Gazette No. 58-10928

In the intake gate described in Patent Document 1, the spindle rod is engraved, but the engraved mark may be difficult to visually recognize from the outside.

The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a water intake gate in which it is possible to easily visually recognize that a door body is in a closed state.

The intake gate according to the present invention includes a door body that can be raised and lowered to open and close a water channel, a shaft body that extends upward from the door body, and has a male screw portion formed on the outer periphery, and a female screw portion that meshes with the male screw portion of the shaft body. A handle that is formed on the inner peripheral side and that rotates in the direction around the axis of the central axis of the shaft body and that moves linearly in the axial direction of the central axis by the rotation, and rotates the handle to raise and lower the door body. At this time, the load of the door body is abutted on the lower end of the handle that is applied via the shaft body, and a support member that can support the handle, and the door body is hung from the handle and the door body rises. The handle is contacted with the support member from the open state until the door is lowered to the closed state by rotating the handle, and the handle is further rotated from the closed state of the door. A hanging member that is upwardly spaced from the support member in a state where the lower end of the is spaced from the support member.

While the handle is being rotated to lower the door, the load of the door is supported by the support member via the shaft and the handle. In this state, the suspension member is in contact with the support member. Even when the door body is lowered to the lower end and is in the closed state, the suspending member contacts the supporting member. However, in the state where the handle is further rotated and lifted from the support member to be separated from the support member, the suspension member is separated from the support member. That is, if the hanging member is separated from the support member, the door body is in the closed state, and therefore it is possible to easily recognize that the door body is in the closed state by visually recognizing the hanging member.

As a desirable mode of the water intake gate, a display is formed on the outer periphery of the shaft body so that at least a part of the shaft body is exposed when the door body is closed.

When the door is being lowered by rotating the handle, the display may be hidden by the handle and may be difficult to see. When the handle is further rotated to close the door, at least a part of the display is exposed, so that it can be easily visually recognized that the door is closed.

In a preferred embodiment of the intake gate, the indication is paint.

According to this, since the coating can be easily applied to the outer periphery of the shaft body, the display can be provided by a simple operation.

As a desirable mode of the water intake gate, the suspension member is deformable.

According to this, even when the suspension member hits the support member when the handle is rotated, damage to the suspension member can be suppressed.

According to the present invention, it is possible to easily visually confirm that the door is completely closed by the hanging member.

FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of a water intake gate according to an embodiment of the present invention, showing a state in which a door is being lowered and closed. As shown in FIG. 1, the intake gate 1 according to the present embodiment includes a door body 10, a shaft body 20, a handle 30, a support member 40, and a hanging member 50.

The door body 10 can move up and down to open and close the water channel 11. The water channel 11 is a channel through which water 12 flows, such as an agricultural water channel and a dam reservoir. As shown in FIG. 1, when the door body 10 rises and is in the open state, the water 12 flows in the water channel 11. When the door body 10 descends to the lower end position and enters the closed state, the water 12 in the water channel 11 is blocked. The door body 10 is a rectangular plate-shaped member.

The shaft body 20 extends upward from the upper end 10a of the door body 10. That is, the central axis AX of the shaft body 20 extends in the vertical direction. The lower end 20b of the shaft body 20 is fixed to the upper end 10a of the central portion of the door body 10 in the width direction. On the outer periphery of the shaft body 20, a male screw portion 20a is provided over the entire length in the vertical direction. A display 21 is provided on the outer periphery of the shaft body 20. The display 21 is, for example, a painted portion 22. By roughening the surface of the male screw portion 20a and applying the coating, the coated portion 22 is less likely to peel off.

The handle 30 is rotatable about the central axis AX of the shaft body 20. A through hole 31 is provided in the center of the handle 30 in the radial direction, and an internal thread portion 32 is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the through hole 31. The female screw portion 32 meshes with the male screw portion 20a of the shaft body 20. Therefore, when the handle 30 is rotated, the handle 30 rotates in the direction around the central axis AX of the shaft body 20 and moves linearly in the axial direction of the central axis AX by the rotation.

The support member 40 is a rectangular frame body. The support member 40 has a lower portion 41, a side portion 42, an upper portion 43, and a handle receiving portion 44.

The lower portion 41 extends in the width direction. The side portion 42 extends upward from the widthwise end portion of the lower portion 41. The upper portion 43 extends in the width direction from the upper ends of the side portions 42. The handle receiving portion 44 is provided on the upper surface 43a of the widthwise central portion of the upper portion 43. The handle receiving portion 44 is an annular portion, and has a through hole 45 penetrating in the up-down direction in the radial center portion. A through hole 43b is also provided in a portion of the upper portion 43 corresponding to the through hole 45 of the handle receiving portion 44.

Thus, the shaft body 20 extends in the up-down direction through the through hole 43b of the upper portion 43 and the through hole 45 of the handle receiving portion 44. Further, the support member 40 can support the load of the door body 10 that acts on the handle 30 when the handle 30 is rotated to move the door body 10 up and down. That is, the lower end of the radial center portion of the handle 30 contacts the handle receiving portion 44. Since the handle 30 meshes with the shaft body 20, the load of the door body 10 is applied to the handle receiving portion 44 via the shaft body 20 and the handle 30. That is, a downward load is applied to the handle 30, and the load is supported by the support member 40 including the handle receiving portion 44.

The hanging member 50 extends downward from the outer peripheral end of the handle 30. The hanging member 50 is deformable. For example, a chain-like member and a string-like member that deforms when an external load is applied, and when the external load is removed, returns to its original shape and extends linearly along the vertical direction. Is applicable.

Next, a procedure for opening and closing the door body 10 will be described. FIG. 2 is a schematic view of the water intake gate according to the embodiment of the present invention, showing a state in which the door body is closed. FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram of the water intake gate according to the embodiment of the present invention, and shows a state in which the handle is further rotated after the door is closed and the handle is raised.

First, as shown in FIG. 1, when the door body 10 is being lowered, the shaft body 20 meshes with the handle 30, so that the loads of the door body 10 and the shaft body 20 are applied to the handle 30. The handle 30 is supported on the upper end of the handle receiving portion 44. Therefore, the load of the door body 10 and the shaft body 20 is applied to the support member 40 via the handle 30 and the handle receiving portion 44. In this way, the load of the door body 10 and the shaft body 20 is supported by the support member 40. At this time, all the coated portions 22 of the shaft body 20 are exposed. Further, the lower end portion 50 a of the suspension member 50 is in contact with the upper surface 43 a of the upper portion 43 of the support member 40.

Then, when the handle 30 is rotated in the direction shown by the arrow in FIG. 1, the door 10 is lowered, and the lower end 10b of the door 10 contacts the upper end of the lower portion 41 of the support member 40, as shown in FIG. As a result, the door body 10 is closed. At this time, in the coated portion 22 of the shaft body 20, only the upper end portion 22a (part) is exposed. Further, the lower end portion 50 a of the suspension member 50 is in contact with the upper surface 43 a of the upper portion 43 of the support member 40.

As shown in FIG. 3, when the handle 30 is further rotated, the handle 30 rises along the shaft body 20, and the lower end of the radial center portion of the handle 30 is separated upward from the handle receiving portion 44. At this time, the painted portion 22 of the shaft body 20 is exposed at a portion hidden by the handle 30 (shown in FIG. 2 ). Further, the lower end portion 50 a of the suspension member 50 is separated upward from the upper surface 43 a of the upper portion 43 of the support member 40.

As described above, the water intake gate 1 according to the present embodiment includes the door body 10 that can move up and down to open and close the water channel 11, and the shaft body 20 that extends upward from the door body 10 and has the male screw portion 20a formed on the outer periphery. And a female screw portion that meshes with the male screw portion 20a of the shaft body 20 is formed on the inner peripheral side, and the handle 30 rotates in the direction around the axis of the central axis of the shaft body 20 and moves linearly in the axial direction of the central axis by the rotation. And a support member 40 capable of supporting the handle 30 by abutting the lower end of the handle 30 to which the load of the door body 10 is applied via the shaft body 20 when rotating the handle 30 and moving the door body 10 up and down. , Is suspended from the handle 30 and abuts on the support member 40 from the state where the door body 10 is lifted and opened to the state where the handle body 30 is rotated and the door body 10 is lowered to the closed state. The suspension member 50 is further separated from the support member 40 when the lower end of the handle 30 is separated from the support member 40 by further rotating the handle 30 from the closed state.

While the handle 30 is being rotated and the door 10 is being lowered, the load of the door 10 is supported by the support member 40 via the shaft 20 and the handle 30. In this state, the suspension member 50 is in contact with the support member 40. Even when the door body 10 descends to the lower end and is in the closed state, the suspension member 50 contacts the support member 40. However, in the state where the handle 30 is further rotated and lifted from the support member 40 to be separated from the support member 40, the suspension member 50 is separated from the support member 40. That is, if the hanging member 50 is separated from the support member 40, the door body 10 is in the closed state, and therefore it is easily recognized by visually recognizing the hanging member 50 that the door body 10 is in the closed state. be able to.

A display 21 is formed on the outer periphery of the shaft body 20, at least a part of which is exposed when the door body 10 is closed.

According to this, in the state where the handle 30 is being rotated and the door 10 is being lowered, the display 21 may be hidden by the handle 30 and may be difficult to visually recognize. When the handle body 30 is further rotated to bring the door body 10 into the closed state, at least a part of the display 21 is exposed, so that it can be easily visually recognized that the door body 10 is in the closed state.

The display 21 is a painted portion 22. Since the painted portion 22 can be easily applied to the outer circumference of the shaft body 20, the display 21 can be provided by a simple operation.

The hanging member 50 is deformable. According to this, even when the suspension member 50 hits the support member 40 when the handle 30 is rotated, damage to the suspension member 50 can be suppressed.

It should be noted that the above-described embodiment is merely an example and the present invention is not limited to this, and can be modified as appropriate.

For example, although the hanging member 50 is provided on the outer peripheral portion of the handle 30, the hanging member 50 may be provided on the inner peripheral portion of the handle 30.
