Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 角膜レーザ治療のための球面収差パラメータを最適化する方法であって、
角膜レーザ治療を受ける患者に対して瞳孔測定を行い、薄明視下での直径、通常照明下での直径、調節近見時の直径、及び明所視下での直径を含むそれぞれの瞳孔径を測定するステップと、
前記薄明視下での直径より大きい、前記球面収差の外径を計算するステップと、
前記明所視下での直径に対応する前記球面収差の振幅に関連付けられた、前記球面収差の内径を計算するステップと、
前記球面収差の前記振幅を、近視を誘発する屈折力に応じて計算するステップと、
前記明所視下での直径から前記通常照明下での直径へと延びる前記球面収差の勾配を計算するステップと、
前記外径、前記内径、前記振幅、及び前記勾配を含む、計算された前記球面収差を使って、前記患者に対して前記角膜レーザ治療を行うステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記瞳孔測定を行うステップは、前記瞳孔の瞳孔中心を特定するステップをさらに含み、
前記瞳孔中心に基づいて前記球面収差の中心を計算するステップをさらに含む、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記角膜レーザ治療は老眼治療である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記角膜レーザ治療はLASIK(レーザ光線近視手術)を使って行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記球面収差の前記勾配を計算するステップは、より高次の球面収差を付加するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 角膜レーザ治療のための球面収差パラメータの最適化のためのレーザパラメータシステムであって、
プロセッサであって、
角膜レーザ治療を受ける患者の瞳孔測定データを受け取ることであって、前記瞳孔測定データは、薄明視下での直径、通常照明下での直径、調整近見時の直径、及び明所視下での直径を含むそれぞれの瞳孔径を含むことと、
前記薄明視下での直径より大きい、前記球面収差の外径を計算することと、
前記明所視下での直径に対応する前記球面収差の振幅に関連付けられる、前記球面収差の内径を計算することと、
前記球面収差の前記振幅を、近視を誘発する屈折力に応じて計算することと、
前記明所視下での直径から前記通常照明下での直径へと延びる前記球面収差の勾配を計算することと、
前記外径、前記内径、前記振幅、及び前記勾配を含む、計算された前記球面収差を使って、前記角膜レーザ治療を前記患者に対して行うことと
を行うように、前記プロセッサにより実行可能な命令を記憶するメモリ媒体にアクセスできるプロセッサを含むレーザパラメータシステム。 - 前記瞳孔測定データは前記瞳孔の瞳孔中心をさらに含み、前記命令はさらに、
前記瞳孔中心に基づいて前記球面収差の中心を計算するように実行可能である、
請求項6に記載のレーザパラメータシステム。 - 前記角膜レーザ治療は老眼治療である、請求項6に記載のレーザパラメータシステム。
- 前記角膜レーザ治療はLASIK(レーザ光線近視手術)を使って行われる、請求項6に記載のレーザパラメータシステム。
- 前記球面収差の前記勾配を計算する前記命令は、より高次の球面収差を付加する命令を含む、請求項6に記載のレーザパラメータシステム。
