Claims (9)
- 第1ベース(1)、第2ベース(2)及び接続ロッド(3)を含み、第1ベース(1)と第2ベース(2)には上方から下方に向かってそれぞれU型溝(4)が開設されており、前記U型溝(4)の内壁には雌ネジが設けられており、前記接続ロッド(3)は水平方向に設けられており、前記第2ベース(2)には水平方向に沿って長溝(21)が開設されており、前記接続ロッド(3)は、一端が第1ベース(1)に挿設されるとともに、他端が第2ベース(2)の長溝(21)に挿設されており、前記接続ロッド(3)は前記長溝(21)内で揺動可能であり、前記第1ベース(1)と第2ベース(2)は接続ロッド(3)上で相対的に回動可能であることを特徴とする調節可能な二溝式脊柱内部固定装置。
- 前記接続ロッド(3)は、一端が固定的に第1ベース(1)に挿設されるとともに、他端が回動可能に第2ベース(2)に挿設されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の調節可能な二溝式脊柱内部固定装置。
- 第2ベース(2)のU型溝(4)と前記長溝(21)は連通しており、前記第2ベース(2)のU型溝(4)には押圧ブロック(5)が設けられており、前記押圧ブロック(5)の底面には位置規制凸起(51)が設けられており、前記接続ロッド(3)には環状凹溝(31)が開設されており、前記接続ロッド(3)は長溝(21)を通って前記U型溝(4)の溝底に挿入され、前記押圧ブロック(5)の位置規制凸起(51)が前記接続ロッド(3)の環状凹溝(31)と係合することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の調節可能な二溝式脊柱内部固定装置。
- 前記接続ロッド(3)は、一端が回動可能に第1ベース(1)に挿設されており、他端が回動可能に第2ベース(2)に挿設されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の調節可能な二溝式脊柱内部固定装置。
- 第2ベース(2)のU型溝(4)と前記長溝(21)は連通しており、前記第1ベース(1)及び第2ベース(2)のU型溝(4)にはそれぞれ同一構造の押圧ブロック(5)が設けられており、前記押圧ブロック(5)の底面には位置規制凸起(51)が設けられており、前記接続ロッド(3)の両端には環状凹溝(31)がそれぞれ開設されており、前記接続ロッド(3)は、一端が第1ベース(1)のU型溝(4)の溝底に挿入されるとともに、他端が長溝(21)を通って第2ベース(2)のU型溝(4)の溝底に挿入され、前記押圧ブロック(5)の位置規制凸起(51)が接続ロッド(3)の環状凹溝(31)と係合することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の調節可能な二溝式脊柱内部固定装置。
- 前記第1ベース(1)のU型溝(4)における2つの側壁及び/又は第2ベース(2)のU型溝(4)における2つの側壁には切断口(41)が開設されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の調節可能な二溝式脊柱内部固定装置。
- 請求項1に記載の内部固定装置を備え、第1ベース(1)及び/又は第2ベース(2)にスクリューロッド(6)が設けられていることを特徴とする骨スクリュー。
- 前記第1ベース(1)及び/又は第2ベース(2)にはボールジョイントが開設されており、前記スクリューロッド(6)の一端にはボールヘッドが設けられており、前記ボールヘッドがボールジョイントに係合することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の骨スクリュー。
- 前記第1ベース(1)及び/又は第2ベース(2)にはネジ孔が開設されており、前記スクリューロッド(6)がネジ孔に螺合することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の骨スクリュー。
