When the protective layer 70 (the same applies to the protective layer 80) is a plurality of layers, the layer having the higher tensile storage elastic modulus at 25 ° C. is the E1 of the protective layer 70 (the same applies to the protective layer 80). As a result, the effects of the present invention described below can be obtained more remarkably.

(6) Punching Step As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the

Further, by setting the tensile storage elastic modulus of the
If the tensile storage elastic modulus of the
Further, by setting the thickness of the
Further, in this step, since the

Thereby, the effect of the present invention can be obtained more remarkably.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail based on Examples.
1. 1. Formation of an optical laminate (Example 1)
First, 100 parts by mass of bisphenol A type polycarbonate (manufactured by Mitsubishi Engineering Plastics, "H3000") was extruded to obtain two base materials, which were used as a first base material and a second base material.
The first substrate had a thickness of 300 μm and a tensile storage elastic modulus at 25 ° C. of 2.4 GPa.
The second base material had a thickness of 300 μm and a tensile storage elastic modulus at 25 ° C. of 2.4 GPa.
Then, a coat layer having a thickness of 5 μm composed of an acrylate resin was formed by gravure coating on one surface of the first base material. Next, a first layer (high refractive index layer) and a second layer (low refractive index layer) as shown in Table 1 are laminated on the coat layer by a vacuum vapor deposition method to form a half mirror layer, and the first lamination is performed. I got a body.
On the other hand, Konishi's Bond Ultra Versatile Clear (silylated urethane resin system) is applied on one surface of the second base material so that the thickness after curing is 50 μm, and the second laminate is formed. Obtained.
Then, the first laminated body and the second laminated body are bonded together so that the half mirror layer and the adhesive layer are in contact with each other, and cured in an environment of 25 ° C. and 50% humidity for 7 days to cure the adhesive layer. To obtain an optical laminate.
Then, the first protective layer is laminated on both sides of such an optical laminate, that is, on the surface opposite to the half mirror layer of the first base material, and the adhesive layer of the second base material is used. A second protective layer was laminated on the opposite surface by a laminating method.
The constituent material of the first protective layer was polyolefin, the thickness was 40 μm, and the tensile storage elastic modulus at 25 ° C. was 1 GPa.
The constituent material of the second protective layer was polyolefin, the thickness was 40 μm, and the tensile storage elastic modulus at 25 ° C. was 1 GPa.
Then, a ring-shaped blade having an inner diameter of 80 mm was prepared and punched from the second base material side to obtain an optical laminate having a desired shape. The blade was a double-edged blade having a tip angle θ of 30 °, and the punching speed (number of punches per minute) with a 45-ton punching press was 35 spm.
