Claims (21)
- 3次元(3D)部品を生産する方法であって、

転写システムによって、少なくとも1つの2D層を前記複数のキャリアシートのうちの少なくとも1枚のキャリアシートから前記3D部品上に連続的に転写することであって、前記3D部品がベース基材上に位置し、前記複数のキャリアシートが、前記転写システム内を前記方向に移動する、転写することと、を含む、方法。 - 前記堆積システムが、堆積プロセス中に、前記複数のキャリアシートの前記方向を変えることなく、前記複数の2D層を前記複数のキャリアシート上に連続的に印刷するように構成されており、
前記転写システムが、転写プロセス中に、前記複数のキャリアシートの前記方向を変えることなく、前記複数の2D層を前記3D部品上に連続的に印刷するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記転写システムが、少なくとも1つの2D層を前記3D部品上に転写する間、前記複数の2D層が、前記複数のキャリアシート上に連続的に印刷される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の2D層が、前記複数のキャリアシート上に連続的に印刷された後に、前記転写システムが、少なくとも1つの2D層を前記3D部品上に転写する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記堆積システムが、電磁放射線放射デバイスを備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の2D層を前記複数のキャリアシート上に印刷することが、
前記電磁放射デバイスを使用して、前記複数のキャリアシートにトナー粒子を塗布することを含む、請求項5に記載の方法。 - 前記トナー粒子が、ポリマー、金属、及びセラミックのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の2D層を前記複数のキャリアシート上に印刷することが、

- 前記供給システムが、コンベヤベルトを備え、前記コンベヤベルトの全ての部分が、前記方向に均一な速度で駆動され、前記コンベヤベルトの動きの方向性が、前記3D部品の生産中に維持される、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記供給システムが、前記複数の前記キャリアシートを洗浄し、前記複数のキャリアシートを前記転写システムから前記堆積システムに提供するように構成されている、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の2D層が、前記3D部品の断面に対応する第1のパターンを画定する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の2D層が、前記3D印刷部品の前記断面に対応しない第2のパターンを更に含む、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のパターンが、第1の組の材料を含み、前記第2のパターンが第2の材料を含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の組の材料が、一組の活性材料を含み、前記第2の材料が、支持材料を含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 3次元(3D)部品を生産するためのシステムであって、
複数の2次元(2D)層を複数のキャリアシート上に印刷するように構成されている堆積システムであって、前記複数のキャリアシートが、前記堆積内を一方向に移動する、堆積システムと、
少なくとも1つの2D層を、前記複数のキャリアシートのうちの少なくとも1枚のキャリアシートから前記3D部品上に転写するように構成されている転写システムであって、前記3D部品がベース基材上に位置する、転写システムと、
前記複数のキャリアシートを前記堆積システムから前記転写システムに提供するように構成されている供給システムと、を備える、システム。 - 前記堆積システムが、堆積プロセス中に、前記複数のキャリアシートの前記方向を変えることなく、前記複数の2D層を前記複数のキャリアシート上に連続的に印刷するように更に構成されており、
前記転写システムが、転写プロセス中に、前記複数のキャリアシートの前記方向を変えることなく、前記複数の2D層を前記3D部品上に連続的に印刷するように構成されおり、
前記供給システムが、前記堆積及び転写システムにおける前記キャリアシートの動きの方向性を維持し、前記連続する2D層の前記印刷及び転写処理方向を反転させることなく、前記3D部品を生産するように構成されている、請求項19に記載のシステム。 - 前記堆積システムが、
前記複数のキャリアシート上の一組の位置合わせ機構、
前記複数のキャリアシートの一組の端部、及び
前記複数のキャリアシートの一組の角部、のうちの少なくとも1つを使用して、前記2D層を位置合わせするように更に構成されている、請求項19に記載のシステム。
