Description

The present invention relates to an exterior panel suspension tool and an exterior panel suspension method.

Exterior panels are attached to the outer surface of the building. As the exterior panel, in addition to inorganic material panels such as lightweight cellular concrete panels and extruded cement boards, metal panels are also used.
When mounting the exterior panel on a building, a nylon sling is often wrapped around the exterior panel on the ground, and the nylon sling is connected to a crane with a wire and lifted. By using the nylon sling, damage to the exterior panel can be prevented (see the background technology column of Patent Document 1, Patent Document 2, and Patent Document 3).

When the exterior panel is hung by winding a nylon sling, the aerial attitude of the exterior panel becomes slanted. In such an obliquely suspended state, it is not possible to bring it sufficiently close to the mounting location of the building, and it is necessary to adjust the posture vertically during the mounting work.
Therefore, in Patent Document 1, Patent Document 2, and Patent Document 3, a vertical cavity is formed in the exterior panel, and a hanging tool is inserted into the cavity to lock the exterior panel, thereby suspending the exterior panel vertically.

特開2000−320143号公報Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2000-320143 特許第4475658号公報Japanese Patent No. 4475658 特許第3816358号公報Japanese Patent No. 3816358

Both Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 3 require a vertical cavity for inserting a hanging tool into the exterior panel, and cannot be applied depending on the exterior panel.
In Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2, even if the outer wall panel is applicable, the locking tool inserted in the cavity is pressed against the inner surface of the cavity by rotating or relative movement, and is stable. There is a possibility that the stop state cannot be obtained.
In Patent Document 3, a rod-shaped locking tool penetrates the cavity and is exposed to the lower surface side, and is engaged with the lower surface of the exterior panel to enable stable suspension. However, the mechanism of the locking tool becomes complicated by that amount, and it is essential that the cavity of the exterior panel penetrates up and down.

An object of the present invention is to provide an exterior panel suspension tool and an exterior panel suspension method which do not require a cavity in the exterior panel, can be stably suspended, and have a simple structure.

In this state, the hook 3 is raised, the exterior panel 2 is lifted while checking the tension of the first string-shaped member 31 and the second string-shaped member 32, and when a stable hanging state is confirmed, the hook 3 is transported to the installation site of the building. To do.

According to this embodiment, the following effects can be obtained.
In the present embodiment, the first string-shaped member 31 is wound around the lower edge of the exterior panel 2 on the first end 11 side, and both ends thereof are pulled upward along the front surface and the back surface of the exterior panel 2. 1 It is pulled out above the hanging tool main body 10 through the annular portion of the guide 21, and is connected to a crane or the like. On the other hand, the second string-shaped member 32 is wound around the lower edge of the exterior panel 2 on the second end 12 side, and both ends thereof are pulled upward along the front surface and the back surface of the exterior panel 2, and the second guide 22 It is pulled out above the hanging tool main body 10 through the annular portion of the crane and is connected to the hook 3 of the crane or the like.
At this time, the first guide 21 and the second guide 22 are installed at the first end portion 11 and the second end portion 12 of the hanging tool main body 10, respectively, and the first string-shaped member 31 and the second guide to each of them. The string-shaped member 32 is pulled out substantially vertically, and the lower end of the exterior panel 2 can be stably supported upward in the vertical direction.

Here, when the first string-shaped member 31 and the second string-shaped member 32 are pulled out upward from the first guide 21 and the second guide 22 and connected to the crane, they are assembled toward the hook 3. The first guide 21 and the second guide 22 are held at predetermined intervals by the hanging tool main body 10, so that the vertical drawer of the portion along the exterior panel 2 is maintained.
As described above, according to the present embodiment, a simple structure using the hanging tool main body 10 on which the first guide 21 and the second guide 22 are installed, and the first string-shaped member 31 and the second string-shaped member 32. Therefore, the exterior panel 2 can be stably suspended without the cavity of the exterior panel 2.

Further, since the shackle 211,212, which is the first guide 21, and the shackle 211,222, which is the second guide 22, are installed so as to project outward from the upper surface of the hanging tool main body 10, the wire 35 passing through them is externally attached. It can be separated from the front or back surface of the panel 2, which also reduces the possibility of damage to the exterior panel 2.

In the present embodiment, the shackle 211,212, which is the first guide 21, and the shackle 211,222, which is the second guide 22, can open and close a part of the annular portion, respectively. Therefore, the first string is attached to the first guide 21. When passing the shaped member 31 or passing the second string-shaped member 32 through the second guide 22, each annular portion is opened to introduce an intermediate portion of the first string-shaped member 31 or the second string-shaped member 32. This can be done, and complicated work such as passing the tip of the first string-shaped member 31 or the second string-shaped member 32 through the first guide 21 or the second guide 22 can be omitted.

In the present embodiment, the loop side of the shackle 211,212, which is the first guide 21, and the loop side of the shackle 211,222, which is the second guide 22, are fixed to the hanging tool main body 10, respectively. The first guide 21 and the second guide 22 which can be partially opened and closed can be easily formed. Further, the shackles 211,212,221,222 are general-purpose parts, and members suitable for the usage environment can be secured at low cost.

In the present embodiment, the first string-shaped member 31 and the second string-shaped member 32 are each formed of a nylon sling 33 at a portion wound around the lower edge of the exterior panel 2, and the nylon sling 33 is compared with a steel wire or the like. Since it is flexible, it is possible to prevent damage to the lower edge portion of the exterior panel 2. Further, since the nylon sling 33 is woven flat and has a smaller thickness than a steel wire or the like, the nylon sling 33 can be carried into a narrow portion while the exterior panel 2 is suspended.

In the present embodiment, the first string-shaped member 31 and the second string-shaped member 32 are each a nylon sling 33 wound around the lower edge of the exterior panel 2, a pair of wires 35 connected to both ends of the nylon sling 33, and the like. The wire 35 was inserted into the first guide 21 or the second guide 22. Therefore, damage to the exterior panel 2 can be prevented at the portion of the nylon sling 33. Further, by passing the wire 35 portions on both sides through the first guide 21 or the second guide 22, the strength against rubbing against the first guide 21 or the second guide 22 can be ensured.

In the present embodiment, since the cushion material 13 made of a hard rubber sheet is stretched inside the hanging tool main body 10, damage due to contact with the hanging tool main body 10 is prevented at the upper edge of the exterior panel 2. it can. Further, as the hard rubber sheet as the cushion material 13, a general-purpose material can be appropriately used, and it can be easily secured and inexpensive.

In the present embodiment, a C-shaped steel material that can be adhered to the upper end of the exterior panel 2 is used as the hanging tool main body 10. Therefore, both flange portions of the C-shaped steel material used as the hanging tool main body 10 are arranged to face the front surface and the back surface of the exterior panel 2 at the time of mounting, and the web portion of the C-shaped steel material is arranged to face the upper end surface of the exterior panel 2. As a result, the hanging tool main body 10 can be covered so as to cover the upper edge portion of the exterior panel 2, and stable mounting is possible. The C-shaped steel material is a general-purpose part, and a member suitable for the usage environment can be secured at low cost.

In the present embodiment, similar shackles 213 and 223 are installed at the first end 11 and the second end 12 of the hanging tool main body 10 as elevating guides in the longitudinal direction of the hanging tool main body 10, respectively. Therefore, when lifting the exterior panel 2 using the hanging tool main body 10, a guide wire in the vertical direction is installed in advance in the lifting path, and this guide wire is inserted through the shackles 213 and 223. The hanging tool main body 10 and the exterior panel 2 to be lifted can be guided along a predetermined path, and stable lifting work can be performed even in a strong wind.

The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and modifications within the range in which the object of the present invention can be achieved are included in the present invention.
In the above-described embodiments of FIGS. 1 to 3, one continuous C-shaped steel material is used as the hanging tool main body 10. However, in the hanging tool main body 10, the portion to be adhered along the upper edge of the exterior panel 2 does not have to extend over the entire length, for example, only both ends, that is, the first end portion 11 and the second end portion 12. May be good.

In FIG. 4, as another embodiment of the present invention, the hanging tool main body 10A has a first end portion 11A and a second end portion 12A. The first end portion 11A and the second end portion 12A are each made of a short C-shaped steel material, and are connected by a rod-shaped connecting material 14A.
The connecting member 14A is formed by using a prismatic steel material, a steel angle material, or a steel pipe material, and both ends thereof are welded to the upper surfaces of the first end portion 11A and the second end portion 12A.
A cushion material 13 made of a hard rubber sheet is stretched inside the first end portion 11A and the second end portion 12A.
A steel lid 15A for preventing the detachment is welded to the end faces of the first end portion 11A and the second end portion 12A on the sides separated from each other so as to cover the end face opening.

In such another embodiment, the hanging tool main body 10A is formed by the first end portion 11A and the second end portion 12A connected by the connecting member 14A, and is lighter than the case where the whole is made of C-shaped steel material. Can be converted. Further, since the lid members 15A are provided at both ends of the hanging tool main body 10A, it is possible to prevent the hanging tool main body 10A from being displaced in the longitudinal direction and coming off when it is attached to the upper edge of the exterior panel 2.

In the embodiment of FIGS. 1 to 3, guide shackles 213 and 223 are installed at the first end 11 and the second end 12 of the hanging tool main body 10 in the longitudinal direction of the hanging tool main body 10, respectively. However, as in the embodiment of FIG. 4, these shackles 213 and 223 may be omitted as appropriate.

Further, it is not essential in the present invention to use the shackle 211,221 or the like as the annular portion of the first guide 21 and the second guide 22, and an eyebolt or the like having no opening / closing portion may be used. However, if there is no opening / closing portion, the insertion work of the wire 35 becomes complicated, so it is desirable to provide an opening / closing portion such as a bolt portion. Further, the annular portion is not limited to an annular shape in which a bar material such as a shackle 211,221 is looped, and a pipe member having an annular cross section may be used.
Further, the shackle 211,212, which is the first guide 21, and the shackle 211,222, which is the second guide 22, are installed so as to project outward from the upper surface of the hanging tool main body 10, and the wire 35 passing through them is externally attached. Although separated from the front and back surfaces of the panel 2, the first guide 21 and the second guide 22 may be installed so as not to project from the upper surface of the hanging tool main body 10.

In the above embodiment, as the first string-shaped member 31 and the second string-shaped member 32, a nylon sling 33 having an intermediate portion and wires 35 connected to both ends thereof is used, but the nylon sling 33 is used over the entire length. , The wire 35 over the entire length may be used. However, when the nylon sling 33 is used over the entire length, it is desirable to reinforce the portion through which the first guide 21 and the second guide 22 are inserted and the portion connected to the hook 3. Further, when the wire 35 is used over the entire length, it is desirable to prevent damage by sandwiching a protective material or the like in a portion in contact with the lower edge of the exterior panel 2.
The nylon sling 33 may be made of another material as long as it can avoid damage to the exterior panel 2 due to contact. Further, the wire 35 may be another string-shaped member capable of obtaining the required strength or the like, and may be, for example, a chain or the like.

In the above embodiment, the cushion material 13 is stretched inside the hanging tool main bodies 10 and 10A, but the cushion material 13 is not limited to the one continuous to the entire inside of the hanging tool main bodies 10 and 10A, and is intermittent at predetermined intervals. It may be installed in. Further, the material of the cushion material 13 is not limited to the hard rubber sheet, but may be a sponge-like member made of synthetic resin or the like, as long as it can prevent damage to the exterior panel 2.

In the above embodiment, one exterior panel 2 is suspended by the exterior panel suspension 1, but the exterior panel suspension 1 of the present invention collectively combines exterior panel units in which a plurality of exterior panels 2 are connected. It can also be hung.
The exterior panel unit is formed by, for example, arranging a plurality of exterior panels 2 side by side, hanging a connecting member such as a horizontal angle member on the back surface of each, and fixing them to each other. It is preferable that the connecting material is provided at two or more locations above and below the plurality of exterior panels 2. The connecting material may be installed so as to support the lower surface of the exterior panel 2. However, no connecting material is installed on the upper edge of the exterior panel 2, and a space for attaching the hanging tool main body 10 is left.
Such an exterior panel unit can also be suspended by the exterior panel hanging tool 1 of the above-described embodiment, and a plurality of exterior panels 2 can be suspended at once, so that work efficiency can be improved.
