Abstract
Description
本出願は、「Wellbore Debris Handler for Electric Submersible Pumps(電動水中ポンプ用の坑井孔屑処理装置)」という名称の、2016年12月12日に出願された、同時係属中の米国仮特許出願第62/432,953号明細書の優先権および利益を主張するものであり、その全開示内容は、あらゆる目的のために全体が参照により本明細書に組み込まれる。
Claims (22)
- 地下坑井内における電動水中ポンプ組立体内に入る屑の大きさを小さくするための屑処理組立体であって、
内孔を備えた略管状部材である処理装置ハウジングと、
前記処理装置ハウジングの前記内孔の内面に位置するハウジング切削輪郭と、
前記処理装置ハウジングの前記内孔内の回転軸に固定され、前記ハウジング切削輪郭の第1の部分と位置合わせされる切削刃と、
前記処理装置ハウジングの前記内孔内の前記回転軸に固定され、前記ハウジング切削輪郭の第2の部分と位置合わせされるミルと、
前記ミルの外面と前記内孔の前記内面とにより画定され、径方向寸法が下流方向に減少する環状ミル空間と、
を含む、屑処理組立体。 - 前記ミルが、前記ミルの前記外面に位置する一連のミルカッタ輪郭を有する、請求項1に記載の屑処理組立体。
- 前記一連のミルカッタ輪郭が、より長い径方向寸法を前記外面の上流側領域に有するより長い歯を含むとともに、より短い径方向寸法を前記外面の下流側領域に有するより短い歯を更に含む、請求項2に記載の屑処理組立体。
- 前記一連のミルカッタ輪郭が、多結晶ダイヤモンド成形体、炭化ケイ素、炭化タングステン、および窒化ホウ素からなる群から選択された硬質材料で形成される、請求項2または3に記載の屑処理組立体。
- 前記ミルが、前記一連のミルカッタ輪郭の下流側の前記ミルの前記外面に位置するミル粉砕輪郭を有する、請求項2〜4のいずれか一項に記載の屑処理組立体。
- 前記ミルの前記外面が円錐台形状を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の屑処理組立体。
- 前記切削刃および前記ミルが、前記回転軸に沿って軸方向に間隔を置いて配置される、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の屑処理組立体。
- 前記処理装置ハウジングが吸入孔を含み、前記吸入孔がスクリーン部材を含まない、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の屑処理組立体。
- 処理装置ハウジング出口が、前記ミルの下流側端部から軸方向に間隔を置いて配置される、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の屑処理組立体。
- 前記屑処理組立体が、径方向を向いた吸入口と、軸方向を向いた吐出口とを有する、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の屑処理組立体。
- 前記屑処理組立体が、軸方向を向いた吸入口と、径方向を向いた吐出口とを有する、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の屑処理組立体。
- 地下坑井から炭化水素を生産するための電動水中ポンプ組立体であって、
モータと、ポンプと、前記モータと前記ポンプとの間に位置するシール部と、
前記ポンプの上流側に位置する屑処理組立体であって、
内孔を備えた略管状部材である処理装置ハウジングと、
前記処理装置ハウジングの前記内孔の内面に位置するハウジング切削輪郭と、
前記処理装置ハウジングの前記内孔内の回転軸に固定され、前記ハウジング切削輪郭の第1の部分と位置合わせされる切削刃と、
前記処理装置ハウジングの前記内孔内の前記回転軸に固定され、前記ハウジング切削輪郭の第2の部分と位置合わせされるミルと、
前記ミルの外面と前記内孔の前記内面とにより画定され、径方向寸法が下流方向に減少する環状ミル空間と、
を含む、前記屑処理組立体と、
を備える、前記電動水中ポンプ組立体。 - 前記屑処理組立体が前記モータの上流側に位置する、請求項12に記載の電動水中ポンプ組立体。
- 坑井孔流体が前記屑処理組立体の外の前記電動水中ポンプ組立体を通り過ぎて下流側に進むのを防止するように位置決めされた下部パッカを更に含む、請求項12または13に記載の電動水中ポンプ組立体。
- 前記処理装置ハウジングが、前記地下坑井内において回転方向に動かない、請求項12〜14のいずれか一項に記載の電動水中ポンプ組立体。
- 前記ミルの前記外面が円錐台形状を有する、請求項12〜15のいずれか一項に記載の電動水中ポンプ組立体。
- 屑処理組立体を用いて、地下坑井内における電動水中ポンプ組立体内に入る屑の大きさを小さくするための方法であって、
処理装置ハウジングであって、内孔を備えた略管状部材であるとともに、前記処理装置ハウジングの前記内孔の内面に位置するハウジング切削輪郭を有する前記処理装置ハウジングを提供することと、
回転軸に固定された切削刃を回転させるとともに前記回転軸に固定されたミルを回転させるために、前記処理装置ハウジングの前記内孔内の軸を回転させることとを含み、
前記切削刃が前記ハウジング切削輪郭の第1の部分と位置合わせされ、かつ前記ミルが前記ハウジング切削輪郭の第2の部分と位置合わせされ、
環状ミル空間が前記ミルの外面と前記内孔の前記内面とにより画定され、前記環状ミル空間は径方向寸法が下流方向に減少する、
方法。 - 前記ミルが、より長い径方向寸法を前記外面の上流側領域に有するより長い歯を含むとともに、より短い径方向寸法を前記外面の下流側領域に有するより短い歯を更に含む、前記ミルの前記外面に位置する一連のミルカッタ輪郭を有し、前記方法は、前記屑が前記ミルに沿って軸方向に移動するときに前記ハウジング切削輪郭と前記一連のミルカッタ輪郭とを用いて前記屑の大きさを徐々に小さくすることを更に含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記ミルのミル粉砕輪郭を用いて前記屑を粉砕することを更に含み、前記ミル粉砕輪郭がミルカッタ輪郭の下流側に位置する、請求項17または18に記載の方法。
- 前記屑が前記ハウジング切削輪郭に接触するように前記切削刃および前記ミルの回転運動により前記屑を径方向外方に移動させることを更に含む、請求項17〜19のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記屑処理組立体の流出流を前記電動水中ポンプ組立体のポンプに向けて導くことを更に含む、請求項17〜20のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 流入流を前記電動水中ポンプ組立体のポンプおよびモータの上流側の前記屑処理組立体内に導くことを更に含む、請求項17〜21のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
