Abstract
Description
本発明の第1実施形態に係る高圧タンク10は、図1に示すように気体を圧縮して貯留する貯留空間12を有する。この高圧タンク10は、燃料電池システム14に適用され、気体として水素ガス(燃料ガス、アノードガス)を貯留する。例えば、高圧タンク10は、図示しない燃料電池車両に搭載されて、ガスステーションから供給される水素ガスを貯留する一方で、車両の走行時等に燃料電池スタック(不図示)に水素ガスを供給する。なお、高圧タンク10は、燃料電池システム14への適用に限定されず、また水素ガス以外の気体を貯留可能なことは勿論である。

前記接続部材は、前記ライナ及び前記口金の周方向に沿って複数配置される

前記接続部材は、前記ライナ及び前記口金のうちの一方に配置されるリング部と、前記リング部から前記ライナ及び前記口金のうち他方に突出する複数の突片とを有する
高圧タンク。 - ライナと、前記ライナの外面に積層される補強層と、前記ライナに接合され気体を流通可能な流路を有する口金とを備える高圧タンクの製造方法であって、
前記ライナと前記口金を螺合する接合工程と、
前記接合工程後に、前記ライナと前記口金に跨るように接続部材を配置する配置工程と、
前記配置工程後に、前記口金を支持して前記ライナ及び前記口金を回転させて、前記ライナの外面及び前記口金の外面に前記補強層を形成する補強層形成工程とを有する
高圧タンクの製造方法。 - 請求項9記載の高圧タンクの製造方法において、
前記配置工程と、前記補強層形成工程との間に、前記接続部材と前記口金を係合する係合工程を有する高圧タンクの製造方法。
