Claims (6)
- 表面からマイクロ流路が凹設された基体と、
前記基体の表面側に積層し、前記マイクロ流路を覆うカバープレートと、
積層された前記基体と前記カバープレートとを非接合状態で一体化する加圧部材とを備えたマイクロ流路デバイスであって、
前記カバープレートを、硬質樹脂若しくは硬質ガラスで形成するとともに、
前記基体を、シリコーン系エラストマーで形成し、
前記基体の表面上で、前記マイクロ流路の周縁をその周囲から対向する前記カバープレートに向かって突出させたことを特徴とするマイクロ流路デバイス。 - 前記マイクロ流路の周縁の周囲の前記基体の表面は、傾斜面であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマイクロ流路デバイス。
- 前記カバープレートの接触角は、前記基体の接触角より小さいことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2のいずれか1項に記載のマイクロ流路デバイス。
- 前記カバープレートを、硬質ガラスで形成することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2のいずれか1項に記載のマイクロ流路デバイス。
- 前記マイクロ流路に注入孔が連通する前記基体を、金型を用いて成形することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のマイクロ流路デバイス。
- 前記加圧部材は、断面がコの字状のフックの間に、前記マイクロ流路の周縁を圧縮させた前記基体と前記カバープレートを挟装する金属バネ材であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項に記載のに記載のマイクロ流路デバイス。
