Description

The present invention relates to a lid of a microwave oven heating container, and more particularly to a container capable of exhausting water vapor from the lid and covering the exhaust portion.

When cooking cooked foods at retail stores such as convenience stores, or when cooking foods after taking them home, the container for packaging these foods consists of a combination of a container body and a lid. In particular, since it is a single-use container that is used only once for display, sale, etc., it has a structure that is as simple as possible. Therefore, at present, molded products of synthetic resin sheets are the mainstream of containers.

Microwave ovens (microwave irradiation) are usually used for cooking and reheating food. Therefore, the food container is placed in a microwave oven and heated as it is before being provided. Focusing on the foods that are actually sold, there are foods with a high water content such as soups and foods with a low water content per weight such as stir-fried foods, and the types of foods are quite diverse. The problem here is that when the food is cooked in a microwave oven, steam is generated from the food in the container.

If the fitting between the container body and the lid is loosened, the water vapor generated inside can be easily exhausted. However, if the lid is loosely fitted, there is a concern that foreign matter may be mixed in due to problems such as the lid being easily removed in the intermediate stage of manufacturing, shipping, and display. For this reason, the reputation of food buyers is not good. Therefore, a lid having a hole for exhausting the internally generated water vapor to the outside of the container has been proposed (see Patent Documents 1, 2, etc.). According to the lid of the container represented by Patent Documents 1 and 2, a tongue piece-shaped opening formed by a U-shaped or V-shaped notch is formed in the lid. Water vapor passes through this tongue-shaped opening and is released to the outside of the container.

The exhaust efficiency of the tongue piece-shaped opening due to the U-shaped or V-shaped notch is good. However, the good exhaust of water vapor also increases the risk of foreign matter entering through the tongue-shaped opening. Therefore, in this case, a sealing tape that closes the tongue piece-shaped opening may be attached. Further, a covering film member that protects the tongue piece-shaped opening is also separately covered (see Patent Document 3 and the like). According to the structure of Patent Document 3, the protection of the opening is improved. However, since the tongue piece due to the notch is used, there still remains the problem that the tongue piece breaks and falls into the container, and itself becomes a foreign substance mixed.

Therefore, there is a demand for a new structure that enables efficient exhaust of water vapor and that also enhances the protection of a new water vapor exhaust portion that replaces the tongue-shaped opening due to the conventional notch.

It is an overall vertical cross-sectional view of the separated state of the lid body and the container body of the microwave oven heating container which concerns on embodiment of this invention. It is an overall plan view of the lid body of FIG. It is a partially enlarged plan view of the recess of 1st Embodiment. It is a partially enlarged end view of the recess of FIG. It is a partially enlarged plan view of the recess of the 2nd Embodiment. FIG. 5 is a partially enlarged end view of the recess in FIG. It is a top view of another embodiment of a covering seal.

As shown in the overall vertical sectional view of the separated state of FIG. 1, in the illustrated microwave oven heating container 1, the container body 100 is combined with the lid 10 of the microwave oven heating container 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention and adhered to the container body 100. To. Food C is housed in the container interior 103 of the container body 100, and is heated or heated (cooked) by microwave irradiation of a microwave oven with the lid 10 covered.

Microwave oven heating container 1 (combination of container body 100 and lid 10) is mainly sold at convenience stores, supermarkets, department stores, restaurants, side dish specialty stores (delicatessen), coffee shops, service areas, and other stores. It is also used for packaging lunches, prepared foods, noodle dishes, soup dishes, and foods including various beverages such as coffee, cocoa, tea, green tea, and herbal tea, and is a container that is supposed to be cooked in a microwave oven. is there. The microwave oven heating container 1 is a single-use container (disposable container) for one-time use, which is mainly called one-way or disposable. By using a single-use container, it is convenient for food hygiene management.

Since it is used as a single-use container, the lid 10 is formed of a synthetic resin sheet (plastic resin sheet) that can be mass-produced easily and inexpensively. Specifically, the lid 10 is a sheet of a thermoplastic resin (synthetic resin sheet) such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, polyethylene terephthalate (PET resin), and a sheet of a biodegradable thermoplastic resin such as polylactic acid. Is. Although the thickness of the synthetic resin sheet is appropriate, it is about 1 mm or less, and usually 200 to 700 μm. Then, the synthetic resin sheet is formed by vacuum forming. When a synthetic resin sheet is used as a raw material, vacuum forming is convenient and optimal in consideration of mass productivity at the time of molding, processing accuracy, and the like. Further, as will be described later, processing by laser beam irradiation is also considered.

In the combination of the container body 100 and the lid 10, the raw material resin of the synthetic resin sheet may be the same type or different types. In particular, since the microwave oven heating container 1 is compatible with heating by a microwave oven, the container body 100 side may be made of expanded polystyrene or paper in consideration of heat conduction. The type of resin to be used is appropriately selected according to the intended use, contents, and packaging target.

The container body 100 is composed of an opening 101, a body portion 104, and a bottom portion 105 from above, and is a bowl-shaped or bowl-shaped container having an internal capacity sufficiently corresponding to the amount of food. In the opening 101 of the container body 100, an outer edge flange portion 107, an opening peripheral wall portion 106, and a fitting recess 109 are formed at the lower ends thereof. The U-shaped peripheral wall portion 15 in a cross-sectional view of the lid 10 is formed of the lid close contact wall portion 16, the peripheral groove bottom portion 17, and the inner side wall portion 18, and the fitting convex portion 19 is formed on the lid close contact wall portion 16. To. A lid flange portion 14 is formed on the outer edge of the peripheral wall portion 15. The cross-sectional shapes of the container body 100 and the lid 10 are appropriate, and in the illustrated embodiment, the mutual openings are circular (see FIG. 2). It is also possible to have a cross-sectional shape such as a polygon or an ellipse.

The lid 10 to be attached to the illustrated container body 100 has a form of fitting called internal fitting, and the periphery of the lid 10 fits inside the opening 101 of the container body 100. Around the lid 10, a U-shaped peripheral wall portion 15 in a cross-sectional view is provided for internal fitting with the opening 101 of the container body 100. The peripheral wall portion 15 of the lid body 10 is received inside the opening 101 of the container body 100 and can be fitted. Although not shown, the lid contact wall portion 16 is brought into close contact with the opening peripheral wall portion 106 at the time of fitting, so that the container body 100 and the lid body 10 are in close contact with each other. In addition, the fitting convex portion 19 of the lid body 10 and the fitting concave portion 109 of the container body 100 are in close contact with each other. Therefore, the lid 10 is difficult to be easily detached from the container body 100. In addition to the inner fitting shown in the figure, the fitting form may be, for example, an outer fitting form in which the edge of the lid covers the opening of the container body from the outside.

As can be understood from the plan view of the lid body of FIG. 2 in addition to the vertical sectional view of FIG. 1, a lid surface portion 11 is formed on the lid body 10 and is lowered from the lid surface portion 11 via the boundary portion 25. A recess 20 is provided. A ventilation portion 40 is formed in the recess 20. The ventilation unit 40 discharges the steam generated in the microwave oven heating container 1 when the microwave oven heating container 1 is heated by the microwave oven to the outside of the container. Further, a covering seal 50 is attached to the lid surface portion 11 of the lid body 10, and the entire upper portion of the recess 20 is covered by the covering seal 50. Therefore, the sealing property of the recess 20 is high, and the recess 20 and the ventilation portion 40 inside the recess 20 are protected from foreign matter from the outside.

The lid surface portion 11 is provided with an easily peelable portion 30A (first embodiment) connected to the boundary portion 25 of the recess 20. An uneven portion 31a is formed on the easily peelable portion 30A. Then, a part of the boundary portion 25 around the recess 20 and the easily peelable portion 30A (concavo-convex portion 31a) is covered with the coating seal 50. In the figure, it is about half the amount of the easily peelable portion 30A. That is, the easily peelable portion 30A is not completely covered by the coating seal 50, and a part of the easily peeling portion 30A is exposed. The easily peelable portion 30A (the same applies to 30B described later) has a rectangular shape, preferably having a short side (width) of 10 to 20 mm and a long side of 20 to 50 mm. If the short side of the easily peelable portion is too short, it may be difficult to adjust the attachment position of the covering seal, which may hinder workability. On the contrary, when the length of the short side exceeds 20 mm, it is an excessive length exceeding the performance. In addition to the illustrated form, the coating seal 50 may be attached to cover the entire easily peelable portion 30A (30B described later) (not shown).

As a result, when the microwave oven heating container 1 is heated in the microwave oven, the pressure of the steam generated in the container causes a portion to be peeled off from the coating seal 50 located in the easy peeling portion 30A. Therefore, a communication portion 35 leading from the recess 20 to the outside of the container is formed in the peeled portion (see FIG. 4 described later). Therefore, the steam in the microwave oven heating container 1 is discharged to the outside of the container via the communication portion 35.

In the illustrated lid 10, the ventilation portion 40 is an elongated hole 41 having a narrow width (see FIG. 3). Further, the lid surface portion 11 of the illustrated example is provided with handle portions 61, 61 which are raised above the lid surface portion 11 on the outer peripheral side thereof. The microwave oven heating container 1 is easily held by the handles 61 and 61.

The structure of the recess 20 and its surroundings will be described with reference to the partially enlarged plan view of FIG. The boundary portion 25 is a portion where the shape is switched from the flat lid surface portion 11 of the lid body 10 to the recess of the recess 20 (see FIG. 1). The recess 20 of the illustrated embodiment is formed from a recess wall portion 21 and a recess bottom portion 22 that surround the periphery in an inclined manner. A ventilation portion 40 is formed at the bottom portion 22 of the recess. The shape of the ventilation portion 40 is appropriate as long as it has a structure other than the tongue piece-like structure mentioned in the background art. In the present embodiment, there are a plurality of narrow slit-shaped elongated holes 41. In addition, the structure of the ventilation portion 40 may be a plurality of circles (not shown).

As a method of forming the ventilation portion 40 (long hole 41), a laser beam is applied to the recess 20 (recess bottom portion 22) of the lid 10. Therefore, a narrow slit-shaped elongated hole 41 is formed in the recess 20. When forming the ventilation portion 40 (long hole 41), for example, in the case of a physical processing method such as a needle stick, a drill, or a cutter, in addition to requiring a large amount of time, sufficient processing accuracy cannot be obtained. Be done. In addition, the problem of fine powder generation cannot be eliminated when forming holes, and it is necessary to take time and effort for subsequent cleaning. Therefore, irradiation with a laser beam is preferably used because the ventilation portion 40 (long hole 41) can be easily and quickly formed in the recess 20. In particular, laser beam irradiation is preferable because the processing accuracy is good and the processing time is shortened when a plurality of elongated holes 41 are formed in the recesses 20.

The laser beam is not particularly limited as long as it can obtain processing output, processing accuracy, etc., and various lasers such as carbon dioxide gas laser, YAG laser, semiconductor laser, and argon laser and their irradiation devices are used. As described above, when the material of the lid is made of a synthetic resin sheet, the ventilation portion (long hole) is easily and quickly drilled by irradiation with a laser beam. Especially excellent in mass productivity.

The width of each elongated hole 41 of the ventilation portion 40 (the length on the short side when regarded as a rectangular shape) is 0.15 to 1 mm. A more preferable width of the elongated hole 41 is 0.3 to 0.5 mm. The lower limit of the width of the elongated hole 41 is to obtain a sufficient opening amount for exhausting steam generated during heating in a microwave oven. The lower limit of the width of 0.15 mm is a value in consideration of the current processing technology. When the width of the elongated hole 41 is less than 0.15 mm, it is considered that the elongated hole becomes too narrow and the exhaust efficiency of water vapor from the elongated hole 41 decreases. As a result, the lid 10 fitted to the container body 100 is likely to come off due to the internal pressure. It is also considered to be the lower limit of the accuracy of the laser beam irradiation device.

In addition, when the lid 10 (recess 20) formed of the synthetic resin sheet is irradiated with a laser beam, the resin sheet is melted and holes are opened at the irradiated portion. However, if the setting range is too narrow, the resins melted by the heat of laser beam irradiation may be bonded to each other when they are cooled and solidified. Then, a desired appropriate elongated hole is not formed in the irradiation site, and sufficient steam exhaust is impaired. Therefore, the lower limit of the width is set to 0.15 mm, preferably 0.3 mm for the convenience of preventing inadvertent rejoining.

The upper limit of the width of the elongated hole 41 is set to a size for effectively suppressing foreign matter from entering the inside of the microwave oven heating container 1. For example, in the case of minute insects that are generally recognized as foreign substances, invasion is blocked when the width is narrower than 1 mm. Further, when the width is smaller than 0.5 mm, the effect of preventing intrusion into the container is greatly enhanced. Therefore, the upper limit of the width is set to 1 mm, and the more preferable upper limit of the width is set to 0.5 mm. Therefore, the width of the elongated hole 41 is defined in the above range.

The length of the elongated hole 41 (the length on the long side when the exhaust elongated hole is regarded as a rectangular shape) is not particularly limited, but is generally 2 mm to 15 mm. If it seems to be extremely short, the opening area of the elongated hole 41 itself cannot be obtained, which hinders the desired steam exhaust. Further, if it becomes longer than 15 mm, the amount of the elongated holes 41 to be formed increases and the structural strength of the recess 20 and the recess bottom 22 tends to decrease, which is not preferable. Therefore, the length of the elongated hole 41 is defined in the above range.

When the food content of the microwave oven heating container 1 is heated by the microwave oven, the ventilation portion 40 (long hole 41) starts from the food C (see FIG. 1) contained in the container body 100 (inside the container 103). This is a part for exhausting the generated water vapor to the outside of the container. As described above, in the structure of the inner fitting of the combination of the container body 100 and the lid 10 in the container, the mutual fitting and close contact at the opening 101 are strong. Therefore, the water vapor generated inside hardly escapes from the opening 101 to the outside, and if there is no portion for exhausting any water vapor, the lid 10 may be inadvertently removed when the microwave oven is heated. Therefore, by providing the ventilation portion 40 on the lid 10 side, the water vapor generated inside can be efficiently exhausted.

In order to form the uneven portion 31a in the easily peelable portion 30A of the first embodiment of FIG. 3, a mesh-like structure portion 32 is adopted for the uneven portion 31a. The illustrated mesh-like structure portion 32 has an oblique lattice pattern. In the uneven portion 31a of the easily peelable portion 30A of the first embodiment, most of the square portions 33 project below the lid surface portion 11 except for the grid-patterned line portion 34 of the uneven portion 31a (see FIG. 4). Therefore, the covering seal 50 is brought into close contact only with the line portion 34 of the lattice of the uneven portion 31a, the contact area is reduced, and the strength of contact is adjusted. Therefore, the coating seal 50 is easily peeled off from the uneven portion 31a of the easy peeling portion 30A.

Further, a flat portion 26 is arranged between the boundary portion 25 and the easily peelable portion 30A (concavo-convex portion 31a). Since the flat portion 26 is arranged around the boundary portion 25, the periphery of the boundary portion 25 is brought into close contact with the covering seal 50, and the sealing property of the recess 20 is further enhanced. In this way, the peeling can be stopped at the flat portion 26 even when the coating seal 50 is peeled off at the easily peeling portion 30A (concavo-convex portion 31a) side other than when heating in the microwave oven.

When the distance from the boundary portion 25 to the easily peelable portion 30A (concavo-convex portion 31a) across the flat portion 26 is constant, it becomes difficult to form a path for water vapor generated inside the container. Alternatively, water vapor may be ejected from an irregular place. Therefore, it is necessary to constantly induce water vapor to the easily peeling portion 30A. Based on this point, the guide groove portion 27 is formed from the boundary portion 25 to the recess 20. In the illustrated example, the guide groove portion 27 is formed in the recessed wall portion 21 as a V-shaped notch in a cross-sectional view, and the groove end portion 28 of the guide groove portion 27 extends beyond the boundary portion 25 and bites into the flat portion 26. Is. Therefore, a narrow portion 29 having a width narrower than that of other portions is formed on the flat portion 26.

As can be seen from FIG. 3, the recess 20 is directly below the coating seal 50, including the boundary portion 25, and is completely protected by sticking the coating seal 50. Further, since the mesh-like structure portion 32 of the uneven portion 31a is also adopted for the easily peelable portion 30A near the boundary portion 25 covered by the coating seal 50, the ease of peeling is ensured. At the same time, since the uneven portion 31a of the easily peelable portion 30A has a complicated structure, it is possible to prevent foreign matter from entering from the portion where the coating seal 50 is not attached.

FIG. 4 is a partially enlarged end view of the recess 20 including the easily peelable portion 30A. The state of steam exhaust will be described with reference to the figure. The water vapor generated inside the container during microwave heating does not leak from the opening 101 of the container body 100 and fills the inside 103 of the container. When the water vapor exceeds a predetermined pressure, the water vapor Vp is ejected from the elongated hole 41 of the ventilation portion 40 and reaches the recess 20 and the recess space 24 covered by the covering seal 50 immediately above the recess 20. The pressure of water vapor Vp in the recessed space 24 is uniform. In particular, as shown in the drawing, since the guide groove portion 27 is formed at the boundary portion 25, the water vapor Vp travels through the guide groove portion 27, crosses the boundary portion 25, and reaches the flat portion 26. Further, the water vapor Vp is concentrated in the narrow portion 29 of the flat portion 26. Due to the structure of the narrow portion 29 of the flat portion 26, the steam Vp peels off the sticking of the coating seal 50 directly above the narrow portion 29 and the easily peelable portion 30A by a shorter time and a lower steam pressure.

In this way, a communication portion 35 leading from the recess 20 (recess space portion 24) to the outside of the microwave oven heating container 1 is formed between the easily peelable portion 30A and the coating seal 50. As for the easily peelable portion 30A, the coating seal 50 can be easily peeled off due to the structure of the uneven portion 31a, so that the easy peeling portion 30A can be easily peeled off by the pressure of the water vapor Vp that has penetrated into the easy peeling portion 30A. Therefore, as shown in the figure, a communication portion 35 that serves as a path for water vapor is generated during heating in the microwave oven, and the water vapor generated inside the container is stably exhausted to the outside of the container. Excessive expansion of the container body 100 and the lid 10 is prevented, and careless release of the lid is eliminated.

Subsequently, the easily peelable portion 30B of the second embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 5 and 6. In order to form the uneven portion 31b also in the easily peelable portion 30B of the second embodiment, the mesh-like structure portion 32 is adopted for the uneven portion 31b. The illustrated mesh-like structure portion 32 has an oblique lattice pattern. In the uneven portion 31b of the easily peelable portion 30B of the second embodiment, most of the line portions 34 protrude upward from the lid surface portion 11 except for the grid-patterned square portion 33 of the uneven portion 31b (see FIG. 6). Therefore, the covering seal 50 is in close contact with the line portion 34 of the lattice of the uneven portion 31b. Therefore, the coating seal 50 is easily peeled off from the uneven portion 31b of the easily peelable portion 30B. Comparing the uneven portion 31a of the first embodiment and the uneven portion 31b of the second embodiment, the uneven portion 31b is in a state where the height of the line portion 34 is raised from the lid surface portion 11, which makes it easier to lift. .. The selection of either form depends on the design of the lid surface, the amount of water vapor emitted, and the like.

Also in the second embodiment, the flat portion 26 is arranged between the boundary portion 25 and the easily peelable portion 30A (concavo-convex portion 31a), and the guide groove portion 27 is formed from the boundary portion 25 to the recess 20. Then, a narrow portion 29 having a width narrower than that of the other portions is formed on the flat portion 26. The action and effect of passing water vapor in each of these parts are the same as those in the first embodiment described above. Further, as can be understood from FIG. 5, the recess 20 is directly below the covering seal 50 including the boundary portion 25, and is completely protected by sticking the covering seal 50. Further, since the mesh-like structure portion 32 of the uneven portion 31b is also adopted for the easily peelable portion 30B near the boundary portion 25 covered by the coating seal 50, the ease of peeling is ensured. At the same time, since the uneven portion 31b of the easily peelable portion 30B has a complicated structure, it is possible to prevent foreign matter from entering from the portion where the coating seal 50 is not attached.

FIG. 6 is a partially enlarged end view of the recess 20 including the easily peelable portion 30B. The steam Vp generated inside the container when heated in the microwave oven is ejected from the elongated hole 41 of the ventilation portion 40 and reaches the recess 20 and the recess space 24 covered by the covering seal 50 immediately above the recess 20. The water vapor Vp travels through the guide groove portion 27, crosses the boundary portion 25, and reaches the flat portion 26. Further, the water vapor Vp is concentrated in the narrow portion 29 of the flat portion 26. Due to the structure of the narrow portion 29 of the flat portion 26, the steam Vp peels off the sticking of the coating seal 50 directly above the narrow portion 29 and the easily peelable portion 30B by a shorter time and a lower steam pressure.

In this way, a communication portion 35 leading from the recess 20 (recess space portion 24) to the outside of the microwave oven heating container 1 is formed between the easily peelable portion 30B and the coating seal 50. As for the easily peelable portion 30B, the coating seal 50 can be easily peeled off due to the structure of the uneven portion 31b, so that it can be easily peeled off by the pressure of the water vapor Vp that has penetrated into the easily peelable portion 30B. Therefore, as shown in the figure, a path of water vapor is generated during heating in the microwave oven, and the water vapor generated inside the container is stably exhausted to the outside of the container. Excessive expansion of the container body 100 and the lid 10 is prevented, and careless release of the lid is eliminated.

Further, as can be grasped from the structure of the recess 20 in the lid surface portion 11 disclosed in FIGS. 3 to 6, when the water vapor ejected from the elongated hole 41 of the ventilation portion 40 is liquefied into water droplets, the water droplets are concave. It collects in place 20. Since the recessed space 24 is closed by the covering seal 50, water droplets leak out and do not spread to the lid surface 11. In addition, since the directly above the uneven portions 31a and 31b of the easily peelable portions 30A and 30B are covered with the adhesive surface of the coating seal 50, foreign matter is foreign matter from the portion not covered by the coating seal 50 of the easily peeling portions 30A and 30B. Even if it tries to infiltrate, it is easily caught by the adhesive surface of the coating seal 50.

The following plan view of FIG. 7 is another embodiment of the covering seal. A display portion 51 is attached to the covering seal 50. The figure shows a barcode 52 indicating a product as a display unit 51 and a product name 53. Of course, in addition to this, the name of the raw material, the name of the seller, etc. can be attached as a display unit. By forming the display portion 51 on the covering seal 50, the ventilation portion 40 and the like in the recess 20 directly below the covering seal 50 are hidden and the appearance is improved. In addition, it is possible to omit a separate sticker for displaying the product name or the like on the lid surface. Therefore, the amount of the lid surface portion hidden by the seal or the like is reduced, the serving of food in the container is easily confirmed, and the appeal to the purchaser is enhanced.
