプレート、シート、または折畳まれたストリップから作られる場合、ロッドは、ほとんど空間を占めない(任意の管状形材より小さい)ことによって積重ねることができ、任意の形状を有し得る。これは、ロッドを輸送し格納するのを容易にする。
− 形材は、管の端部を成形しカットすることによって、または、他の特許請求される方法によって、リングに結合されるように容易に適合可能である。
Claims (6)
- 格子構造であって、
それぞれが構造要素からなる一連の接続リング(1)またはハーフリング(2)であって、前記格子構造のノードを形成する配向要素(3)ならびに主形材(A)および副形材(B)が、前記接続リング(1)または前記ハーフリング(2)上で支持されて、前記接続リング(1)または前記ハーフリング(2)を取り囲むあるいは前記接続リング(1)または前記ハーフリング(2)に取り囲まれ、強固に接続されることを可能にする、一連の接続リング(1)またはハーフリング(2)と、
一連の配向要素(3)であって、それぞれが、選択された3次元平面において前記接続リング(1)または前記ハーフリング(2)を位置決めする要素からなり、スロット(10)によって前記接続リング(1)または前記ハーフリング(2)の平面を取り囲むまたは前記平面上で支持され、前記配向要素(3)は、一連の穴(4)を有し、それにより、前記穴(4)の間の距離が前記主形材(A)と前記副形材(B)の角度を規定するように前記配向要素(3)が前記主形材(A)および前記副形材(B)に強固に接続される、一連の配向要素(3)と、
平坦な端部を有する一連の主形材(A)および副形材(B)とを備え、前記平坦な端部は、前記主形材(A)および前記副形材(B)の幅の中央にある穴(9)および前記形材の側部縁に向かうスロット(5)を有し、前記スロット(5)は、前記主形材(A)および前記副形材(B)が、引張力下または圧縮力下で区別なく使用されることが要求される場合、前記主形材(A)および前記副形材(B)の長手方向軸に垂直であり、あるいは、引張力下にあるときには前記形材の各端部のスロットの間に存在する中心長手方向ラインに対して90°より小さく、または圧縮力下にあるときには前記ラインに対して90°より大きい、前記形材の作業形状の対向する方向への角度を有する、格子構造。 - 前記主形材(A)または前記副形材(B)は、接合要素(8)用の穴(9)が一致し、前記スロット(5)が前記リング(1)または前記ハーフリング(2)用の穴を提供するように、前記主形材(A)または前記副形材(B)のうちの一方の形材の長手方向軸に沿って他方の形材に対して180°回転させることによって対で接合されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の格子構造。
- 前記副形材(B)は、長手方向に折畳まれて、結果として得られる両方の面の間で90°より小さい角度を形成し、それにより、ある副形材(B)が、前記穴(9)および前記スロット(5)を含む両方の形材の平坦面によって別の副形材(B)に接合し、前記形材のうちの一方の形材が、前記一方の形材の長手方向に沿って他方の形材に対して180°回転されていると、前記形材は前記形材間でZ字セクションを形成し、それぞれの副形材(B)の折畳み部に対向する、前記穴(9)および前記スロット(5)を含むそれぞれの平坦面の長手方向縁は他の副形材(B)の折畳み部上で支持されることを特徴とする、請求項1および2に記載の格子構造。
- 配向要素(3’)を有し、前記配向要素(3’)は、一連の開口(4)と、中央に溝(16)を有する前記配向要素(3’)の中心部分のスロット(10)とを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の格子構造。
- 一連のV字プレート(6)を有し、前記一連のV字プレート(6)は、前記一連のV字プレート(6)の端部に、ロッドまたは形材が差し込まれる開口(4)を有し、前記プレート(6)は、溝(11)によって接続リング(1)またはハーフリング(2)に取り囲まれ、前記プレート(6)は、突出部(13)によって配向要素(3’)に嵌合することを特徴とする、請求項1および4に記載の格子構造。
- 前記配向要素(3’’)のスロット(10)は、前記配向要素(3’’)の側部のうちの一方の側部で開口し、それにより、前記リング(1)または前記ハーフリング(2)は、前記開口したスロット(10)の前記側部上でのみ支持されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の格子構造。
