Claims (10)
- 感熱手段および機械力貯蔵手段からなり、これらの手段を収容するハウジングを備えており、前記感熱手段は、スイッチング部品の移動経路を阻止または解放し、さらに前記スイッチング部品は、前記機械力貯蔵手段によって付勢されている、熱によって起動される機械的なスイッチング装置であって、
前記ハウジングは、プランジャ(3)を内部に受け入れるカートリッジ状のシェル(1)として設計され、前記プランジャは、前記ハウジングの第1端側の開口部(7)を貫いて移動可能な様相で取り付けられ、予張力下で可融成形部(4)に当接して支持され、前記可融成形部(4)は、前記可融成形部(4)の溶融温度に達したときに前記可融成形部が前記プランジャ(3)によって押し退けられて前記プランジャ(3)が変化後位置をとるようなやり方で、前記第1端面の開口部とは反対側に位置する第2の開口部(9)を塞ぐように配置されている、ことを特徴とする、熱によって起動される機械的なスイッチング装置。 - 前記プランジャ(3)は、カラー(5)またはフランジを備え、前記力貯蔵手段としてのコイルばね(2)が、前記カラー(5)または前記フランジに当接して支持される、ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱によって起動される機械的なスイッチング装置。
- 前記シェル(1)は、前記第1の開口部(7)の方向に小さな直径を有する先細り部分(6)を有している、ことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の熱によって起動される機械的なスイッチング装置。
- 前記力貯蔵手段は、前記シェル(1)の内部において前記先細り部分(6)に当接して支持される、ことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の熱によって起動される機械的なスイッチング装置。
- 前記プランジャ(3)は、前記可融成形部(4)を押し退けた後に、一方のプランジャ端部において前記第2の開口部(9)を貫いて移動可能である、ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の熱によって起動される機械的なスイッチング装置。
- 前記可融成形部(4)は、前記第2の開口部(9)に対する栓として設計され、前記栓は、前記シェルの内側に位置し、前記開口部を閉じるように設計されている、ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の熱によって起動される機械的なスイッチング装置。
- 前記第1および/または前記第2の開口部(7、9)に対する前記プランジャ(3)の位置に関する前記プランジャ(3)の移動により、スイッチング機構を起動することができる、ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の熱によって起動される機械的なスイッチング装置。
- 前記プランジャ(3)は、電気スイッチまたはスイッチング状態インジケータを起動する、ことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の熱によって起動される機械的なスイッチング装置。
- 前記シェル(1)は、熱伝導性材料で作られ、本装置の応答の挙動は、前記シェル(1)の熱容量および前記可融成形部(4)の材料によって設定可能または調整可能である、ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の熱によって起動される機械的なスイッチング装置。
- 前記可融成形部(4)は、導電性のはんだ材料で作られ、押し退けられたはんだ材料が、電気スイッチング機構を生じさせる、ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の熱によって起動される機械的なスイッチング装置。
