Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an absorbent article having an apertured film.
Generally, absorbent articles such as light incontinence pads, pants-type paper diapers, and taped paper diapers include a liquid-permeable top sheet, a liquid-impermeable back sheet, and an absorbent body arranged between both sheets. ,,. As a result, body fluid such as urine is absorbed by the absorber through the top sheet and is prevented from leaking to the outside by the back sheet. Various measures have been made to such absorbent articles in order to improve the absorbability of body fluids, improve the wearing feeling of the wearer, prevent leakage, and the like.
For example, there is a technique for improving the absorption performance such as wet back and absorption speed by providing an apertured film at a predetermined position of the absorbent article. By making the opening area of the skin side surface of the apertured film larger than that of the non-skin side surface, wet back and absorption rate are improved.
As an absorbent article using an apertured film, for example, Patent Document 1 discloses an absorbent article having a liquid-permeable surface material, a liquid-retaining absorbent material, and a liquid-impermeable leak-proof material, The surface material is composed of a liquid-permeable sheet in which a skin-contacting surface layer and a non-skin-contacting surface layer are laminated and integrated, and the skin-contacting surface layer is composed of a perforated film or synthetic fiber composed of a thermoplastic resin. An absorbent article formed of a non-woven fabric is disclosed.
Further, Patent Document 2 includes a surface layer provided in order from top to bottom, an absorption layer, and a bottom layer, and the absorption layer includes, from top to bottom, a perforated film layer, a core layer, and a bottom adhesion layer. And a perforated film layer is located between the surface layer and the core layer, and a lower adhesion layer is located between the core layer and the bottom layer.
Further, Patent Document 3 discloses an absorbent body having an absorbent body layer containing at least one of SAP and fluff pulp as an absorbent body component, wherein the absorbent body is arranged in contact with the absorbent body layer and is water resistant. And an absorbent coating layer made of a highly breathable synthetic resin open-pore film, the absorbent coating layer is configured to prevent the release of the absorbent component from the absorbent and to maintain the morphological stability. The perforated film has a large number of funnel-shaped projections with a small top opening and a large bottom opening, and the tops of the projections were arranged so as to contact the absorber layer. An absorber is disclosed.
However, in the absorbent article and the urine absorbing pad of Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2 provided with the above-mentioned apertured film, both of which are excellent in liquid return prevention property such as wet back and absorption rate, but liquid in the absorbent article It cannot be said that it has an effect on the diffusivity, and the absorbent performance of the absorbent body cannot be sufficiently exhibited.
Further, the absorbent body described in Patent Document 3 uses a perforated film having a smaller opening area on the skin side surface than the conventional non-skin side surface, and the surface having a small opening area is in contact with the absorbent body. However, even in this case, there is no technical idea of improving the diffusibility of the liquid.
As in the above-mentioned patent documents, as the liquid receiving side surface material of sanitary napkins and disposable diapers, there are those in which an apertured film is used, and liquid permeability and liquid return prevention by arranging the apertured film. Is improved. However, although apertured films are often more expensive than ordinary non-woven fabrics, they are insufficient to show more beneficial liquid permeability and liquid return prevention properties. Further, since the perforated film is a resin film, hardness is felt on the touch surface.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide an absorbent article having improved diffusivity and liquid permeability and improved liquid return prevention property.

In the absorber, 7 g of fluff pulp as a base material was mixed with 6 g of SAP to be used, and an air-through non-woven fabric (basis weight 25 g/m 2 ) was used as the top sheet. as backsheet, using breathable polyethylene sheet (basis weight 32 g / m 2), air-through nonwoven fabric as a second sheet (basis weight 30 g / m 2), as standing gathers, the composite nonwoven fabric obtained by laminating a spunbonded / meltblown / spunbond ( A grammage of 15 g/m 2 ) and upper and lower carrier sheets were used.
In addition, three sheets of open-pore film having a basis weight of 26 g/m 2 cut into a size of 273 mm in the longitudinal direction and a size of 35 mm in the width direction were prepared, and the second sheet had a larger opening diameter on both sides in the width direction on the absorber. The central portion in the width direction was arranged so that the side with the smaller opening diameter was in contact with the second sheet so as to be in contact with the side. The dimensions of the absorbent article were 273 mm in the longitudinal direction and 105 mm in width, and the dimensions of the absorbent body were 220 mm in the longitudinal direction and 71 mm in width.

[Evaluation]
The following evaluations were performed on the examples and comparative examples. The evaluation results are shown in Table 1.
(Soft feel of absorbent article surface)
Eight panelists evaluated the feel of the surface of the absorbent article. Touching the surface of the absorbent article, "○" when there are 6 or more and 8 or less evaluators who "feel the surface is soft", and when there are 3 or more and 5 or less evaluators who "feel the surface is soft" When there were one or two evaluators having a "triangle" or "feeling that the surface was soft", or when there were no evaluators having a "feeling that the surface was soft", there was "x".
(3 times absorption rate method)
A hole having an inner diameter of 19 mm is opened in the center of a cylinder having a bottom area of 16.8 cm 2 , and a measuring jig having a weight of 755.6 g is placed on the central portion in the longitudinal direction and the width direction of the absorbent article, 20 ml of physiological saline was dropped from each of the holes in the upper part, and the time was measured from the time when the physiological saline came into contact with the absorbent article to the point where the liquid was completely sucked into the circumference in the center circle of the jig (1 Second time). Then, after the lapse of 3 minutes, the same time was measured (second time), and similarly, the third time was measured.
(Liquid return amount)
With the top sheet facing upward, 120 ml of physiological saline was poured toward the center of the absorbent body, and after leaving it for 10 minutes, a filter paper (manufactured by ADVANTEC) was weighed in advance on the physiological saline absorption site. No. 2 filter paper (diameter 55 mm) was placed, a weight of 35 kgf/cm 2 was placed on it, and after 30 seconds, the weight of the filter paper was measured, and the weight difference of the filter paper was used as the liquid return amount.
(Wet spreadability)
With the top sheet facing upward, 120 ml of physiological saline is poured toward the center of the absorbent body, and the time until the physiological saline spreads 10 cm from the absorption site in the longitudinal direction of the product is measured. evaluated.
As shown in Table 1, it was found that in Examples, the surface had a good texture, the lateral diffusion and absorption rates were excellent, and the liquid did not easily return.
On the other hand, Comparative Example 1 containing no apertured film had a poor surface feel, was inferior in the lateral diffusion and absorption rate of the simulated urine (physiological saline), and had a large amount of liquid return. In addition, in Comparative Example 2 which includes an apertured film, but the larger the apertured diameter of the apertured film faces the skin side, the surface feels good and the liquid return amount is smaller than that of Comparative Example 1, but in the lateral direction. The diffusion and absorption rates were inferior, and the absorption rate was particularly slower than that of Comparative Example 1.
As described above, according to the present invention, when the liquid is received by urination or the like, it is quickly wet and spread, thereby improving the diffusibility and the liquid permeability, and improving the liquid return prevention property. Can be provided.
