Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a monitoring control device that monitors and controls the state of each facility using an image display device in a plant or the like in which a plurality of facilities are arranged.
A plurality of electric facilities (including electric devices) are arranged in a plant (power generation plant, water treatment plant, chemical plant, etc.), and each electric facility is provided with a monitoring control device including a display capable of displaying an image. Monitoring and control are performed. For example, Patent Document 1 below discloses a monitoring control system that searches past history by selecting an element to be monitored on a screen. This monitoring control system builds a tree-structured database with various alarms and various events estimated to occur from the equipment to be monitored as elements, and sets each alarm and various events generated from each equipment at the time when they occur. It is associated with information and stored in the history storage unit in a time-series list format. At the time of search, this monitoring and control system graphically displays the contents of the database (tree structure of elements) on the screen, receives the operator's selection for each element on the screen, and displays the list corresponding to the selected element. Extract from the history storage unit. By presenting the tree structure in an easy-to-understand manner, the operator's search work becomes easy.
However, in the technique disclosed in Patent Document 1, since the element presented in the tree structure is a display of a character string, the operator must identify the character string, and a similar character string can be erroneously selected. There is sex. Normally, devices of the same type are marked with the same characters (device name, etc.) even if they are placed in different places, and different devices are described as "first", "second", "second", "second", etc. in the device name, etc. Since they are distinguished by adding short markings such as "No. 1" and "No. 2", there is a possibility that a device different from the intended device may be selected. In particular, when the device name is relatively long, the possibility of erroneous selection increases.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a monitoring control device capable of suppressing erroneous selection of a search target and easily selecting a search target when searching the accumulated operation history of the system.
The monitoring control device according to the present invention monitors and controls a system including a plurality of devices by displaying a monitoring image in which symbols which are images representing information about each of the plurality of devices are arranged on a background image. A monitoring control device that displays a search screen that includes the same search image as the monitoring image, in addition to the monitoring image, and a user from among a plurality of symbols placed on the search image. The past of a plurality of devices using the selection unit that selects the symbol specified by the selection unit, the specific unit that specifies the search keyword corresponding to the symbol selected by the selection unit, and the search keyword specified by the specific unit. The symbol includes a search processing unit that searches a set of information including a message indicating the state of the above and a search result display unit that displays the search result by the search processing unit, and the symbol is a symbol representing the corresponding device itself or , A symbol representing the state to be monitored of the device.
As a result, the same image (search image) as the monitoring image displayed on the screen used for normal system operation is displayed on the search screen, and the search target is displayed on that image (search image). Since the selection is made, the administrator or the like can easily identify the device and can suppress erroneous selection of the search target.
Preferably, the search result display unit displays a badge, which is an image indicating the number of hits by the search processing unit for the symbol, in the vicinity of the selected symbol on the search image. As a result, the number of hits can be easily grasped for each device to be searched.
More preferably, the search result display unit displays a list of search results corresponding to the badge in response to the designation of the badge by the user. As a result, the history of the device to be searched can be easily confirmed.
More preferably, the search screen display unit changes and displays the symbol before the designation in response to the designation of the symbol from the plurality of symbols arranged on the search image. This makes it possible to easily confirm the device selected as the search target.
Preferably, the selection unit deselects the designated symbol in response to the designation of the symbol in the selected state among the plurality of symbols. As a result, the device once selected as the search target can be easily excluded from the search target.
According to the present invention, the same image (search image) as the monitoring image displayed on the screen used for normal system operation is displayed on the search screen, and the image (search image) is displayed. Since the search target is selected, the administrator or the like can easily identify the device and can suppress erroneous selection of the search target. Further, if a symbol is selected, the search keyword is automatically specified, so that the search can be easily executed without the trouble of inputting the search keyword with a keyboard or the like.
In the following embodiments, the same parts are given the same reference numbers. Their names and functions are also the same. Therefore, detailed explanations about them will not be repeated.
With reference to FIG. 1, the
The monitoring and
[Hardware configuration of monitoring control device]
An example of the hardware configuration of the
The
The
制御部112は、CPU(Central Processing Unit)を含み、各部を制御する。
The
[Functional configuration of monitoring control device]
The function of the
The search
Here, the search image is the same image as the monitoring image that constitutes the operation screen used for monitoring the state of each device in the
The
As described above, the symbol is not limited to the symbol representing the device itself, but also includes a symbol representing a state (malfunction, abnormality, etc.) to be monitored by the device. For example, if the
The data format of the background image and the symbol image is arbitrary. It may be bitmap data (raster data) or vector data.
If the background image and the symbol image are stored in this way, for example, the video memory for displaying the image on the
On the other hand, unlike the
Returning to FIG. 3, the search
When an operation on the symbol is performed, the information is stored in a predetermined area of the
FIG. 7 shows a state in which a symbol is selected on the
An instruction to confirm the selection of the symbol and execute the process of specifying the search keyword is given by, for example, operating the
The
The
The search

[Operation of monitoring control device]
The processing performed by the
In
In
In
In
In
In
In
If the determination result in
In
In

Specific examples of the background image and the symbol are shown below with reference to FIGS. 12 to 16. With reference to FIG. 12, the
With reference to FIG. 13, the search image was formed by arranging a symbol representing each device itself and a symbol representing a state to be monitored of each device on the
The

The same applies to symbols arranged in the vicinity of each character such as "CB52", "CL52-1", and "CP52-1".
The
