Abstract
Description
図3および4を参照して、3つの異なる流量(25、125、および400mL/時)を、同じ条件(輸液(点滴)された液体、製品コード、製造ロット、周囲条件、ヘッドの高さ)を使用してテストした。臨床的に72時間または12Lのどちらか早い方の適切な限界までテストするために、輸液継続時間は、テスト毎に変えた。流量データを集め、流量精度を各時点での1時間移送平均を用いて評価して、輸液の各時間の精度を得た。
図3に示すように、選択された流量の流量精度(%誤差)を、時間の関数としてプロットすると、データが広範囲に拡がり、性能の変化を調整するに使用することができるような信頼できる傾向をもたらしていない。どの時点でも、流量間の精度は最大10%変動する可能性があり、時間ベースでの調整は有効でない。
Claims (18)
- 所定時間にわたってチューブ投薬セットを通して所望流量で液体をポンプ移送するように構成された輸液ポンプであって、
チューブ投薬セットを取り外し可能に受け、チューブ投薬セットの一部にパルス力を加えて、これによりチューブ投薬セットの一部を押付てチューブ投薬セットの出口から液体の流れを作るようにされたポンピング機構と、
前記ポンピング機構に接続され、所定時間の一部にわたり輸液された液体量と所望流量とに基づいてパルス周波数を決定し、決定されたパルス周波数に基づいて前記ポンピング機構を作動させるコントロール信号を前記ポンピング機構に出力して前記ポンピング機構を作動させるようにされたコントローラと、を有してなり、
前記コントローラは、
所望流量に基づいて第1のパルス周波数を決定し、
輸液された液体容量に基づいて第1のパルス周波数を調整して前記第1のパルス周波数とは異なる第2のパルス周波数とし、
決定されたパルス周波数に基づいて、前記ポンピング機構を作動させる制御信号を前記ポンピング機構に出力するように構成されている、
ことを特徴とする輸液ポンプ。 - 前記第1のパルス周波数の調整は、前記第1のパルス周波数をチューブ劣化関数を使用して処理することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の輸液ポンプ。
- 前記チューブ劣化関数は、流量精度と輸液された液体容量と比較に基づいて行われることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の輸液ポンプ。
- 前記チューブ劣化関数における流量精度は、パーセント誤差値として表されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の輸液ポンプ。
- 前記第1のパルス周波数の調整は、前記パルス周波数を増加させると減少させるの少なくとも1つであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の輸液ポンプ。
- 前記コントローラはさらに、チューブ投薬セットから輸液された液体容量を示すセンサの入力を受信し、そして受け取った入力に基づいて、所定時間の一部にわたって輸液された液体容量を決定するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の輸液ポンプ。
- さらに、チューブ投薬セットから輸液された液体容量を感知するために、前記チューブ投薬セットに接続されたセンサを有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の輸液ポンプ。
- 前記コントローラは、プロセッサと、前記プロセッサに接続されたメモリを有し、
前記メモリに記憶され、前記プロセッサによって実行可能な非一時命令が、所定時間の一部にわたって輸液された液体容量と所望流量とに基づいてパルス周波数を決定し、そして決定されたパルス周波数に基づいて前記ポンピング機構を作動させる制御信号を前記ポンピング機構に出力することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の輸液ポンプ。 - チューブ投薬セットおよびポンピング機構を有する輸液ポンプのポンピング機構を制御する方法であって、
前記チューブ投薬セットを取外し可能に受けて、前記チューブ投薬セットにパルス力を及ぼして前記チューブ投薬セットの出口からの液体の流れを作るポンピング機構を制御して、液体を特定時間にわたってチューブ投薬セットから所望流量で排出させる構成で、
所定時間の一部にわたって輸液された液体容量と所望流量に基づいてパルス周波数を決定する、
決定されたパルス周波数に基づいて、ポンピング機構を作動させる制御信号を前記ポンピング機構に出力する、
前記パルス周波数は、所望流量に基づいて第1のパルス周波数を決定する、そして輸液された液体の容量に基づいて第1のパルス周波数を調整して前記第1のパルス周波数とは異なる第2のパルス周波数を提供する、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記第1のパルス周波数の調整は、チューブ劣化関数を使用して前記第1のパルス周波数を処理することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記管劣化関数は、流量精度の輸液された液体容量との比較に基づいてなされることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記管劣化関数における流量精度は、パーセント誤差値として表されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のパルス周波数の調整は、前記パルス周波数を増加させるおよび減少させるの少なくとも1つであることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。

一定時間にわたって輸液ポンプのチューブ投薬セットの出口から輸液された液体容量を決定する、
その時間にわたって輸液された液体容量の決定された量と、チューブ投薬セットの出口から輸液された液体の所望流量とに基づいて、パルス周波数を決定する、そして
決定されたパルス周波数に基づいてポンピング機構を作動させる制御信号をポンピング機構に出力する、を行わせる装置であって、
