Abstract
Description
最近の研究では、酒さの引き金(ニキビダニ(Demodex folliculorum)、紫外線、ストレスなどを含む)と、誘発された細胞および組織の応答との関連が示されている。変更された自然免疫応答が疾患の病因に関与していることが示唆されている (Yamasaki, K and Gallo, R., J Dermatol Sci., 55: 77−81, 2009)。
この研究の目的は、ミニブタの直線切開に沿って背部皮膚に皮内注射で投与した場合の、アキシチニブ、ニンテダニブ、ソラフェニブ、レンバチニブの局所効果を評価することであった。線状の切開創は、皮膚の炎症および創傷治癒プロセスを引き出すために作られた。投与後、動物を9日間投与後に観察し、皮膚のTGFb1発現レベルを評価した。
この研究の目的は、ウサギの耳肥厚性瘢痕モデルにおける皮膚損傷後の創傷治癒およびTGFベータ発現に対する試験化合物の効果を調べることであった。

関連する血管新生および/または線維症を伴う慢性炎症を特徴とする疾患または障害の予防または治療のための医薬組成物であって、少なくとも1つのマルチキナーゼ阻害剤を含み、前記疾患または前記障害は、酒さ、乾癬、多形性紅斑、水疱性類天疱瘡、遺伝性出血性毛細血管拡張症、関節リウマチ、アトピー性皮膚炎、および皮膚創傷治癒からなる群から選択される、医薬組成物。
前記少なくとも1つのマルチキナーゼ阻害剤は、VEGF阻害剤またはTGFベータ阻害剤である、付記1に記載の医薬組成物。
前記少なくとも1つのマルチキナーゼ阻害剤は、TGFベータ阻害剤である、付記1に記載の医薬組成物。
前記少なくとも1つのマルチキナーゼ阻害剤は、アキシチニブ、ニンテダニブ、およびレンバチニブからなる群から選択される、付記1に記載の医薬組成物。
前記少なくとも1つのマルチキナーゼ阻害剤は、アキシチニブである、付記1に記載の医薬組成物。
前記少なくとも1つのマルチキナーゼ阻害剤は、ニンテダニブである、付記1に記載の医薬組成物。

Claims (18)
- 関連する血管新生および/または線維症を伴う慢性炎症を特徴とする疾患または障害の予防または治療のための医薬組成物であって、少なくとも1つのマルチキナーゼ阻害剤を含み、前記疾患または前記障害は、酒さ、乾癬、多形性紅斑、水疱性類天疱瘡、遺伝性出血性毛細血管拡張症、関節リウマチ、アトピー性皮膚炎、および皮膚創傷治癒からなる群から選択される、医薬組成物。
- 前記少なくとも1つのマルチキナーゼ阻害剤は、VEGF阻害剤またはTGFベータ阻害剤である、請求項1に記載の医薬組成物。
- 前記少なくとも1つのマルチキナーゼ阻害剤は、TGFベータ阻害剤である、請求項1に記載の医薬組成物。
