Claims (10)
- 高圧油圧システムであって、
加圧流体を含む油圧チャンバと、
前記油圧チャンバの少なくとも一部を囲み、かつ、一体型ダイヤフラムを有する壁と、
圧電センサであって、前記一体型ダイヤフラムにより、前記油圧チャンバに含まれている前記加圧流体から分離され、かつ、検出軸を有し、前記圧電センサは、前記検出軸に沿って前記圧電センサを圧縮する力に関連する電気信号を発生させる、圧電センサと、
前記圧電センサと、前記一体型ダイヤフラムとの間で前記検出軸に沿って、弾性力を印加するように配置される弾性要素であって、前記弾性要素および前記圧電センサとは、前記油圧チャンバに含まれている前記加圧流体の圧力の変動により生成される前記検出軸方向における前記一体型ダイヤフラムの変形が、前記弾性要素が、前記圧電センサと、前記一体型ダイヤフラムとの間で前記検出軸の方向に沿って印加する、前記弾性力の変動を引き起こすように配置される、弾性要素とを備える、
油圧システム。 - 前記弾性要素および前記圧電センサは、前記検出軸の方向において、前記圧電センサが前記弾性要素により生成される前記弾性力だけを受けるように配置される、
請求項1に記載の油圧システム。 - 前記一体型ダイヤフラムは、前記壁の厚みを薄くした部分により形成される、
請求項1または2に記載の油圧システム。 - 前記一体型ダイヤフラムは、前記壁に形成されるブラインドホールの底に配置され、その中には前記圧電センサが収容されている
請求項3に記載の油圧システム。 - 前記圧電センサは、
互いに平行で、前記検出軸に対して垂直な、それぞれ第1の面およびそれぞれ第2の面を有する2つのディスク状要素であって、前記ディスク状要素のうちの少なくとも1つは圧電素子である、2つのディスク状要素と、
前記検出軸に対して垂直な、導電材料の薄い板で形成される電極であって、2つの前記ディスク状要素の前記第1の面は、前記電極の反対側の面に接触している、電極と、
導電性材料の2つの支持要素であって、それぞれの支持面は、前記ディスク状要素のそれぞれの第2の面に支えられている、2つの支持要素とを備える、
請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の油圧システム。 - 前記弾性要素は、前記一体型ダイヤフラムと、前記支持要素の1つの面との間で前記検出軸の方向に圧縮される、
請求項5に記載の油圧システム。 - 前記圧電センサは、前記電極の外側で前記検出軸と同軸に配置される環形状の絶縁要素を有し、前記絶縁要素は、前記ディスク状要素の外縁および前記電極の外縁に面する内側表面を有する、
請求項5に記載の油圧システム。 - 前記絶縁要素は、前記検出軸の方向の寸法が、前記2つの支持要素の前記支持面の間の距離より短く、1つの支持要素の前記支持面の外周部分に支えられているベース面を有する、
請求項7に記載の油圧システム。 - 前記ディスク状要素の両方が圧電素子であり、前記ディスク状要素の前記第1の面が陽極端子面で、前記ディスク状要素の前記第2の面が陰極端子面である、
請求項5に記載の油圧システム。 - 前記支持要素のうちの1つは、その下面から、前記検出軸の方向に突出し、前記弾性要素の中央孔に係合する軸方向の突起を有する、
