Abstract
Description
本発明は、活性炭を含む繊維シート及びそれを用いた吸収性物品に関する。 The present invention relates to a fiber sheet containing activated carbon and an absorbent article using the same.
従来より、衛生材料などに用いられる消臭性シートとして、活性炭等の消臭剤を担持した繊維シートが知られている。 Conventionally, a fiber sheet carrying a deodorant such as activated carbon has been known as a deodorant sheet used for sanitary materials and the like.
As such a fiber sheet, for example,
Although such thin paper contains activated carbon, it is less likely to fall off, has a color that appropriately reflects the black color of activated carbon, and is said to have excellent deodorizing properties for excrement such as urine.
However, since the thin paper (fiber sheet) disclosed in
Further, as a means of making the black color of the activated carbon less noticeable, it is conceivable to reduce the content of the activated carbon. However, if the content of the activated carbon is reduced in this way, the deodorizing performance of the activated carbon deteriorates. This may make it difficult for the original function of the deodorant sheet to be exhibited.
そこで、本発明は、活性炭による優れた消臭性能と清潔感を兼ね備えた繊維シートを提供することを目的とする。 Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a fiber sheet having both excellent deodorizing performance by activated carbon and a feeling of cleanliness.
本発明者らは、繊維シートに含まれる活性炭の黒色を目立ちにくくする手段について鋭意検討した結果、粒度分布が特定の範囲内となる活性炭を用いることで、活性炭の含有量が一定量(優れた消臭性能を発揮し得る量)以上であっても、活性炭の黒色が目立ちにくくなることを見出し、本発明を完成するに至ったものである。
本発明は、以下の各態様を含む。
As a result of diligent studies on means for making the black color of activated carbon contained in the fiber sheet inconspicuous, the present inventors have obtained a certain amount (excellent) of activated carbon by using activated carbon having a particle size distribution within a specific range. It has been found that the black color of the activated carbon becomes inconspicuous even if the amount is equal to or more than the amount capable of exhibiting the deodorizing performance, and the present invention has been completed.
The present invention includes the following aspects.
本発明の一態様(態様1)は、活性炭を含む繊維シートであって、
前記活性炭は、粒径10μm以下の粒子の比率が15%未満であり且つ粒径45μm以上の粒子の比率が57%未満である粒度分布を有し、
前記繊維シートの坪量に対する前記活性炭の含有率が2.0質量%以上8.0質量%以下であることを特徴とする、前記繊維シートである。
One aspect (aspect 1) of the present invention is a fiber sheet containing activated carbon.
The activated carbon has a particle size distribution in which the ratio of particles having a particle size of 10 μm or less is less than 15% and the ratio of particles having a particle size of 45 μm or more is less than 57%.
The fiber sheet is characterized in that the content of the activated carbon with respect to the basis weight of the fiber sheet is 2.0% by mass or more and 8.0% by mass or less.
なお、本明細書において、粒度分布における各粒子の比率は、体積基準に基づくものである。 In this specification, the ratio of each particle in the particle size distribution is based on the volume standard.
本態様の繊維シートは、上記特定の粒度分布を有する活性炭を上記特定の含有率で含むことにより、活性炭が繊維シートから脱落するのを抑制しつつ、活性炭による黒色を目立たちにくくすることができるので、活性炭による優れた消臭性能と清潔感を兼ね備えることができる。 By containing the activated carbon having the specific particle size distribution at the specific content rate, the fiber sheet of this embodiment can suppress the activated carbon from falling off from the fiber sheet and make the black color due to the activated carbon less noticeable. Therefore, it is possible to combine the excellent deodorizing performance of activated carbon with a feeling of cleanliness.
また、本発明の別の態様(態様2)では、上記態様1の繊維シートにおいて、前記活性炭の粒度分布は、粒径20μm以下の粒子の比率が53%未満であることを特徴とする。
Further, in another aspect (aspect 2) of the present invention, in the fiber sheet of the
本態様の繊維シートは、小粒径の活性炭の比率が少ないため、活性炭による黒色をより目立ちにくくすることができる。 Since the fiber sheet of this embodiment has a small proportion of activated carbon having a small particle size, the black color due to the activated carbon can be made less noticeable.
本発明の更に別の態様(態様3)では、上記態様1又は2の繊維シートにおいて、前記活性炭は、細孔容積が0.5mL/g以上1.5mL/g以下であり、平均細孔直径が1.5nm以上4.0nm以下であることを特徴とする。
In still another aspect (aspect 3) of the present invention, in the fiber sheet of the
本態様の繊維シートは、活性炭が上記特定の細孔容積及び平均細孔直径を有する、総吸着量の大きい(すなわち、消臭性能の高い)粒子であるため、繊維シートに対する活性炭の含有率を少なくしても所定の消臭性能を十分に発揮することができる。これにより、本態様の繊維シートは、活性炭の含有率を極力低くすることで、所定の消臭性能を確保しつつ、活性炭による黒色をより目立ちにくくすることができる。 In the fiber sheet of this embodiment, since the activated carbon is particles having the above-mentioned specific pore volume and average pore diameter and having a large total adsorption amount (that is, high deodorizing performance), the content of activated carbon in the fiber sheet can be determined. Even if it is at least, the predetermined deodorizing performance can be sufficiently exhibited. As a result, in the fiber sheet of this embodiment, by reducing the content of activated carbon as much as possible, it is possible to make the black color due to activated carbon less noticeable while ensuring a predetermined deodorizing performance.
本発明の更に別の態様(態様4)では、上記態様1〜3のいずれかの繊維シートにおいて、前記活性炭の原料が、ヤシガラ炭または竹炭であることを特徴とする。
In still another aspect (aspect 4) of the present invention, in any of the fiber sheets of the
本態様の繊維シートは、活性炭の原料がヤシガラ炭または竹炭という硬度の高い炭化物であるため、繊維シートの表面に露出する活性炭の硬度が高く、活性炭をより一層脱落しにくくすることができる。 In the fiber sheet of this embodiment, since the raw material of the activated carbon is coconut charcoal or bamboo charcoal, which is a highly hard carbide, the activated carbon exposed on the surface of the fiber sheet has a high hardness, and the activated carbon can be made more difficult to fall off.
本発明の更に別の態様(態様5)では、上記態様1〜4のいずれかの繊維シートにおいて、前記繊維シートが、トイレットペーパー、便座用拭き取りシート又は吸収性物品の構成部材であることを特徴とする。
In still another aspect (aspect 5) of the present invention, in any of the fiber sheets of the
本態様の繊維シートは、消臭性や清潔感が特に求められるトイレットペーパー、便座用拭き取りシート又は吸収性物品の構成部材として用いられるものであるため、上述の繊維シートの効果を十二分に発揮することができる。また、上述の繊維シートは、活性炭による黒色が目立ちにくくなっているため、トイレットペーパー、便座用拭き取りシート又は吸収性物品を使用した後の汚れ(例えば、尿や便などの排泄物)を確認しやすいという利点もある。 Since the fiber sheet of this embodiment is used as a constituent member of toilet paper, a toilet seat wiping sheet, or an absorbent article, which is particularly required to have deodorant property and cleanliness, the effect of the above-mentioned fiber sheet is more than sufficient. Can be demonstrated. In addition, since the black color of the above-mentioned fiber sheet is less noticeable due to activated carbon, check for stains (for example, excrement such as urine and stool) after using toilet paper, a toilet seat wipe sheet, or an absorbent article. It also has the advantage of being easy.
本発明の更に別の態様(態様6)は、上記態様1〜4のいずれかの繊維シートを用いた吸収性物品である。
Yet another aspect of the present invention (Aspect 6) is an absorbent article using any of the fiber sheets of
本態様の吸収性物品は、上述の繊維シートを用いたものであるため、吸収性物品として優れた消臭性能と清潔感を兼ね備えたものとすることができる。 Since the absorbent article of this embodiment uses the above-mentioned fiber sheet, it can be made to have both excellent deodorant performance and cleanliness as an absorbent article.
本発明の更に別の態様(態様7)では、上記態様6の吸収性物品において、前記繊維シートが、前記吸収性物品の吸収体に隣接する位置若しくは前記吸収体の内部に配置されるシート状部材、又は前記吸収体の吸収コアを被覆するコアラップシートであることを特徴とする。 In yet another aspect (aspect 7) of the present invention, in the absorbent article of the sixth aspect, the fiber sheet is in the form of a sheet arranged at a position adjacent to the absorbent body of the absorbent article or inside the absorbent body. It is a core wrap sheet that covers a member or an absorption core of the absorber.
本態様の吸収性物品は、上述の繊維シートが臭いの発生原因となる尿などの排泄液を吸収及び保持する吸収コアの近くに配置されるものであるため、より効果的に消臭性能を発揮することができる。また、本態様の吸収性物品は、上述の繊維シートにおいて活性炭による黒色が目立ちにくくなっているため、排尿の有無などを確認しやすいという利点もある。 In the absorbent article of this embodiment, since the above-mentioned fiber sheet is arranged near the absorption core that absorbs and retains excrement such as urine that causes odor, the deodorizing performance can be more effectively improved. Can be demonstrated. In addition, the absorbent article of this embodiment has an advantage that it is easy to confirm the presence or absence of urination because the black color due to activated carbon is less noticeable in the above-mentioned fiber sheet.
本発明によれば、活性炭による優れた消臭性能と清潔感を兼ね備えた繊維シートを提供することができる。 According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a fiber sheet having both excellent deodorizing performance and a feeling of cleanliness due to activated carbon.
以下、本発明の繊維シートについて詳細に説明する。
本発明の繊維シートは、活性炭を含み、さらに、当該活性炭が、粒径10μm以下の粒子の比率が15%未満であり且つ粒径45μm以上の粒子の比率が57%未満である粒度分布を有し、繊維シートの坪量に対する活性炭の含有率が2.0質量%以上8.0質量%以下である。
Hereinafter, the fiber sheet of the present invention will be described in detail.
The fiber sheet of the present invention contains activated carbon, and the activated carbon has a particle size distribution in which the ratio of particles having a particle size of 10 μm or less is less than 15% and the ratio of particles having a particle size of 45 μm or more is less than 57%. However, the content of activated carbon with respect to the basis weight of the fiber sheet is 2.0% by mass or more and 8.0% by mass or less.
本発明の繊維シートは、上記特定の粒度分布を有する活性炭を上記特定の含有率で含むことにより、活性炭が繊維シートから脱落するのを抑制しつつ、活性炭による黒色を目立たちにくくすることができるので、活性炭による優れた消臭性能と清潔感を兼ね備えることができる。 By containing the activated carbon having the specific particle size distribution at the specific content rate, the fiber sheet of the present invention can suppress the activated carbon from falling off from the fiber sheet and make the black color due to the activated carbon inconspicuous. Therefore, it is possible to combine the excellent deodorizing performance of activated carbon with a feeling of cleanliness.
The reason why the black color of the fiber sheet becomes inconspicuous by using the activated carbon having the specific particle size distribution is as follows.
That is, when there are many particles having a small particle size of 10 μm or less, the area per unit mass of the activated carbon becomes large, and when there are many particles having a large particle size, the particles of the activated carbon spread in the thickness direction. The area becomes smaller. When the particle size is large, the activated carbon is partially enlarged, but the region where the activated carbon does not exist is also widened, so that the light transmittance is increased as a whole and the image looks bright. In this way, by including the activated carbon having the specific particle size distribution at the specific content rate, the black color of the fiber sheet becomes less noticeable.
Further, the activated carbon having the specific particle size distribution has an effect that it is difficult to fall off from the constituent fibers if it is a fiber sheet such as a general non-woven fabric.
The fiber sheet of the present invention can be particularly preferably used for various sanitary materials that are required to have deodorant properties. Examples of such sanitary materials include toilet paper, toilet seat wiping sheets, and constituent members of absorbent articles. Since these sanitary materials are particularly required to have deodorant properties and a feeling of cleanliness, the effects of the fiber sheet of the present invention can be fully exhibited.
Further, since the black color of the fiber sheet of the present invention is less noticeable due to activated carbon, stains (for example, excrement such as urine and feces) after using toilet paper, a toilet seat wiping sheet, an absorbent article, etc. are removed. It also has the advantage of being easy to check.
In particular, since the absorbent article using the fiber sheet of the present invention as a constituent member uses the above-mentioned fiber sheet, it is possible to have both excellent deodorant performance and cleanliness as the absorbent article. it can.
Further, the fiber sheet of the present invention is a sheet-like member arranged at a position adjacent to the absorbent body of the absorbent article or inside the absorbent body, or a core wrap sheet covering the absorbent core of the absorbent body. Since the fiber sheet of the present invention is arranged near the absorption core that absorbs and retains the excrement liquid such as urine that causes the generation of odor, the deodorizing performance can be exhibited more effectively. Further, such an absorbent article has an advantage that it is easy to confirm the presence or absence of urination because the black color due to activated carbon is less noticeable in the above-mentioned fiber sheet.
なお、本発明の繊維シートが適用される吸収性物品としては、特に限定されないが、例えば、使い捨ておむつや生理用ナプキン、(軽)失禁パッドなどが挙げられる。 The absorbent article to which the fiber sheet of the present invention is applied is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include disposable diapers, sanitary napkins, and (light) incontinence pads.
以下、本発明に用い得る繊維シート及び活性炭について更に詳細に説明する。 Hereinafter, the fiber sheet and activated carbon that can be used in the present invention will be described in more detail.
[繊維シート]
本発明おいて、繊維シートは、当該繊維シートが適用される各種用途に応じた諸特性を備えるものであれば特に制限されず、例えば、パルプ繊維等からなる紙、親水性繊維及び/又は疎水性樹脂繊維からなる不織布(例えば、エアスルー不織布、スパンレース不織布、スパンボンド不織布、ポイントボンド不織布等)、織布、編布などが挙げられる。
[Fiber sheet]
In the present invention, the fibrous sheet is not particularly limited as long as it has various properties according to various uses to which the fibrous sheet is applied, and for example, paper made of pulp fibers or the like, hydrophilic fibers and / or hydrophobic. Examples thereof include non-woven fabrics made of sex resin fibers (for example, air-through non-woven fabrics, spunlaced non-woven fabrics, spunbonded non-woven fabrics, point-bonded non-woven fabrics, etc.), woven fabrics, and knitted fabrics.
また、繊維シートを構成する繊維も特に制限されず、例えば、パルプ繊維等のセルロース系繊維、熱可塑性樹脂繊維(例えば、ポリエチレンやポリプロピレン等のオレフィン系樹脂、ポリエチレンテレフタレート等のポリエステル系樹脂など)、上記熱可塑性樹脂繊維に親水化処理を施した親水性繊維などの繊維が挙げられる。これらの繊維は単独で用いても、2種類以上の繊維を併用してもよい。 Further, the fibers constituting the fiber sheet are not particularly limited, and for example, cellulose fibers such as pulp fibers, thermoplastic resin fibers (for example, olefin resins such as polyethylene and polypropylene, polyester resins such as polyethylene terephthalate, etc.), Examples thereof include fibers such as hydrophilic fibers obtained by subjecting the thermoplastic resin fibers to a hydrophilic treatment. These fibers may be used alone or in combination of two or more kinds of fibers.
In the present invention, as the outer shape, various dimensions, basis weight, etc. of the fiber sheet, any outer shape, various dimensions, basis weight, etc. can be adopted according to various uses to which the fiber sheet is applied. Incidentally, (. Except activated carbon) basis weight of the fiber sheet, in terms of by such inconspicuousness of difficulty and black separation of activated carbon, preferably a basis weight in the range 10g / m 2 ~50g / m 2 , basis weight in the range of 15g / m 2 ~25g / m 2 is more preferable. Such basis weight can be measured according to 5.2 of JIS L 1906.
また、繊維シートの製法も特に限定されず、例えば、乾式又は湿式の抄紙法、乾式又は湿式の交絡法、織機又は編機を用いた製法などの公知の製法によって製造することができる。これらの製法の中でも、活性炭を繊維シートの内部まで均等に分散させやすい点などから、湿式抄紙法、湿式交絡法(水流交絡法)が好ましい。なお、これらの製法は、常法に従って実施することができる。 The method for producing the fiber sheet is also not particularly limited, and the fiber sheet can be produced by a known production method such as a dry or wet papermaking method, a dry or wet entanglement method, or a production method using a loom or a knitting machine. Among these manufacturing methods, the wet papermaking method and the wet entanglement method (water flow entanglement method) are preferable because the activated carbon can be easily dispersed evenly inside the fiber sheet. In addition, these manufacturing methods can be carried out according to a conventional method.
[活性炭]
本発明おいて、繊維シートに含まれる活性炭は、臭気を物理的に吸着する消臭剤として機能する複数の粒子状物であり、繊維シート内において略均等に分散して配置される。個々の活性炭粒子は、臭気成分を吸着する多数の細孔を備えた多孔質構造を有し、大きな比表面積を有している。
[Activated carbon]
In the present invention, the activated carbon contained in the fiber sheet is a plurality of particulate matter that functions as a deodorant that physically adsorbs odors, and is arranged substantially evenly dispersed in the fiber sheet. Each activated carbon particle has a porous structure with a large number of pores that adsorb odorous components, and has a large specific surface area.
The raw material of the activated carbon is not particularly limited, and for example, a known raw material such as carbides such as coconut husk, bamboo, and wood (that is, coconut husk charcoal, bamboo charcoal, charcoal, etc.), and coal can be used. Among these raw materials, it is preferable to use carbides having high hardness such as coconut charcoal and bamboo charcoal from the viewpoint of preventing the activated carbon from falling off. When such a high-grade carbide is used, the hardness of the activated carbon exposed on the surface of the fiber sheet is also increased, so that the durability when the surface of the fiber sheet is rubbed (that is, friction durability) is further improved, and the activated carbon is used. Has the advantage of being more difficult to fall off.
Further, the activation method of activated carbon is not particularly limited, and for example, a gas activation method of treating at a high temperature with a gas such as steam or carbon dioxide, a chemical activation method of treating with zinc chloride, phosphoric acid, concentrated sulfuric acid or the like is known. The activation method of can be adopted.
さらに、活性炭の粒子形態も特に限定されず、粉状や粒状、顆粒状等の粒子形状であっても、繊維状の粒子形状であってもよい。 Further, the particle form of the activated carbon is not particularly limited, and may be a powdery, granular, granular or other particle shape, or a fibrous particle shape.
そして、本発明においては、活性炭は、粒径10μm以下の粒子の比率(体積基準)が15%未満であり且つ粒径45μm以上の粒子の比率(体積基準)が57%未満である粒度分布を有する。 In the present invention, the activated carbon has a particle size distribution in which the ratio of particles having a particle size of 10 μm or less (volume standard) is less than 15% and the ratio of particles having a particle size of 45 μm or more (volume standard) is less than 57%. Have.
活性炭の粒度分布は、レーザー回折/散乱式粒度分布測定装置(例えば、堀場製作所社製、LA−920)を用いて、所定の条件下で測定することができる。粒度分布の測定条件は、次のとおりである。
・測定セル :フローセル
・粒子径基準:体積
・分散媒体 :90質量%のエタノール水溶液
・透過率 :70〜90%
・試料濃度 :0.1%
The particle size distribution of activated carbon can be measured under predetermined conditions using a laser diffraction / scattering particle size distribution measuring device (for example, LA-920 manufactured by HORIBA, Ltd.). The measurement conditions for the particle size distribution are as follows.
-Measurement cell: Flow cell-Particle size standard: Volume-Dispersion medium: 90% by mass ethanol aqueous solution-Transmittance: 70-90%
-Sample concentration: 0.1%
本発明において、活性炭の粒度分布は、上述の粒径10μm以下の粒子の比率が15%未満であり且つ粒径45μm以上の粒子の比率が57%未満であることに加えて、粒径20μm以下の粒子の比率が53%未満であることが好ましい。粒径20μm以下の小粒径の活性炭の比率が少ないと、繊維シート内の活性炭による黒色をより目立ちにくくすることができる。 In the present invention, the particle size distribution of activated carbon is such that the ratio of particles having a particle size of 10 μm or less is less than 15% and the ratio of particles having a particle size of 45 μm or more is less than 57%, and the particle size is 20 μm or less. The proportion of particles in the above is preferably less than 53%. When the ratio of the activated carbon having a small particle size of 20 μm or less is small, the black color due to the activated carbon in the fiber sheet can be made less noticeable.
なお、活性炭の粒径(平均粒径)は、上記特定の粒度分布を有する限り特に制限されないが、例えば、20μm〜35μmの粒径である。 The particle size (average particle size) of the activated carbon is not particularly limited as long as it has the above-mentioned specific particle size distribution, but is, for example, a particle size of 20 μm to 35 μm.
The activated carbon preferably has a pore volume of 0.5 mL / g or more and 1.5 mL / g or less, and an average pore diameter of 1.5 nm or more and 4.0 nm or less. When the activated carbon is particles having such a specific pore volume and average pore diameter and having a large total adsorption amount (that is, high deodorizing performance), it is predetermined even if the content of the activated carbon in the fiber sheet is reduced. Can fully demonstrate the deodorizing performance of. As a result, the fiber sheet containing such activated carbon can make the black color due to the activated carbon less noticeable while ensuring the predetermined deodorizing performance by reducing the content of the activated carbon as much as possible.
なお、細孔容積及び平均細孔直径は、一般に行なわれる水銀圧入法による細孔分布測定及び窒素ガス吸着によるBET多点法により、常法に従って測定することができる。 The pore volume and the average pore diameter can be measured according to a conventional method by the pore distribution measurement by the mercury intrusion method and the BET multipoint method by nitrogen gas adsorption, which are generally performed.
Further, in the present invention, the content of activated charcoal contained in the fiber sheet is 2.0% by mass or more and 8.0% by mass or less, preferably 4.0% by mass or more and 8. It is 0% by mass or less, more preferably 4.0% by mass or more and 6.0% by mass or less.
The fiber sheet of the present invention contains activated carbon having the above-mentioned specific particle size distribution at a specific content of 2.0% by mass or more and 8.0% by mass or less, thereby suppressing the activated carbon from falling off from the fiber sheet. , The black color due to activated carbon can be made less noticeable.
本発明の繊維シートは、上述の説明や後述する実施例等に制限されることなく、本発明の目的、趣旨を逸脱しない範囲内において適宜組み合わせや代替、変更等が可能である。 The fiber sheet of the present invention is not limited to the above description and the examples described later, and can be appropriately combined, substituted, modified, etc. within a range that does not deviate from the object and purpose of the present invention.
以下、実施例及び比較例を例示して本発明を更に具体的に説明するが、本発明はこれら実施例のみに限定されるものではない。 Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail by exemplifying Examples and Comparative Examples, but the present invention is not limited to these Examples.
(1) Production of Fiber Sheet The contents of four types of activated carbons A to D having different particle sizes shown in Table 1 and FIG. 1 below are shown in Table 2 below (that is, 4.0% by mass to 12.0% by mass). ), 2% by mass of coniferous kraft pulp (beating degree 650 mL), dry paper strength enhancer (Arakawa Chemical Industry Co., Ltd., Polystron 705), and wet paper strength agent (Seiko PMC Corporation, WS4024). ) 2.5% by mass and 1% by mass of a fixing agent (Kartaletin manufactured by Clariant Japan Co., Ltd.) were mixed and stirred well to obtain a raw material for papermaking.
Further, using the obtained raw material for papermaking, paper is made by a large square sheet machine (400 mm square) (manufactured by Kumagai Riki Kogyo Co., Ltd.), and then a rotary dryer at 120 ° C. (Kumaya Riki Kogyo Co., Ltd.) The fiber sheets of Examples 1 to 5 and Comparative Examples 1 to 4 were produced by performing a drying treatment through a speed of 1 m / min manufactured by Co., Ltd.
(2) Evaluation of fiber sheet For each of the produced fiber sheets of Examples 1 to 5 and Comparative Examples 1 to 4, the brightness (L value) of the fiber sheet and the brightness (L value) after the friction fastness test were measured. By doing so, the black color of the activated carbon of each fiber sheet was inconspicuous and the shedding property of the activated carbon was evaluated. The results of these evaluations are shown in Table 2 below.
The methods for measuring the brightness (L value) of the fiber sheet and the brightness (L value) after the friction fastness test are as follows.
<明度(L値)の測定方法>
繊維シートの明度(L値)は、市販の色差計(コニカミノルタ株式会社製、色彩色差計CR−300)を用いて、白色校正板(コニカミノルタ株式会社製、CR−A43(L値96.7))の上で測定する。
なお、測定された明度(L値)が大きいほど、繊維シートが明るく見えることになり、活性炭の黒色が目立ちにくいものとなっている。
<Measurement method of brightness (L value)>
The brightness (L value) of the fiber sheet was determined by using a commercially available color difference meter (Konica Minolta Co., Ltd., color difference meter CR-300) and a white calibration plate (Konica Minolta Co., Ltd., CR-A43 (L value 96.). 7)) Measure on.
The larger the measured brightness (L value), the brighter the fiber sheet looks, and the less noticeable the black color of the activated carbon is.
<Brightness (L value) after friction fastness test>
The brightness (L value) after the friction fastness test is determined by rubbing the surface of the fiber sheet with a friction element with a film attached to the tip using a commercially available friction fastness measuring instrument (manufactured by Tester Sangyo Co., Ltd., AB301). When the number of reciprocations of the friction element is 20, the brightness of the film attached to the tip of the friction element is measured according to the above <Brightness (L value) measuring method>.
The test conditions by the friction fastness measuring instrument are as follows.
-Test load: 200 gf
・ Friction: 20 x 20 mm, R45 mm
・ Stroke: 120mm
・ Round trip speed: 30 cpm
When the activated carbon has fallen off from the fiber sheet by rubbing with a friction element, the dropped activated carbon moves to the film side attached to the tip of the friction element, and the brightness (L value) of the film becomes small (that is,). The film becomes black due to the adhesion of activated carbon). Therefore, the larger the brightness (L value) of the film after the friction fastness test, the more difficult it is for the activated carbon to fall off.
Then, in the drop-off property evaluation column of Table 2 below, those having a brightness (L value) of 80 or more when the number of reciprocations of the friction element is 20 times are marked as acceptable, and those less than 80 are rejected. It is marked with a cross as a pass.
As shown in Table 2, the fiber sheets of Examples 1 to 5 containing activated carbon having a specific particle size distribution of the present invention at a specific content rate all have a large lightness (L value), and the black color due to the activated carbon is conspicuous. In addition to being difficult, the activated carbon is also difficult to fall off from the fiber sheet even after the friction fastness test (after 20 round trips of the friction element). That is, the fiber sheets of Examples 1 to 5 are fiber sheets having both excellent deodorizing performance and a feeling of cleanliness due to activated carbon.
On the other hand, as shown in Table 2, the fiber sheets of Comparative Examples 1 to 4 in which the particle size distribution and the content of the activated carbon are not within the specific range of the present invention have low brightness (L value), and the black color of the activated carbon becomes conspicuous. In addition, activated carbon is easy to fall off. That is, the fiber sheets of Comparative Examples 1 to 4 are not fiber sheets having both excellent deodorizing performance and cleanliness due to activated carbon.
