Description

The present invention relates to a lid stopper for a packaging box such as a cardboard box.

To close and fix the outer lid (outer flap) and the inner lid (inner flap) on the adjacent sides of a box such as a cube-shaped cardboard box, use adhesive tape between the butt ends of the outer lid. It is generally done to bond from. However, in such a lid-stopping structure, the adhesive tape is cut off at the time of opening, or the adhesive tape is peeled off, and when the lid is closed again, the adhesive tape is reattached from above, which makes the appearance worse, and It was peeled off together with the cardboard and damaged the packaging box. Furthermore, in recycling the packaging box, it took time and effort to separate the peeled adhesive tape from the cardboard.

Further, without using an adhesive tape, it is composed of an upper clamping member and a lower clamping member, and the lower clamping member is inserted between the abutting end portions of the outer lid, and the outer clamping member and the inner clamping member are inserted between the upper clamping member and the lower clamping member. A lid stopper that closes a lid is known (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

Utility model registration No. 3073874

However, the lid stopper shown in the above-mentioned document is made by integrally molding a metal wire rod or resin, and the manufacturing cost becomes high, and it is bulky and inconvenient to store when not in use. , It takes time and effort to separate the lid stopper and the cardboard in order to recycle the packaging box.

The present invention solves the above problems, can be manufactured at low cost, can be easily spread on a flat surface when not in use, is not bulky, is convenient for storage, and is also useful for recycling packaging boxes. Also, it is an object of the present invention to provide a lid stopper for a packaging box that can save the trouble of sorting.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention relates to a lid stopper for a packaging box, which has a lid each including a pair of an outer flap and an inner flap, in the state where the outer flap and the inner flap are closed, the outer flap. A bottom stop member that is inserted into the packing box through the gap between the butting ends and that abuts the lower surface of the inner flap to stop the inner flap, and is integrally provided on the upper part of the bottom stop member. An upper stop member that abuts the upper surface of the outer flap to stop the outer flap when the upper stop member is inserted into the packing box, and the lower stop member and the upper stop member are one plate-shaped member. It is a lid stopper for a packaging box, which is formed by folding.

According to the present invention, since the lid stopper can be configured only by folding the plate-shaped member, the manufacturing cost is low, and when it is not used, it can be stored without being bulky and can be stopped. There is an advantage that it is easy to develop the size according to the thickness of the lid (the inner and outer flaps). It is also easy to form the lid stopper with a plate-like member that is the same as the material of the packaging box, and it is possible to save the labor of sorting the packaging box when recycling it.

Hereinafter, a lid stopper for a packaging box such as a cardboard box according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 1(a), (b) and (c) show a state in which the lid stopper 1 of the packing box is folded from the unfolded state, and FIGS. 2(a) and 2(b) show the folded lid stopper 1. .. The packaging box to which the lid stopper 1 is applied has at least a lid composed of a pair of outer flap and inner flap. As shown in FIGS. 1A, 1B, and 1C, the lid stopper 1 is formed by folding a member that is cut into a predetermined shape from one rectangular plate-shaped member. The plate-shaped member is preferably made of a material similar to the material forming the packaging box, for example, cardboard.

The lid stopper 1 includes an upper stopper member 2 that contacts the upper surface of the outer flap of the packing box to stop the outer flap, and a lower stopper member 3 that contacts the lower surface of the inner flap of the packing box to stop the inner flap. .. The upper stopper member 2 is integrally provided on the upper portion of the lower stopper member 3. The upper stop member 2 is composed of members 21 and 22 located on both sides of the plate-shaped member, and the lower stop member 3 is composed of members 31 and 32 located at the center of the plate-shaped member. The members 31 and 32 are valley-folded along the center bending line (V) to form the lower stop member 3. The members 21 and 22 are mountain-folded along the bending lines (M, M) at the boundaries with the members 31 and 32, respectively, and become the upper stopper member 2 forming one plane. The tip ends of the member 21 and the member 22 are stacked vertically to improve the strength. The upper stop member 2 and the lower stop member 3 are connected at a portion including a boundary bending line (M, M). When the plate-shaped member is made of corrugated cardboard, the above-mentioned valley fold and mountain fold are along the direction of the core (mesh).

As shown in FIGS. 2A and 2B, the upper stopper member 2 and the lower stopper member 3 of the lid stopper 1 are substantially orthogonal to each other and have a T-shaped vertical cross section. The bottom stopper member 3 has a substantially L shape in a side view. The outer flap and the inner flap of the packaging box are superposed between the lower surfaces 21a and 22a of the upper stop members 2 (21 and 22) and the upper sides 31a, 31b, 32a and 32b of the lower stop members 3 (31 and 32). A space A for sandwiching is formed. The tip end side of the lower stopper member 3 (the right side in FIG. 2A, the length of the lower stopper member 3 in the left-right direction is referred to as the length dimension) has a taper for guiding the inner flap within the space A. Have. For this reason, the upper sides 31b, 32b of the lower stopper member 3 are formed such that the distance from the upper stopper member 2 becomes larger and the space A becomes larger toward the tip end side. The upper sides 31a, 31b, 32a, 32b of the lower stopper member 3 have a length and strength necessary for sandwiching and holding the outer flap and the inner flap within the space A. Further, the space A may be appropriately set depending on the thicknesses of the outer flap and the inner flap of the packaging box.

FIG. 3 shows an example of a packaging box 4 to which the lid stopper 1 is applied. The packaging box 4 has a lid including a pair of outer flaps 5 and 5 and inner flaps 6 and 6, respectively. The outer flap 5 and the inner flap 6 are provided on the sides of the packaging box 4 that are adjacent to each other. Here, the packaging box 4 has a rectangular shape in which the side having the outer flap 5 is longer than the side having the inner flap 6, and the outer flap 5 and the inner flap 6 have substantially the same length in the height direction when they are started up. Show. When closing the lid, the inner flaps 6 and 6 are closed, and then the outer flaps 5 and 5 are closed. At that time, the inner flaps 6 and 6 are separated from each other, but there is almost no gap between the abutting ends 5a and 5a of the outer flap 5. The packaging box 4 is not limited to this example, and the side of the outer flap 5 and the side of the inner flap 6 may have the same length. In this case, when the inner flaps 6, 6 are closed, it is necessary that the ends of the inner flaps 6, 6 are separated.

FIGS. 4A and 4B show a work procedure for mounting the lid stopper 1 on the packaging box 4. When the lid of the packing box 4 is closed and fixed, the outer flaps 5 and 5 and the inner flaps 6 and 6 are closed, and the abutting end portions 5a and 5a of the outer flaps 5 and 5 are indicated by arrows. The lower stopper member 3 of the lid stopper 1 is inserted into the packing box 4 through the gap. By laterally moving the lid stopper 1 in this state, the outer flap 5 and the inner flap 6 are overlapped and sandwiched in the space A of the lid stopper 1. The details will be described later.

In this example, as shown in the figure, the same two lid stoppers 1 are used, and the substantially L-shaped tip ends of the respective lower stopper members 3 are directed to both sides so that the outer flaps 5 and 5 are It is inserted through the gap between the butt ends 5a, 5a. If the distance between the ends of the inner flaps 6, 6 is greater than the length dimension of the lower stopper member 3, the lower stopper member 3 of the lid stopper 1 is abutted with the abutting end portions 5a, 5a of the outer flaps 5, 5. It can be easily inserted into the gap. When the end portions of the inner flaps 6, 6 are not separated by more than the length dimension of the lower stopper member 3, when the lower stopper member 3 is inserted, the lower end of the lower stopper member 3 temporarily moves the inner flaps 6, 6 together. It is pushed down and inserted. The ends of the inner flaps 6, 6 are separated from each other by at least the length dimension of the portion including the bending line (M, M) of the boundary connecting the upper stop member 2 and the lower stop member 3 described above. Is desirable. It should be noted that the use of the two lid stoppers 1 enables the lid to be secured more reliably, but the present invention is not limited to this example, and the lid may be simply secured by using the one lid stopper 1.

5(a) and 5(b) show a stopper configuration of one lid stopper 1 corresponding to the above work procedure. The lower stopper member 3 of the lid stopper 1 is inserted into the packing box 4 through the gap between the abutting ends 5a, 5a of the outer flaps 5, 5, and the lid stopper 1 is laterally moved to move the inner flap 6 The inner flap 6 is stopped by contacting the lower surface 6b. At that time, the upper stopper member 2 of the lid stopper 1 contacts the upper surface 5b of the outer flaps 5, 5 to stop the outer flaps 5, 5. In detail, the lid stopper 1 sandwiches the outer flaps 5, 5 and the inner flap 6 in an overlapping manner in the space of the space A formed by the upper stopper member 2 and the lower stopper member 3 of the lid stopper 1. At this time, since the upper sides 31b and 32b of the lower stopper member 3 (31, 32) are tapered, the inner flap 6 can be smoothly guided within the space A.

According to the lid stopper 1 of the present embodiment, the plate-shaped member can be configured simply by folding, so the manufacturing cost is low, and the lid stopper 1 can be stored without being bulky by expanding it when not in use. You can Furthermore, the lid stopper 1 is easily cut into a predetermined shape from a plate-shaped member, so that the lid stopper 1 can be easily developed into a size corresponding to the thickness of the lid (outer flap 5, inner flap 6) to be stopped. In addition, since the lid stopper 1 is made of the same plate-shaped member as the material of the packaging box 4, it is possible to save the labor of sorting the packaging box 4 when recycling.

6(a), (b) and (c) show a lid stopper for a packaging box according to another embodiment of the present invention, and FIGS. 7(a), (b) and (c) show the lid stopper for packaging. The work procedure for mounting on the box is shown below. When the packing box 4 is assembled, if the space between the ends of the inner flap 6 is narrow, it is difficult to insert the lid stopper 1 and slide it. Therefore, in order to solve the problem, as shown in FIGS. 6A, 6B, and 6C, the lid stopper 1 is provided with an overlapping portion of the upper stopper members 2 (21, 22) when folded. The shape is different from that of the above-described embodiment, and further, the upper stop member 2 (21, 22) can be bent with a fold (U).

In the lid fixing work, as shown in FIGS. 7(a), 7(b) and 7(c), the upper stopper member 2 (21, 22) of the lid stopper 1 is bent at the fold line (U), and then the lower stopper member is formed. 3 (31, 32) is inserted substantially vertically between the end portions of the inner flap 6 and the lid stopper 1 is rotated to bring it into contact with the lower surface of the inner flap 6. Since the lid can be fixed in this way, even if the space between the ends of the inner flap 6 is narrow, the work can be easily performed. In addition, also in the above-mentioned embodiment, the overlapping portion side of the stopper member 2 (21, 22) can be bent and used.

Next, the relationship between the direction (eyes) of the core of the corrugated board and the bending line when the lid stopper 1 is made of corrugated board will be described. In both the above-described embodiment and the other embodiments, the corrugated board and the center folding line (V) are shown to be parallel. Alternatively, the corrugated board and the center fold line (V) may be perpendicular to each other. The strength of the lower stopper member 3 can be maintained when the corrugated board and the bending line (V) in the center are parallel to each other. Further, the upper stopper member 2 can be bent more neatly when it is perpendicular to the corrugated board. The relationship between the direction of the corrugated board and the folding line may be appropriately selected depending on the size of the lid stopper 1 and the usage situation.

The present invention is not limited to the configuration of the above embodiment, and various modifications can be made. For example, in the present embodiment, the lower stopper member 3 of the lid stopper 1 has a substantially L-shape in a side view, and the lid stopper 1 can be configured to be relatively compact, but the L-shape is limited. Alternatively, it may be formed in an inverted T shape in a side view. With this configuration, it is not necessary to distinguish the direction of the lid stopper 1 when the lower stopper member 3 is inserted into the packing box 4 through the gap between the abutting ends 5a and 5a of the outer flaps 5 and 5, which is convenient. Will get better. In addition, in each of the above-described embodiments, the stopper member 2 is provided with an overlap, which increases the force for sandwiching the flap, but the stopper member 2 does not necessarily have to be provided with an overlap. The overlap of the upper stopper members may be appropriately selected depending on the size of the lid stopper 1 and the usage situation.
