Claims (11)
- 藻類培養容器をスパージングする方法であって、
第1の流体を第1の動作流速で前記容器内に分散供給するように、少なくとも1つの第1のスパージャを制御するステップと、
第2の流体を第2の動作流速で前記容器内に分散供給するように、少なくとも1つの第2のスパージャを制御するステップと、
を含み、
前記第1の動作流速は、前記培養容器内の前記藻類を混合するのを可能にするように適合され、前記第2の動作流速は、前記培養容器内の液体中の物質の同化を可能にするように適合される、
方法。 - 前記容器内部の少なくとも1つのパラメータを計測するステップと、
前記少なくとも1つの計測されたパラメータの変化に従って、前記少なくとも1つの第2のスパージャの動作流速を変化させるステップと、
をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 少なくとも1つの光源を用いて、所定の波長で前記容器を照明するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 藻類培養容器スパージングシステムであって、
前記容器内部の少なくとも1つのパラメータを計測するための少なくとも1つのセンサと、
第1の流体を第1の動作流速で前記容器内に分散供給するための、少なくとも1つの第1のスパージャと、
前記少なくとも1つの計測されたパラメータに基づいて、第2の流体を第2の動作流速で前記容器内に分散供給するための、少なくとも1つの第2のスパージャと、
前記第1の動作流速および前記第2の動作流速を制御するための、少なくとも1つの制御器と、
を備え、
前記第1の動作流速は、前記培養容器内の前記藻類の乱流混合を可能にするように適合され、前記第2の動作流速は、前記培養容器内の液体中の物質の同化を可能にするように適合される、
システム。 - 前記少なくとも1つの第1のスパージャは、1ミリメートルより大きい直径を有する、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第2のスパージャは、1ミリメートルより小さい直径を有する、請求項4または5に記載のシステム。
- 前記所定の流体は、空気および窒素からなる群から選択される、請求項4〜6のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1のスパージャおよび前記第2のスパージャによって分散供給される流体を分離するための物理的障壁をさらに備える、請求項4〜7のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第2のスパージャは、前記容器内に二酸化炭素泡を分散供給するように構成される、請求項4〜8のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第1のスパージャの前記第1の動作流速は、100ミリメートル/分である、請求項4〜9のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第2のスパージャの前記第2の動作流速は、5ミリメートル/分である、請求項4〜10のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
