Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. Hereinafter, the description regarding the effect is one aspect of the effect of the embodiment of the present invention, and is not limited to the description herein.

The assembly to which the present invention can be applied is not particularly limited as long as it can be assembled by combining two plate-shaped members. Examples of the assembly to which the present invention can be applied include a pallet, a container, a box, and the like.

FIG. 1 shows an assembled assembly corresponding to at least one embodiment of the present invention. The assembly 10 is composed of a top member and a bottom member. An assembly corresponding to at least one of the embodiments of the present invention is an assembly in which the top semi-finished product 100 and the bottom semi-finished product 200 are formed of flat sheets of corrugated paperboard (eg cardboard). The pressure resistance can be improved, and for example, it can be used as a pallet for moving articles. It is possible to easily dispose of the assembly by disassembling it after using the assembly. With a disposable pallet, there is no need to transport the pallet back to the shipping source, and one-way transport is possible, which is economically advantageous.

Further, in the upper semi-finished product 100 and the lower semi-finished product 200, a scoring line is drawn in a folding part and an unnecessary part is punched out or cut out in order to facilitate assembly of the assembly. preferable.

Next, folding of the upper semi-finished product and the bottom semi-finished product will be described. In the upper semi-finished product, the pillar portions 61a, 61b and 62a are folded in the same direction in a mountain fold or a valley fold so that the side panel 40a and the central panel 50 are brought close to each other. Similarly, the pillars 61c, 61d and 62b are folded so that the side panel 40b and the central panel 50 are brought close to each other. In the bottom semi-finished product, the support columns 161a, 161b and 162a are folded so that the side panel 140a and the central panel 150 are brought close to each other. Similarly, the pillars 161c, 161d, and 162b are folded in the same direction into a mountain fold or a valley fold so that the side panel 140b and the central panel 150 are brought close to each other. In this process, only the top semi-finished product and the bottom semi-finished product are folded, and no adhesive or the like is used.

The folded top semi-finished product and bottom semi-finished product are preferably substantially square when viewed from the front. That is, by making the side panel and the central panel included in the semi-finished product substantially square, it is possible to always generate the same frictional force regardless of the direction in which the force is applied to the contact surface. ..

Next, the engagement between the top semi-finished product and the bottom semi-finished product will be described. FIG. 4 and FIG. 5 are diagrams for explaining a combination of a top semi-finished product and a bottom semi-finished product, corresponding to at least one of the embodiments of the present invention. When assembling, the top semi-finished product 100 and the bottom semi-finished product 200 are arranged such that their longitudinal directions are substantially orthogonal to each other.

Next, as shown in FIG. 5, the folded pillar portions (hereinafter also referred to as ribs) of the upper semi-finished product and the folded pillar portions (ribs) of the bottom semi-finished product are combined so as to face each other.

FIG. 6 is a diagram for explaining engagement of the notches provided in the top semi-finished product and the bottom semi-finished product, which corresponds to at least one of the embodiments of the present invention. As shown in the drawing, the ribs formed by being folded have notches 63c, 63d, 163a and 163b. Here, the notch 63c is engaged so as to sandwich the rib formed by the column 162a. By providing such a cut portion, the semi-finished products can be combined with each other without using an adhesive. Furthermore, by engaging the cut portion 63c and the cut portion 163b so as to be combined with each other, more stable and firm engagement can be achieved.

Although the cutouts are provided in the support columns 62a, 62b, 162a and 162b, the present invention is not limited to this. That is, it may be provided on the supporting column 61, and it is sufficient that the notch is provided on one of the supporting columns so that it can be engaged with other semi-finished products.

Next, the folding of the side surfaces of the top semi-finished product and the bottom semi-finished product will be described. FIG. 7 is a diagram for explaining the assembling of the side surface portion, which corresponds to at least one of the embodiments of the present invention. The figure shows a state in which the notches of the upper semi-finished product 100 and the bottom semi-finished product 200 are engaged.

The side surface portion 30b of the upper semi-finished product is bent from the back side of the drawing toward the front side. Further, the cutout portions 71a and 71b of the end portion 20b are bent from the front side of the drawing toward the back side so as to sandwich the folded column portions 161c and 161a. As a result, the end 20b is located inside the space between the upper semi-finished product 100 and the bottom semi-finished product 200. Further, the side surface portion 30b of the upper semi-finished product 100 has folding insertion portions 31c and 31d. These are folded so as to be located inside the space sandwiched between the upper semi-finished product 100 and the bottom semi-finished product 200.

In addition, when bent, the projecting pieces 131a and 131c included in the side surface portion 130 of the bottom semi-finished product 200 are provided in a space sandwiched between the upper semi-finished product 100 and the bottom semi-finished product 200 so as not to be caught in the side surface portion 30b. Keep it on the outside. The side surface portion 30a is also folded like the side surface portion 30b.

The side parts 130a and 130b of the bottom semi-finished product are also folded in the same manner as the side parts of the upper semi-finished product. However, since there is no protruding piece on the side surface of the upper semi-finished product, it is not necessary to fold the protruding piece so that it is located outside the assembly.

Next, folding of the protruding piece portion, which is the finishing of the assembly, will be described. FIG. 8 is a diagram for explaining insertion of the protruding piece portion, which corresponds to at least one of the embodiments of the present invention. The protruding piece 131c provided on the side surface portion 130b is inserted into the protruding piece insertion port 32c provided on the side surface portion 30b. When inserting, fold along the crease line 81 from the front to the front back. Here, when the protruding piece 131 is larger than the protruding piece insertion port 32, it is preferable to fold the protruding piece 131 while further bending it. By doing so, when the protruding piece portion is inserted and locked, the locking portion is less likely to come off, and more stable combination can be achieved.

Furthermore, it is preferable that the direction of the force applied to the assembly 10 when the article is placed and the direction of the line formed by the fold line 81 are substantially parallel. By doing so, the compressive strength of the assembly 10 can be further improved.

Further, it is preferable that the projecting piece portion 131 be bent so as to cover the side surface portion 30. By doing so, the corners of the assembly 10 can be protected, the durability of the assembly 10 can be further improved, and the assembly 10 can be disassembled and used again after use.
