前記波形フィルタ部材の両遠位端は、前記第2の支持部に連結されている、フィルタ。

A waveform filter member having a plurality of waveform tips and having a first valley pattern formed between each of the plurality of waveform tips.
A flexible frame that is connected to the edge of the corrugated filter member and includes a connecting portion and a first supporting portion and a second supporting portion protruding from the connecting portion is provided.
The first support includes a bend support and a plurality of protrusions protruding from the bend support and each connected to the corrugated tip.
A filter in which both distal ends of the waveform filter member are connected to the second support portion.

A second valley pattern is formed between each of the plurality of protrusions.
The filter according to [1], wherein the depth of the first valley pattern is larger than the depth of the second valley pattern.
