前記(B)オレフィン系エラストマーが、エチレンと炭素原子数3~8のα-オレフィンとの共重合体からなり、
前記(C)ガラス繊維が、表面処理剤及び/又は結束剤を有し、
前記(C)ガラス繊維は、非円形断面を有し、断面の最も長い径(長径)の平均長さが3~120μm、最も短い径(短径)の平均長さが0.3~20μmの範囲にあり、長径と短径の比は1.2~10の範囲にあることを特徴とするガラス繊維強化ポリアミド樹脂組成物。
[2] 前記(B)オレフィン系エラストマーが下記要件(1)~(3)を満たす酸変性ポリオレフィンである[1]に記載のガラス繊維強化ポリアミド樹脂組成物。
(1)エチレン起因骨格単位10~95モル%と炭素原子数3~8のα-オレフィン起因骨格単位3~40モル%とを含むエラストマーのマレイン酸又はその無水物による変性体を含む。
(2)変性度が0.1~2.0質量%である。
(3)ASTM D1505で測定される密度が860~900kg/m3である。
[3] 前記(C)ガラス繊維が有する表面処理剤及び/又は結束剤は、ポリウレタン樹脂、ポリカルボジイミド化合物、アクリル酸のホモポリマー、該ホモポリマーと第1級、第2級又は第3級アミンとの塩、アクリル酸と該アクリル酸を除く共重合性モノマーとのコポリマー、該コポリマーと第1級、第2級又は第3級アミンとの塩、エポキシ樹脂、及び、カルボン酸無水物含有不飽和ビニル単量体と該カルボン酸無水物含有不飽和ビニル単量体を除く不飽和ビニル単量体との共重合体からなる群より選ばれる1種以上である、[1]又は[2]に記載のガラス繊維強化ポリアミド樹脂組成物。
[4] 前記(C)ガラス繊維が有する表面処理剤及び/又は結束剤が、カルボン酸無水物含有不飽和ビニル単量体と、該カルボン酸無水物含有不飽和ビニル単量体を除く不飽和ビニル単量体と、の共重合体を含む、[1]~[3]のいずれかに記載のガラス繊維強化ポリアミド樹脂組成物。
[5] 前記(A)ポリアミド樹脂及び(B)オレフィン系エラストマーの合計に対し、(A)ポリアミド樹脂を50~99質量%、前記(B)オレフィン系エラストマーを1~50質量%含み、(A)ポリアミド樹脂及び(B)オレフィン系エラストマーの合計100質量部に対し、前記(C)ガラス繊維を1~200質量部含む、
[1]~[4]のいずれかに記載のガラス繊維強化ポリアミド樹脂組成物。
