図1は本発明の実施形態に係る回転翼航空機の構成を示す斜視図である。
次に回転翼航空機1の制御方法の具体例について説明する。
以上のような回転翼航空機1及び回転翼航空機1の制御方法は、独立して飛行できる回転翼航空機からなる母機2に少なくとも1つの独立して飛行できる回転翼航空機からなる子機3を着脱可能にしたものである。
以上、特定の実施形態について記載したが、記載された実施形態は一例に過ぎず、発明の範囲を限定するものではない。ここに記載された新規な方法及び装置は、様々な他の様式で具現化することができる。また、ここに記載された方法及び装置の様式において、発明の要旨から逸脱しない範囲で、種々の省略、置換及び変更を行うことができる。添付された請求の範囲及びその均等物は、発明の範囲及び要旨に包含されているものとして、そのような種々の様式及び変形例を含んでいる。
Claims (11)
- 第1のメインロータ及び第1のテールロータを有する第1の回転翼航空機と、
前記第1の回転翼航空機に着脱可能な少なくとも1つの第2の回転翼航空機であって、第2のメインロータ及び第2のテールロータを有する第2の回転翼航空機と、
を有する回転翼航空機。 - 前記第1の回転翼航空機はエンジンで回転する第1のメインロータを備える一方、
前記第2の回転翼航空機は電動式の第2のメインロータを備える請求項1記載の回転翼航空機。 - 前記第2の回転翼航空機の前記第2のメインロータを回転させるためのバッテリを前記第2の回転翼航空機が前記第1の回転翼航空機と連結された状態において充電するための充電機及び発電機の少なくとも一方を前記第1の回転翼航空機に設けた請求項1又は2記載の回転翼航空機。
- 前記第2のメインロータを前記第2の回転翼航空機に対してチルトさせるチルト機構又は前記第2の回転翼航空機を前記第1の回転翼航空機に対してチルトさせるチルト機構を前記第1の回転翼航空機及び前記第2の回転翼航空機の少なくとも一方に設けた請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の回転翼航空機。
- 前記第1の回転翼航空機及び前記第2の回転翼航空機をいずれも無人機とした請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の回転翼航空機。
- 請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の回転翼航空機の制御方法であって、
目的地まで前記第2の回転翼航空機を前記第1の回転翼航空機と連結させた状態で飛行させ、前記目的地において前記第2の回転翼航空機を前記第1の回転翼航空機から切離す回転翼航空機の制御方法。 - 前記第2の回転翼航空機を前記第1の回転翼航空機から切離すまでは揚力を増加させることが望ましい条件にならない限り前記第2の回転翼航空機の前記第2のメインロータを停止させる請求項6記載の回転翼航空機の制御方法。
- 強風時に前記第1の回転翼航空機と連結された状態における前記第2の回転翼航空機の前記第2のメインロータを回転させる請求項6又は7記載の回転翼航空機の制御方法。
- 前記第1の回転翼航空機の前記第1のメインロータが故障した場合に前記第2の回転翼航空機の前記第2のメインロータを回転させる請求項6乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の回転翼航空機の制御方法
- 前記第2の回転翼航空機が前記第1の回転翼航空機に連結されている期間中に前記第1の回転翼航空機に搭載されている発電機又は充電機で前記第2の回転翼航空機の前記第2のメインロータを回転させるためのバッテリを充電する請求項6乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の回転翼航空機の制御方法。
- 請求項4記載の回転翼航空機の制御方法であって、
前記第2の回転翼航空機が前記第1の回転翼航空機に連結されている期間中に前記第2のメインロータ又は前記第2の回転翼航空機をチルトさせ、前記第2のメインロータを回転させることによって飛行速度を増加させる回転翼航空機の制御方法。
